👍👍 Another Jogja Culinary Old but Gold! I dont really know when this shop was established but I do know its been there since i was a child. Popular dish will be Bistik. Its a kind of beef steak anyway but since Javanese elder was hard to say its pronunciation, then its called Bistik. Other dishes also... People often mention good, taste, menu, sweet, price, restaurant, parking, sauce, campur,

Another Jogja Culinary Old but Gold! I dont really know when this shop was established but I do know its been there since i was a child. Popular dish will be Bistik. Its a kind of beef steak anyway but since Javanese elder was hard to say its pronunciation, then its called Bistik. Other dishes also extraordinary like bakmoy, tahu telor, and never forget Es Teler. Its always been a nostalgic moment when taking lunch at Moerni 78. I will recommend this place for a restaurant nearby Lempuyangan train station.

The restaurant is located not far from Malioboro, the center of Jogja city. The menu is authentic. The restaurant is such a legend, it stands since 1978. The taste is very delicious. The beverages are very refreshing. There is a toilet and wastafel inside. The parking lot is not taking the side of the street in front of it. There are many tables here. The prices are affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A classic old-times favourite for locals that seek a refreshing desserts. Their specialty is traditional desserts, such as "es teller", "es buah", "es doger", etc. Very popular among locals, it seems that they keep their quality from times to times. On my last visit, tried their es buah and es teller, it's delicious and refreshing, not too sweet, the amount of sugar is on point in my opinion. Also loved their bakmoy, it is light and goes very well with the desserts. The place itself is quite spacious, although the parking space is very limited. Restaurant located in a small one-way street, so parking for cars can be quiet challenging. Also on a hot day, the atmosphere can get a little bit hot.

We planned to have lunch in the city of Jogja and ended up at Moerni. Close to the train tracks, and a bit hard to find parking. But when entered this place it was full of happy people. Good vibes, fun interior and many guests. We found a seat in the smoking area, there is also non-smoking. The famous dish is the Bestik Komplit, so I order this one. And we ordered some more dishes. Food was served fast and it was fresh. I do was surprised with the bestik, it was so small and it wasn't full meaty. It was okay, but not as expected. The other dishes were good, fresh and yummy. Still just don't understand why the bistek was so small. But the pricing is fair, so no big complaints and we enjoyed the lunch in this almost student kind of canteen.

Tried the bistik and it was just ok. Having the sauce separated, was a good move, as the sauce was very sweet The es teler was also just alright; a bit too much coconut milk...

[Moerni 78] The Gado-gado i ordered wasn't the best, i would say it as a decent taste tho. But the side dish i ordered called Es Teler Durian was incredible. Do you have any idea how hard is it to find es durian on this town? Yet i found an almost perfect one in here!!! Dont even know was it a real durian or not but it is good already ans it wouls be perfect if they put durian with its seed! If you are looking for a sweet iced food then this place is perfect, be cautious of limited parking lot. An yet since it is near train station, the atmosphere might feel respectfully unhygienic a little

This place is a legendary place for icy dessert in Yogyakarta. Opened in 1978 which is why it's called Moerni 78. Their menu are like es dawet, es teler, es campur, es durian dll with the same recipes since 1978, and the taste is fine, fresh and not too sweet which is great for me. Not only that, they also have food menu here. As for the price, i think it's still affordable, pocket-friendly as both for locals and visitors.

The legendary es campur near the Lempuyangan station. My cousin asked me to try es campur, pempek and mom tried tahu campur. All is good. The price is affordable and the staff was friendly. Also the owner and his son were friendly. It was about 400 m walking from the station.

first of all, the taste, it's all worth the price! really affordable for the portion. i tried tahu telur, the portion is big, i love the peanut sauce, not too sweet, i still got the savory and spicy taste, which is good!! i also tried es kelapa muda lychee, it's also so good, not too sweet and refreshing. the place is nice, really homie and comfy, clean and tidy as well, services are good, they're all friendly. overall i will recommend this place to others

1st experience was in 2014 for their es teler, and the 2nd one, this year, was not disappointing. Bestik is my favorite dish of theirs, pempek was tasty too! Es setup and es roti were also good. Pasking in rush hour might be tricky tho.. Will come again definitely 🫶🏻

It is classic, or rather vintage style restaurant. The place aswell as the food. They had a variety type of foods, from pempek, tahu telor with peanut sauce, to chinese noodles and beef balls with sauce and white rice. Overall, a pleasant place to dine, with your family and friends. But don't expect to overstay there, because the space rather limited, compared to the amount of customer that comes and go

nice concept of modern warung. they serve Javanese cuisine which taste quite bad imo, the beverage is still good. it takes a long time for the food to be served as well.

For bistik mania, this restaurant has been famous for years. With topping fried egg, fries potatoes, a slice of tomato and several sheets of lettuce...a beef pattie with special sweet thick of sauce, they serve its menu consistantly until now. Indeed you must try mixed ice and of course king fruit ice. Niceee 😍😍😍

Ordered Es Teler & Bestik Komplit. Both are very tasty. Located in narrow road, using motorcycle or online transportation may be a wise option.

Let's talk about the portion, it's quite small and the price tend to the expensive range. The biggest homework for this place is the parking lot (they definitely need to work on that part, especially during lunch hour), because it's really hard to park motorcycle during lunchtime. The greatest part from this place, still in the human power (their employees). They give quick support/served our needs as fast as possible and very warmth to welcome/prepare our seat.

Oldiest with simple menu and delicious taste. Unfortunately they don't have room with Air Conditioner, so my baby was cranky. Pempek, bestik, noodle are delicious. Overall must try to have bfast or lunch here!

My first impression of this place is so OG. Overall, I love their ice menu especially Es Klamud and Es Teler. Their Yammie Asin also has good taste. Of course, you should try it. Highly recommended!
