Recently at a birthday party there at an hour into it the manager comes in and tries to get then to start finishing up and rushing then out cause there is another party booked. Note party was booked for 2 hours. Started 20 minutes late (staff had nothing ready) and they were forced to move out of the area cause she wanted to get the next birthday party ready. 15 minute remained of the party we were guests at and the next party is set up and ready. Wouldn't recommend parties here . Service isn't worth it anymore

Food was quick and prepared well. The restaurant was clean, but the layout of the interior was a bit poor. The parking lot was small, and we nearly got hit by 2 different cars, definitely not a good one to drive to. Drive through seemed a bit chaotic too. The location of thie McDonalds is good though.

Last time I ever buy their little hamburgers. Half a pickle!? Only one side of the bun had condiments. This burger was made with HATE. Seems like the only decent thing they make now is coffee.

Have been here quite a few times. What I have noticed is that the burgers are served somewhere between warm and cold. Just have not had the time to take the order back to counter and ask them to cook it.

I enjoy their food but the people in the drive thru alway sound like they hate their jobs, zero customer service skills.

I've been to nearly 100 McDonald's restaurants worldwide and while this may seem biased, this location is still my favourite and I'd claim is one of the best in Canada for food quality. Order accuracy is extremely high, food quality is on par with the best and order speed is fast. The restaurant itself is always dated and the atmosphere is mundane. Drive-Thru is the strength of this location. Erin deserves the best salary available and bonuses for the many times I've witnessed her solve problems with order taking and organization.

Four people went through the drive-thru while I was waiting at the other speaker. Not sure if it's a detection issue or they just didn't care to switch - but cashier laughed and ignored it when I pointed out that 4 minivans of people got ahead of me for the error. Service doesn't deserve your money.

If someone place second order then McDonald cashier will slammed the window on your face is this the way you serve your cx it is rdiculous

I would like to give a shout out to 2 workers. Erin who usually takes the payment and Faith who is the sweetest , friendly staff person ever. I think both of these ladies need recognition. Thank you for your service.

Literally went to this macdonalds explicitly to get poutine at 2:50am. The other macdonalds in town doesn’t carry it. Drove 15 minutes to this macdonalds for them to tell us they didn’t have it right now. I am disappointed.

I waited for my food last night for almost 20 in the driveway. They kept forgetting about my order. Then they mixed up our order .

It’s just McDonald’s, you get what you pay for. I don’t usually have an issue here, they get my order right about 90% of the time.

Worst customer service ever..This is what they gave us in $4 very less quantity ..burned and cold fries.

I don't understand why they display the different sizes of items when they are only selling / serving one size. It is misleading and misinformation.

Great chain of McDonalds Restaurants owned by a great local family! Great management and staff! Lori (general manager) has been with there main store in Charlottetown and is well respected as well liked for being so genuine to many that worked and visited the restaurant over the years.

Place is not clean at all. Whoever was supposed to clean the playplace wiped a table down and walked out. Garbages are full and fries are all over the floor. Nothing but crumbs in the play are as well as a swear word written inside the walls of the play equipment in black permanent marker.

My daughter always have a fun time here. This is our family hangout place everytime we go to Charlottetown. I have no issue with the food being served here. The only thing that changed during our visit yesterday was there was a delay with our orders. It took more than 10 mins. I noticed there was an issue with the fries station. The crew their is kind of slow or just having a bad day. Her co-workers need to check on her from time to time to hasten up.

I went through the drive through and they charged us for the person behind us and then the girl that took our payment said we payed visa but we paid cash and then they said we paid 2 dollars but we 11 dollars they were also very rude. Very bad service do not recommend going here

Half the time it's fine and the other half it's not even worth it. Just went through the drive-thru (which was dead), waited a good five minutes before someone spoke, then when we got up to the window we asked if they got the jr.chicken meal to which they then tried to argue with us that it was a completely different meal. Also, not to bash people for their own language but when you've made a mistake and been called out for it, politely mind you, it's highly inappropriate to make comments in a different language and laugh with your co-workers in front of the customers. At least close the window BEFORE you do that.

I just wanted to say that I'm super glad that I'm able to go to McDonalds in Charlottetown on a Friday or Saturday night and not worry about chaos (i.e drug addicts and overly drunk people). I don't know where they hired that new security guard from but he's pretty decent, he seems to be able to control a huge lot.

Ordered egg mcmuffins this morning . My girlfriend bit into one and it was full of egg shells and cut her gum on it . Do not recommend this place ever again . .all the management said to us was I can give you your money back and or replace the order lol what a joke .

Terrible! I paid over $12 for a cold quarter pounder combo, cheese was barely melted and way too much salt on my soggy fries. I'd rather pay $8 for 2 whoppers at BK.

I went to this location at 3:50 and they said need to wait 20 minutes as they are updating their system and I waited 20 minutes in parking lot and again went to give order 4:10 and they said need another 20 minutes to update system. This is disgusting as that is breakfast time and they should update their system little bit earlier.

The table and the floor are dirty, not sure if that's because they are open 24/7 and don't have time clean them. Edit August 31th,2022 ordered 2 bacon deluxe mccrispy, when i get back home only one has bacon on it, drink section is nightmare, dirty as he'll but no one seems care. Was looked like the pic when I came in and still the same when I left.

Second time here. Good experience both times. Fast and smooth through drive thru. Only thing is no ketchup, guess we have to ask for that? Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.

I love it, it's great for midnight and 3 am and even during the day. Staff is doing their best but many of them have difficulties so you might have to explain yourself a few times. Food is very much not healthy but it tastes good. And their ice cream machine is not one of the ones that's always broken

It was good, order was correct. The only issue was the burritos were dry like there was no cheese and they did not provide the salsa that usually goes with them. Other than that it was hot and fresh and the order was all correct on the first try! That was great!
