First Casino I have ever been to where every single ATM was not working staff told me ATMs have been down for 2-3 weeks now They also have only 4 tables for games 3 blackjack and one baccarat. Staff was friendly tho

We were there the weekend of the Gold Cup & Saucer. It was a very busy weekend, with the horse races and a carnival all on the same property. It was around 10:00 pm when we decided to head to the casino. We had called ahead to the casino, as we were only interested in gambling and not in the fair or races. The casino staff told us we would not have to pay for admission to the grounds, if it was after 9:00 pm. When we arrived, we kindly explained to the attendant that we were only interested in gaining access to the casino to gamble, however, the woman working the gate informed us that we had to pay $12 each. We explained that we had called the casino ahead and were told we would not have to pay as it was after 9 pm, but this crusty woman told us that no matter what time we arrived - even if we came at midnight, we would still have to pay. We could understand paying if it had been earlier in the day, but we were NOT about to pay $12 each PLUS feed the slot machines in the casino. This was our first encounter, during our trip to PEI, in which we encountered a total lack of Maritime hospitality and such rudeness!!

Definitely a little disappointing, the casino was very small. The facilities in general were of a low quality to what I have experienced in other provinces.

A really fun outing. We bet 2$ a time and won some at almost every race. All in all bet 36$ over 9 races, won 28$.

Always good food. Service was greatly appreciated as they normally don't have special occasions for birthdays or anniversaries but they did up a cite little double cake for my wife and I.

Upon entering the building, we needed to pay an extra $12 because the exhibition was going on, so the gate was all along the casino. We walked all the way down the side of the place to see if there was a separate entrance way but nope. That was confusing. The inside was clean and nice, busy place but everyone working there was very friendly. Lots of things to pick from to play. We had a fun hour.

Have been to casinos all over as far as Ottawa and never had a worse experience than this one. Yes you lose most of the time, but on the lowest bet I was in and out in 20 mins. Neither of us won even a few dollars here and there to keep us afloat, just drained straight to zero. Even that I can live with and would be back eventually, but there were more machines out of order than were functioning. Bars may have 1 or 2 down, but a casino having that many down, you think you could pay someone to fix them, heck you can use the money you just took from me to fix them for the locals. Definitely sticking with Casino NB.

Went 2 nights in a row and has a wonderful winning streak on both nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Great casino promotions and fun small casino with great rewards. Highly recommend in PEI.

Was here for 2023 Gold Cup & Saucer Race! Amazing atmosphere, full house over 25,000 fans & fun midway made for a very fun night out.

The surf and turf buffet was amazing. The haddock bake and seafood chowder were the best i ever tasted and the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection

The casino is pretty small, but at least there are a few blackjack tables with 15$ minimum bet. You can also take a break from the casino and go outside to enjoy the horse race, which was a first for us. It was entertaining, and we went around to ask some locals what horse we should bet on. Also, it was during the week leading to PEI national day, so there was an amusement park installed right next to the race track and casino (not sure if it's there all year long). We did have to pay an entry price to access the casino and racetrack. Parking was available right next to the racetrack for 5$ for the night. The casino staff were nice and the alcool was not too expensive (compared to other casinos). Overall, it was a great way to end our day in Charlottetown! I would definitely recommend it.

Went for the Horse Racetrack for the first time and really enjoyed our experience. Staff is very friendly and was able to give us a crash course, we ended up winning our first race! They have a small casino section, didn’t really bother to enter the space. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and they even offer all you can eat dinner! For around $40/ person. Good experience!

This is a fun place, with lots of parking, and it's centrally located. The building is spacious and comfortable, and the racetrack is in good condition.

Had the brunch buffet and it was awsome as always!!!! Yummy food cheap price!!! So glad they brought it back again!!!

Took my youngest to the casino for his 19th birthday. We had an awesome time. Have to admit that I didn't have the horseshoe or the four leaf clover in my pocket that night as I lost what I came in with, but my youngest left with some extra cash in his pocket as he was the one with the luck that night. Great way to spend an evening out with family or friends when you want to have some fun. Just remember to be responsible with what you bring so you don't lose your shirt. Staff was super friendly.

Nice place. I have a wonderfull day playing casino, bet on horse races and have à good lunch.

Had a great time. Races were so fun to watch. Didn't cost anything to get in. Only pay what you wage for the races. There is a cassino as well.

We had a great time it's Old Homeweek at the races. It was a great time, did a little gambling in the Casino, saw some cow wrangling. Great times. If You are looking for some fun on Charolettetown this is tge week to check out Red Shore Racing. Each day lots to do!

The place was down a quiet street off a residential area. Racetrack was not running at the time of our arrival, but the whole area was dark and uninviting. Nothing about it exhumed "come on in". Very small Casino with 2 BJ, 1 Ultimate Poker and 1 Minibaccarat table, of which only 3 were open. The rest of the small area was filled with slot machines. We only lasted 15 minutes there.

Always love live racing night and the announcer Vance Cameron makes it that much more thrilling!! Races again Saturday should be great..they never disappoint and the casino is fun to walk around and try your luck..always a great time at Red Shores!!

We had so much fun. If you want to go to the restaurant upstairs you need reservations!!! We never- and the food downstairs was mediocre. But we had a great time!

This is a great spot to stop by for lunch the seafood chowder was very good. The clams were so good and they were the whole clams not just the strip. Then spent a little time at the Casino We went as a monthly family luncheon service was quick and excellent so friendly

They only had 3 gaming tables, all black jack. The rest were machines. Bit dissapointing, would it kill them to have just one roulette table?

As usual not very friendly, I do like this part of your profile. Too many owners and they all work there, one thing is for sure some players get looked after better than others.

Nice place, only complaint would be the lines for cashing in tickets. For this reason I left sooner than I would have. Wasn't going to stand in line again. Maybe consider getting an electronic cash out?

A fantastic place to watch the races, place some bets, and enjoy a meal while witnessing a part of pei history! Staff are wonderful. Horses are in beautiful condition, very well cared for and clearly loved.

What can I say, it's the casino and racetrack.. It's a great time. It's a clean and friendly atmosphere. Employees are helpful and very respectful. Races are good and the casino has a decent selection of Table games and Slot machines. Gamble Responsibly!!
