One of the nice hotels in Yogyakarta. Many people stay at this hotel for a vacation. Clean room and good hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is various with a good taste. The pool facilities are available. Car parking facilities are enough. The hotel is located on the center of Yogyakarta city. Good impression when staying here.

we stayed again here, some notes that need to be improved by as follow; 1. Bathroom - the shower (the button/ knob) was felt off when i was enter the room. its fixed after i inform it to the hotel PIC 2. A/C in the room who was occupied by my kids was terrible, not cold, and after inform the hotel, it's fix, but the room was not as cold as what we expected 3. Towel is getting old, it's not proper to be called as towel in such 4 star hotel i think after several times of staying here, this is the first time i wrote this not so good feedback

I stay for three nights on the begin of Nov 2021 and really think that The 101 is one of the best hotel at Malioboro area. Strategies location nearside of Tugu Yogya, very clean, nice interior, also warm staff.

Location and price point are the best parts of the hotel. Second time stayed there. Facilities are not bad. The pool and restaurant are nice. The breakfast menu is good to get a taste of Yogya, would prefer that over continental breakfast (there are some international selections too). Room service is fast and fuss free, quite tasty food too. Probably time to renew the towels tho.

Everything was excellent. If you're lucky enough, you could get a room with a mountain view. The breakfast was good. I got an excellence service while I had a breakfast from Niken. Definitely will come back again.

Great hotel + value, the staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast choice is ok. But room sound isolation could be better.

Location is good, room is clean and tidy, breakfast is delicious. Too bad we can hear people from the next room talking, it would be perfect if the management can fixed this privacy thing😁 Ms. Rani also helped alot during our stay, she always asks for customers needed☺️ Overall it was a good stay👍🏻

What a beautiful and remarkable hotel I've ever visited. I love THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu so much. This hotel is incredibly amazing and wonderful. Everyone can come here easily because THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu is located nearby Tugu Jogja and of course people can just go to Tugu Jogja by foot because it's so close. The staffs of THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu are really friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu. I hope someday I can come here again.

Love this hotel, room is nice and we'll equipped, but a bit small for 2, need more wardrobe space. Balcony is great for coffee. Location is great, near Tugu. Easy to get anywhere. Friendly staff. Open air corridors. Very nice swimming pool for laps, 28m at longest point but one end is very narrow and very strong chlorine. Love the breakfast, many local & authentic traditional dish. There's jamu and wedang uwuh every day. Price is ok for what you get.

The location of THE 101 Yogyakarta Tugu is Amazing just on the right distance from Malioboro and far from the traffic you will face later during the evening so even if you arrive late you will not face trouble compare to other properties located inside Malioboro Area. Unfortunately the property did age well. It is obvious that the property is old especially when you enter the rooms. Small rooms with wall scratches and patches all around the bathroom (perfect example is the soup holder inside the bathroom where the holder was moved or replaced but the water was not painted over. As a foreigner the price is fair and it is not that expensive. 1 milion rupiah per night will include breakfast as well however the breakfast buffet is not wow, cups and plates are dirty obviously put out in a hurry the place was lacking manager who will direct the junior staff which where very nice and try to help but also lost cause of the lack of direction. Few times ending up asking for the same thing twice. Our check in was scheduled for 2pm we end up arriving at 3pm and our room was still not ready. Staff as I mention was nice and friendly however they just lack directions. We ordered room service and I might say the food was not bad for a hotel, however if yiu expecting room service trolley don't they just bring a tray with your order on it so the room is already tiny and you don't have space where to put the tray too. Shall I go back, I don't know maybe most likely I would.like to try something new next time.

A nice hotel in a perfect spot, right beside the Tugu. In the morning you can go to tugu and the market nearby to get traditional foods, or the legendary lopis as well. In the night the areas offers different vibe. The room was so so honestly, however the highly would be the veranda. I got the veranda that face the street, that was good choice. The breakfast was not bad, the option including Jogja traditional foods and usual western breakfast.

Great hotel with great service. Stayed here for 3nights, all the staffs were so kind. I ordered food outside online and the staff (always) offered me to deliver the food to my room once the food arrived. The staffs also helpful during my breakfast. Room was clean, hotel ambience was good. Pool available and kids friendly, they also provide float for kids (with affordable extra charge). Would really love to come back here. Hotel location was very strategic and close to Malioboro. Becak or taxi (also online taxi) available around. The hotel also close to minimarket.

I stayed for 4D3N at the deluxe balcony room. (+) the bedsheet is clean, the bedroom and bathroom are quite clean (+) wifi is good (+) the balcony is nice, we can open the door in the morning (+) breakfast is delicious and various (+) the pool is cleaned properly 👌 (+) the staffs are so friendly (-) the lighting inside the room is poor (-) the location is quite far from malioboro about -+1.2km, but still reachable (-) quite far from the mall or culinary so a bit difficult to look for a lunch

Great location, nearby Tugu Yogya. I like the view at sunset time, with the views of tall buildings, plants hanging down, balconies in every room, and underneath there is an elongated swimming pool, as well as sunsets, it becomes a very beautiful blend. At that time I stayed with my mother and my little family. the room that I ordered can be arranged adjacent to my mother. I was greatly helped by the service of the staff there who were also friendly.

Just as cozy as it can get. Just had lunch that was a delicacy. Need some help just need to press a button. It wasn't hwvr easy fir me to determine the location of rest rooms prior to asking a friend as no directions present. Don't know whether there are staircase for those who to reduce cabs by going up and down the stairs than shelling out hard earned money to go to the gym or in case of an emergency. Could be hidden some place who knows it is my first and last day. That said all us good so far. Hopefully things remain that way till the end.🤘🤘🤘

Nice place to stay if you visit Jogja. Close to some landmark in Jogja. Tugu, Pasar Kranggan, Malioboro and Stasiun Tugu. Clean and neat place. You can have a swim in the hotel swimming pool. And you can heat the sound of trains when they're passing by.

If u judging the hotel using local standard, 101 is one of the best hotels in Yogyakarta central area. Nice view with spacious swimming pool. Plenty of food to choose for breakfast

I did 5 nights in this hotel with a pool view. The room was nice and clean. The points of improvement is the fridge which was quite dirty and not cold at all. My room was connected by a closed door to my neighbour and i could hear him talking clearly. Other than that i really appreciated my stays. The breakfast was really good and the hotel provided us a lot of variety of food. The hotel is in the Tugu area very very close to Malioboro.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Delta was very helpful, friendly and her English is also good. Came to make a nice conversation with me and gave me advice what to do in the city.

Been here before.. this is my second time at 1o1 tugu.. strategic location near malioboro. Room is clean and service is good. I asked for the extra pillow bcs it only has 2 pillow / room. For the parking lot, there are friendly staffs that can help you to take vallet service so u don’t need to worry!

Dinner at Mr Ronald's Bday was very satisfying, there were lots of menu choices, what's more, the staff were kind and friendly, especially Miss Niken. Thank you for serving well❤️

the location is near the monument, close to Malioboro. at night many peddle angkringan. the food menu is delicious

Good Breakfast nya ok

Had a really great experienced stayed here, even though there's a problem with the AC. They respond to the problem quickly and repair the AC. But it was still broken and can't fix it, my room was standard but they gave us free compliments with an upgrade to Junior Suite Room. The staffs are friendly, they welcomed us very well and lead us to the lift. Parking space is kind of narrow, hard for us who bring a big and long car. The location of the hotel is very strategic, near the 'Tugu Monument' and Malioboro Streets.

stayed at the pool access room. the room was a bit compact, i added an extra bed and it is hard to move around. however, really-really love the pool access. my children love swimming and this pool access allow us parents to watch them swim while sitting back and relax a bit. the food at the poolside lounge need improvement. i ordered an Aus Sirloin Steak, and the food served really-really need improvement in both how they grilled it and flavor. it is almost tasteless / plain. the steak is served with simple salad and steam corn, and the only thing i enjoyed is the steam corn. nevertheless, the staff are wonderful! everyone is so friendly, and 1 staff in particular really-really impressed my family and i with his hospitality. unfortunately i fail to read his name tag, since i wore glasses but i forgot my glasses when visiting the hotel. sincere gratitude for everyone in the hotel!

nice place to stay.. clean, hommie, and near from malioboro

Apart from the parking area which is a bit smallish for a hotel of its size, this is a good place to stay. The food is also good, much better than the last time I ate here (about two years ago). More importantly, the coffee is well above average; I've asked and as I've guessed it's a combination of Robusta and Arabica in 70:30 ratio, which is the perfect ratio for me.

Pretty dated hotel. The bathrooms were dirty and the bed sheets stained. The rooms facing Malioboro are crazy noisy all night from motorcycles with modified mufflers so we requested a room in the back which was granted.

The hotel was warm and lovely and the staffs were very helpful. They assisted me with my special request. We requested 2 rooms with connecting doors and got the ones with swimming pool view. It was so lovely!!! Breakfast was served with good health protocols where we were given plastic hand gloves so that we could serve our food for ourselves. Would love to come back to this very hotel...

personally The 101 Tugu still become one of favorite hotel in Yogyakarta. my long stay this year is from 6th october 2021 until 18th october 2021 (first part) then extend to 21 october 2021. and still waiting whether can extend to 23 october 2021 or not due to the full capacity. the first week is staying at room#4001(if i'm not mistaken) then move to room#5012 . It was nice staying at 4th floor and got the North View which we can see the Merapi silhouette , but not a direct sunrise view which cover with front building. Then moved to room#5012 to get a North and East view from the balcony, it was very very nice view when there is no haze or a cloudy weather. The downside of this room is only the refrigerator and the bugs I found. The internet was very fine for work and for entertainment. the food always great. the hospitality was awesome. last but not least I still enjoying my stay in Yogyakarta especially with The 101 Tugu. keep up the work and the services to customers.

Room is not big, simple and have a balcony. But they stuff are old fashion and need to renew. Also a towel, You must change towel because the color is not white anymore. Staff are very kind. Easy check in and they habe great food

Located near Tugu, this hotel is a great place to stay, near the touristy spots too. The staffs are friendly, room is comfortable, and the food is good! Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Jogja.

Staff at the enter gate is very helpful, my wife condition at the time is difabel, and security and door bell staff support to give easy parking. Also at front office, staff giving suggestion the room better in the first floor with reason for easy our access, Thanks for all staffs.

Room was comfortable the respon of staff is very good.. and also for dinner klangenan is excellent the variety of food event not match but so far good. The hotel is good. It's near the Tugu Pal Putih, Malioboro and Tugu Station. You can reach Tugu by walking. There are many angkringans (street foods) around the hotel. It also has swimming pool next to the lobby. Nice hotel.

Good hotel, good location, good services. I really like it. The downside of this hotel is their parking lot, which is very limited. Their breakfast also need to be improved. Room are decent, clean and enough for me who just want to take a rest.

Very friendly and attentive staffs, especially Silvi and Gina @ the restaurant during breakfast. Nice food and coffee. A friendly advice for the room, they need some new touch and renovations as they are quite old and the gym is very outdated and need to be placed in the proper floor instead of being at the basement near the parking area with much smokes and smells.

we have so good lunch here. They have good and delicious menu. Thai salad I love the most. Also Kak Delta such a helpful and cheerful. We have so much fun here.

Good location, sufficient facility, cleanliness, hospitality of staffs and variety of food . Unfortunately room prices/rate have increased significantly since the Covid 19 pandemic. It would be very encouraging if room prices could be as reasonable as it was before the Covid-19 pandemic.
