I
walked
into
the
shop
and
started
to
look
at
some
watches.
I
picked
up
an
automatic
skeletonised
Fossil
(with
a
label
that
read
‘AUTOMATIC’.
Immediately,
a
salesperson
(who
I
later
found
out
to
be
called
Kate)
walked
over
to
me
and
asked
me
if
I
knew
that
it
was
an
automatic
watch,
I
responded
by
saying
I
did.
She
then
asked
a
follow
up
question
of
if
I
knew
how
they
work,
to
which
I
informed
her
that
I
did.
She
then
proceeded
to
ignore
me
and
provided
a
detailed
explanation
of
how
automatic
movements
work
for
a
solid
45
seconds.
After
she
went
away,
I
looked
at
a
different
shelf.
This
shelf
had
a
sign
on
it
that
read
(in
large,
red,
bold
letters)
‘ALL
WATCHES
IN
THIS
SHELF
ARE
£89’.
The
same
woman
came
up
to
me
again
and
asked
me
if
I
realised
that
the
watches
in
that
shelf
were
£89,
I
said
that
I
did
realise
that,
she
then
goes
on
about
how
great
of
a
deal
they
were
.
A
carbon
copy
of
this
interaction
(still
with
the
same
woman)
would
happen
at
another
shelf.
I
then
left
the
shop
and
returned
a
few
hours
later
and
bought
a
watch,
sadly
however,
it
was
Kate
that
sold
this
to
me,
whilst
I
was
checking
out,
she
was
fairly
rude.
I
visited
the
shop
on
01/08/2023.
The
watch
I
purchased
was
in
good
condition
and
other
employees
were
polite
and
helpful.
My
friend
also
bought
a
watch
from
the
same
woman
on
the
same
day,
when
she
resized
the
bracelet
for
him,
she
didn’t
do
it
properly
and
it
fell
apart
later
that
same
day,
so
we
had
to
waste
petrol
money
and
time
in
our
*short*
holiday
to
go
back
and
get
it
repaired.
We
were
with
a
different
employee
this
time,
who
was
brilliant,
however
I
don’t
know
his
name.
