Highly recommend coming here to get a head massage, the staff is incredibly friendly and the service is top tier! I got the B 90 minute set which comes with a scalp analysis, head massage, shampoo and treatment, as well as a neck and shoulder massage for 1,200JPY which is great value for everything. Although the staff aren’t very knowledgeable in English, they are very accommodating and have English guides ready. I would definitely come back again!

I really wanted to experience a head spa while visiting Japan and I’m so glad I found Ritt’s! My husband and I booked the “Brain Spa” treatment and it was amazing. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. We don’t speak Japanese, but we were able to communicate easily with the translator app. We will definitely come back the next time we visit!

Visited here during my Tokyo trip in June 2023. The experience here was amazing! The place here is genuinely tidy, clean and pleasant. The scalp assessment allowed me to have a better understanding of my own scalp condition. From cleansing to massage, I felt truly relaxed in the whole 60-minute course. Visualising the changes before and after the spa was satisfying! The staff here was very nice to me as a foreigner. Not only were they skilled and experienced, they were also helpful to me in answering questions I had despite the language barrier. Their warm attitude elevated my satisfaction here. Overall, my experience here was excellent and this place is highly recommended! I will surely visit here next time I travel to tokyo!

Staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate your needs. I was quite last minute and they managed to book me in the day of. Definitely worth a visit. The head massage was on point and I fell asleep a few times. There was a comprehensive instructions that they would run through with you. And you would be checked up on every step of the way. No wonder the high rating it's gotten! Keep up the good work!

Had an AMAZING time here! VERY relaxing and informational. They taught me about my hair and gave me a massage that felt very good. The shampoo and scalp treatment are minty and left the scalp feeling so refreshed. Staff extremely nice and knowledgeable. Truly enjoyed my time here and recommend. Loved the microscope scalp analysis.

Nice experience! They did direct me to open Google and post a 5 star review during my treatment lol which was a little uncomfortable. But in fact, I would have given it 5 stars anyway. The staff treated me with kindness and used a translating machine to go between English/Japanese. The space was clean and comfortable. I did the Brain Spa package, which included additional massage - this was fine but the real highlight was probably the shampoo and head massage. I think next time I would just get the standard package. My hair and scalp felt amazing after!

Amazing service!! I visited Ritt’s yesterday along with two friends while visiting Tokyo. The team at Ritt’s were so friendly and professional. They were able to book all 3 of us in at the same time and used a translator app to explain the whole process and give us advice, as none of us speak Japanese. The head spa was amazing! Left feeling so refreshed and relaxed and my hair feels so soft and clean. Would definitely recommend this business and I look forward to returning some day.

Wonderful experience at this head spa. The staff was wonderful and explained every step thoroughly so there was no confusion. They examined my scalp and recommended the best treatment for me and used a device to make communication between Japanese and English very easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area! Definitely would visit again!
