I had a horrible experience here and it’s honestly very unfortunate since I come here all the time. I ordered my regular drink jasmine milk tea. I was firstly charged with the incorrect amount. Secondly I waited for around 30 minutes for my drink, while other people who came after me received their drink before me. I finally Received my drink and it tasted nothing like jasmine milk tea. I expressed that the drink did not taste good and there was no accommodation made whatsoever. Not even a refund and they didn’t even offer to change my drink when I’m a regular customer. The manager needs to do a better job.

It’s so unfortunate how downhill this establishment has gone since moving locations. Wait times are drastically longer, product shortages, difficulty with line ups out the door. Have called ChaTime in Moncton and they have zero issues with product, was told today it wouldn’t be til end of September before they get their chocolate mix. But yet Moncton location has it no problem. Typically we go and buy 2-4 large drinks at a time when we go, and it’s been weekly at minimum since beginning of last summer. Now it’s hardly ever cause they don’t have many of the items on the menu. Barely ever parking, and the wait time is upwards of 45 minutes sometimes. :(

Got some drinks for my friends and I the other day and Noran served us—some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! I’ll definitely be back for her!

Been to this location twice in a week and they were out of tapioca and didn’t have the flavours I initially wanted. It’s great that Charlottetown is getting more diverse food options but the service is not good. Also the line is too long for only having two people behind the counter.

Staffs were bilingual in English and Chinese. Highly recommended if you are into sweet drinks. Don't forget to add topping.. that is the best part of bubble tea.

I would Highly recommend to any one you loves the natural flavour of Peach like me to order the Peach Black tea with no sugar. It is so refreshing on a nice hot summer day!

Definitely not a bad drink but the customer service was rough at best. They also have a massive menu but all of their boba & most popular drinks are constantly unavailable. Would recommend downsizing their menu & focusing solely on the customers favs.. Quality over quantity!!

I wish the menu was more descriptive and had more photos or information for new customers. As someone who has had lots of bubble tea even I get overwhelmed by the options. The space is very small so you are right at the counter before you can look at the menu. A bit worse for wear since moving locations.

Wheelie Bin Doctors visited a new island small business Cha time and we got treated to the milky premium tea with pearl toppings. You have to try them. They are really shaking tea up. Thanks Cha time for your amazing service in PEI.

Nice place for bubble tea. For some reason the staff seemed shocked that I liked taro milk tea, which was weird, but otherwise all good.

I had premium milk tea., less ice, normal sugar., had pudding and pearls. Definitely i love the taste similar on original nai-tsa(milktea) in taiwan., the hazelnut chocolate is good to order too., Recommended for milk tea lover. Service was fast and might say friendly.,😊

To preface I visited from Toronto where bubble tea is everywhere, and this lone Chatime in Charlottetown didn't disappoint. Passion fruit flavour was on point and tapioca was the perfect consistency, fresh and chewy. Very little seating inside, could add a table or two. Will definitely return if I visit again.

We always look up to enjoying the delicious and addicting milk tea whenever we visit Charlottetown. However, today we were tempted to cancel our order because the server was rude and unwelcoming. He was frowning the whole time and he kept banging the doors of the cabinet. He also complained when I ordered an additional 5 regular ones because he said he is alone. His attitude ruined our appetite. He should be reprimanded for it. Nonetheless, we still love the ones we ordered.

Ordered passion fruit tea, with 50% sweetness. Pearl is QQ.
