pretty affordable but can be reaaally crowded between 4-6pm, saturday and sunday are probably ideal for folks who's after the quietude. they have restaurant downstairs specialised on healthy food, they count every calorie and tasted okay too.

The gym is too hot and dirty no ac no fan

complete machines, they provide locker per visit with no hand towels or bathing towels, they have healthy canteen, separated small sauna, showers w/ liq soaps, and perhaps most importantly, it’s the most affordable in the area 🙂 they seems to constantly had a promo program running, i recently get 700k for 3+1months. but the drawback is it gets annoyingly HOT during midday, many ACs installed but none is turned on 🫠 those who used to be a member in celfit, gg, and ff will find it too hot and not well circulated at times

So hot, its ok have no air conditioner but at least with food ventilation and fans might help. The equipments are in pretty bad condition as well. The treadmill were dusty and not well maintained.

Very worth for the price. The place is big enough to do most of the things you need. Wished they would increase the size of the sauna though :). The food is pretty good for the price would buy there again.

Bit crowded. But cool.
