Brand new Dollar store (actually, they're now $1.25). It's only been open since November and the store is amazing. Unlike some of the other low price places, they have brand names on a lot of items. I found things I haven't been able to find anyplace else. I will definitely go back, there are lots of other stores there that need perusing.

I have no idea why, but they cut down the trees. Some one told me because of water. Huh? Like trees drink way more water than the sprinklers gave. But, oh well. But, this place has different food options, Subway, Sushi, Starbucks, Chinese, a CvS, a big 5, a Leslie's, a pet food store, a vons they have a great deli btw. A workout place. A lounge area to eat and hang out with a fountain, wait what!?! What about that water usage, for those trees. Who knows.

Redo of the Eastlake Village Plaza. They took out most of the old beautiful trees!!!! It's so sad! Lots of the older businesses have left...redo probably entailed rent increases...

May2022: So many stores... and that we visit. Massive parking area. Stores on perimeter. Tip: Exiting parking going left on Yorba Linda Blvd is TRICKY. Study that situation will save a lot of stress.

I came here recently to purchase my father's birthday polo shirt. I'm not going to let him know the cost, obviously! I realize he'd love to wear it. I even purchased pants for him, however he doesn't need me to purchase pants since they're more costly than a top, but since I tracked down reasonable pants here with good and decent fit, I didn't stop for a second to get them. It was a brilliant present to him!

The diversity of shops available: Chase and Wells Fargo banks, Vons Grocery, Starbucks, CVS, Big 5 and several restaurants, makes it a convenient stop to get lots done.

I used to look forward to going there. It was a lovely haven with glorious pine trees and grass. Now it's a hot cement wasteland. The Center made a shameful decision destroying those healthy beautiful trees and green space. I was in total shock when I saw what had happened. It is heartbreaking, they will no longer be getting my business.

We went to the Family Dollar store. It was clean and pretty much stocked. The only problem which seems to be everywhere these days there was not enough help on the floor or the registers. The shopping center had other businesses that we did not utilize

Interesting place, with a grocery store, a Big Five, and a Dollar Store, as well as many other useful and fun shops (welcome back, Fantastic Sam's). Also has a Starbucks, hence the loss of a star, but if you can dodge the idiots that frequent the place, it's almost worth a trip.

I like this place - it has good shops and is convenient for groceries and stuff. But how can they have such a huge parking lot for cars and not a single place to lock up bikes? It would be better for those of us who ride bikes there to be able to safely lock our bikes up. EVC, please consider adding bike racks or a safe place to lock up bicycles.

A sprawling shopping center, one could have a pit stop, lunch or dinner, for coffee, sandwich or a whole array of fare. With the spaciousness, one could literally read a book, take a nap, even stretch, yoga or have a quiet time under the shade with as much privacy, and no one would bother.

There is a small business that serves phenomenal ice cream called Bruster's Ice Cream. You got to try this place.

👍👍 This is a very nice center there is no crime everyone is polite. The only thing that has upset me recently is that they are getting rid of one of the most popular local Mexican restaurants that has been here for over 20 years called Juaquin's

👍👍 It's hard to review a plaza with so many stores you never visit. But the two restaurants I do visit are at each end of the plaza. Mimi's and Polly's Pies. Both are equally delicious, and I'm impressed that Polly's has not raised their prices as high as most restaurants do.

👍👍 We love Stefano's for a panini, and salad. The cheese cake is fabulous. I love the fresh made ice tea. My daughter's favorite is Jersey Mike's and we have the Club sub. Mike's way. Yummy, with some jalapeno chips. We sometimes visit Chili's and I go for the sliders, with a side of fries. We apprecia...
