Absolutely disgusting people work here. I've never been more appalled about a salon in my life. My aunt shared the most horrendous experience she had during her last visit there. If you're hispanic/non-white, think twice about getting your hair done here because they will discriminate against you, lie to your face, and deny you service.

J has been doing my hair for years (color and cut) so I went to her for my son’s wedding up-do. She gave me advice on what hair piece to get to fill it out (I have thin hair) and it came out amazing! Everyone commented how great it looked. It not only lasted all night, it’s still going strong two days later! Highly recommend!

J is amazing. She took such good care of my post partum hair. I went in with brittle breaking thin hair. After a few months of her taking good care of my hair and recommending amazing products I feel human again. She knows about hair and I highly recommend her!!!

I have gone to J’s Personal Touch Hair Salon a few times and definitely plan to go again. This is my new go to salon because Nahid is such an excellent hair dresser. I love the way she cuts and styles my hair. I always get so many compliments. She’s the best.

J is the best! My hair is very thin and I can’t color treat it often. She made recommendations to make sure my grays were covered without over processing my already thinning hair. She’s quick, but I never feel rushed! She truly treats her clients like family!

Absolutely love coming here! I’ve been going for a few years now and my hair has never looked better. Bonus all the employees are so friendly and really take their time to get to know their clients. I will be going here for many more years to come

It was a Sunday afternoon after 4 P.M. & pouring buckets outside. I was ready to go to Supercuts as it was late now & most places were closing. I ran in & said "I got a bad haircut just now, can you please fix it," the place was empty, about to close up soon, with 3 workers, Jay, the owner, told me to "sit down & relax," I was very upset about everything. She must have felt sorry for me, she seemed nice, I might as well let her try to fix my hair, nothing to lose now. She talked to me, said to "forget all my problems in this chair." I told her about my bangs & just to even out the bad, uneven haircut, I told her about my bad OCD, she said I sounded like her mother, her dad was a barber, her sister is a hairstylist too & she's been doing this since she was 12. Jay was so nice & personable. So patient, kind & understanding. She said "hairstylist is like a therapist & that the last person should have took time for a customer that made an appointment." She went over my hair a few times, at my request to make sure it was even. She even was trying to help me with my OCD, saying count to 20. She gave me the name of a therapist, gave me a free bottle of shampoo, my brother used up most of the money at the bad salon 25 bucks & he only had $14 left, she kindly said that was ok. I told her about my monthly column & she was interested & wanted to read it, my brother sent it to her, she even gave me a hug, it's been a long time since I got a real hug, I mainly hugged just my Dad. She said don't forget me, come back in 2 weeks & I'll fix your bangs too short for anyone to fix, an inch & a half over my eyebrows. It was finally a good day & I felt happy, I just wanted to get home rinse out the hair spray & wet it & brush it out myself to check if it was all perfectly even. It was the best haircut I ever got, perfect. Jay saved the day. I highly recommend this wonderful hair salon, not only is it the best haircut I ever got, everybody there is so nice & kind & patient. They listen to you & don't just rush the haircut to be done & go to the next person, like so many other hair salon's do. They really care & take pride in their work. It's hard to find a hair salon like that these days.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I got a full head of highlights and a blowout, and I highly recommend calling the salon before purchasing a Groupon because they will still honor the Groupon price.
