Had a great meal. One person had Big Dipper and I split pizza with my daughter. Was busy on Friday evening, but staff were very good. Also, added Pizza bread which was very tasty. We had a 50/50 pizza with spicy perogi and bbq chicken. Both sides were well done and it is nice to be able to have 2 pizzas in one for variety. Everything was excellent- thank you.

Spacious dining area with ample vegetarian options. The pizzas were delicious, and the dips added an extra punch. The only hiccup was the mojitos, slightly tangier than expected. Overall, a good dining experience.

My kids and I love this place, great good, great staff, great prices and great atmosphere.

Pre-show dinner at Boston Pizza worked great. Arrived at 5pm with no reservation and were seated quickly in a booth. The servers were friendly and prompt. Drinks came to enjoy prior to our 4 meals. 2 of the meals were delicious chicken parm with a wide variety of sides to add to it. No room for desserts. Ample time to get downtown Charlottetown to catch our show.

Always very accommodating wait staff. Our appetizer came out quickly and the meals were delicious. Always recommend the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Cactus Cut Potatoes & Thai Bites, they're delicious!

Even though they have an area outside they put us way outside in the grass. Nice but not quite. It was us having dinner or the mosquitoes?

Had a great time. Andrew was our waiter, he was super friendly and polite, gave great service. The pizzas were great! Loved that they offered gluten free options for the pizzas and dessert!

Went here this evening and had a one phenomenal experience. The staff were very attentive and exceptionally friendly. My food came very fast (I was there at 6 pm). Would absolutely recommend!

Was visiting Charlottetown for the weekend and came here to grab a quick bite for dinner at around 820pm. There was about 7-8 of us. We were seated, ordered drinks and dinner and received our food timely. I then decided to add on to our order and asked for a pizza, which the waitress said take out or dine in? And I said dine in. Maybe ten minutes in of us chatting and eating, an employee came over and asked if we wanted take out containers, to which I was surprised and taken aback because we were all still eating our dinner (utensils in our hands) and I advised the employee that we were still eating. When the waitress came back, I asked what time they were closing because it felt like they just wanted us to leave. The waitress apologized when I told her that, didn’t check in towards the end and just let us be. First time here and didn’t appreciate the poor service and attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were all friendly and polite, and did their jobs well. The food was decent. Had the new macaroni and cheese. It was good, but not amazing. The portion was smaller than I expected, although certainly enough for a meal. Overall, it's good food, but I'd probably order something else next time.

Parking was challenging, had to park in back. Not a large parking lot. Waited 15 mins yo be seated (2). Food was wonderful, didn't wait ling to be served. portion was a little small but filling. It was quiet enough to maintain conversation during the meal. Over all, a good place to head out to eat!

Our server Andy was great! He had a good rapport with the table and even though we waited a little longer for food and such his service made up for it.

Calamari was disgusting, super greasy and weird, terrible presentation, I don't recommend those. Boneless very good, jalapeño dip excellent but it came with stale potato chips. 😑

Best! Bartender made me a surprise me drink which was totally worth it and will be back for it for sure . Best service ever, food was amazing!

Ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms. Didn’t like it. Chicken breast ( how it says on the menu ) was processed previously frozen chicken with no taste. Didn’t like food at all. But staff is friendly and great.

We ate here with 4 adults and 4 kids under 11. The place was very busy and we were willing to wait for seating. Service was fast and friendly and the food was amazing. I had the Carnivore meat and pasta dish and was stuffed full.

This was my first time at this BP. Called a couple weeks ahead to reserve for 9 people. Arrived and tables were already placed together to accommodate us; set up with cutlery, etc... Even though there were other patrons in the dining room, it felt like the place was set up, just for us. The football game was showing on several screens, but not loud, since that would be all the group would focus on (like is the norm for other establishments). We never felt rushed, service was great (gave a big tip), food was, excellent and we will definitely be coming back. I was shocked, in a good way at the final bill. Price was less than I expected with the amount we ordered. Appetizers, drinks, main, then dessert. (Like my husband mentioned, why don't we come here, when we are in the city?....now, we will)

Food was much better than last dine in pre-covid. Could tell they were understaffed but our waiter made sure we had all we needed as fast as he could. Still too expensive for what it is though, would love to go more often but I just can't afford it when it comes to over $100 for a table of 3.

A terrible, irresponsible restaurant with clueless staff members that don’t know how to communicate with customers appropriately. I’ve had to send back my food and drink twice because they sent it out incorrectly. The overall quality of this establishment is 2/5, in my opinion, and I'm being generous with that rating. The only staff member that was kind, patient, and communicative was Eric--and I thank you, Eric, for serving me well.

Clean place. Food good, but a little overpriced like in every Boston pizza. Service was good and fast.

Was extremely disappointed with all the food. Their chips were half raw, the chicken in the burger had no taste, and the ribs were quite frankly disgusting. It definitely seems like a lot of the food is frozen and reheated. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. On the positive side the waiter was very nice and understanding about our complaint.

I haven't been here in over 10 years because the food wasn't great. Went back last night. This time the food was amazing. Best I've had anywhere in a long time. The waitress on the other hand, she had no interest in being there last night. She kept avoiding us, taking one persons order, then walking away, coming back 10 minutes later. No Please or thanks yous at all until the end when she figured out we were not impressed with her and was just trying to save face. I figured it may have been an off night until my son in law said she was their waitress the last time they were there and she was just as horrible.
