Does its job as a community mall for about 40K folks in Charlottetown. Has good stores but sad that it doesnt let in more natural light than it could when PEI boasts island life. Its use of space could be improved as well as lots of hallways that are extra wide but lacks character. Maybe some consultation with island artists can add character and remove some of the mall's sterility.

This mall has the worst bike parking in Charlottetown. Do not try to go to the mall or a movie by bike. The racks just barely hold the bottom of your tire and there's nothing to lock to. A bike theif could not design a worse rack.

It's an indoor mall. Easy access, it's a transit bus connection point, usually sufficient parking. As with most malls, it's a bit quiet these days and there's a fair amount of tenant-store turn over but that's how retail is lately. Supposedly going through renovations as was recently purchased by a developer.

The food court was so small that only 4 stalls were in service. The shops are not attractive.

Everything in one place to shop... winner soprtschek H&m urban planet and many more... shops .... but which is not good... there is only washroom in food court.... you have to go there only open washroom.. all other not in use or.closed....

So clean and inviting! Glad to see the mall busy again 🙌

My favourite mall I’ve ever been to. It has everything I’ve ever needed It’s where I bought my engagement ring. That’s where I bought my two wedding bands where I bought my suit for my wedding and that’s where my bride bought her bra.

Diversity in stores is lacking Food court is dark and foreboding. Bathrooms near food court are in need of major fixing. People can't park.

Nice mall in Charlottetown with a few major retailers connected including Winners and SportChek. Modern and well kept (clean) shopping experience. Several large retailers and restaurants in the immediate area

everything is renovated nicely, like their update on the mall, and gonna be very good place to hang out for local islanders and visitors. like they have more business going into the mall. have done a very good job.

It's nice that the mall is getting good stores again

Great little mall. Will be great when they get more of a variety of shops in there. Maybe an actual restaurant.

With many stores and a food court, there is something to be found on almost everyone's shopping list at the mall. A variety of stores including clothing, jewelry, kitchen essentials, collectibles, food and more and a food court, the mall is a great place to meet with friends and family alike and have a fun day out.

Love to see the mall expanding. That being said it was a pretty uncomfortable shopping experience. The mall is way too warm. Sure, it’s winter, but that means everyone is going in with jackets, we don’t need a cozy building. If you’re going to keep the mall at this temperature you need a customer service counter for customers to check-in their coats.

Way too many bright lights, loud music and very cramped. Very pricey items even with being on sale. I've lived in much larger cities and while not really shopping @ Saphora much in other cities, I still had much better experiences than in my hometown which is disappointing. There seemed to be too many staff members taking up a lot of room and talking to one another a lot more so than helping out customers. I can say with about 97% positivity that I will not be back to spend anymore of my money there..other than IF by chance I happen to come in to get a Body Spray that My Mother likes.. Very disappointed..
