They have really cute cats, the staff ask you to call them by their name. When you enter you have to take off your shoes and wear the slippers they give you.(I think) it's run by an elderly man whos friendly. The staff understand a bit of english but try to help as much as they can. If you want to carry the cats you have to ask them first. You don't have to pay tax for the first 45 mins but after that you have to. They also provide lockers to put your stuff in and there are lint rollers outside to get rid of cat fluff. Great place for taking photos if cats, they do get frisky with loud small children, but they don't scratch. They also have blind cats which are very cutee

The place isn't very pretty but the rest is good. It's not a cafe in the coffee sense, but instead you get a drink from the refrigerator. There is bottled tea, soda, and water. There might also be refrigerated coffee but I don't drink coffee so I didn't pay attention. Some of the reviews say that the cats aren't very nice. But in my experience they behaved like cats typically do. I found one that was very friendly and let me pet it. Another didn't want to be pet but was very playful. キング (king) was asleep but very soft. I enjoyed petting him while he slept. Even if you're not petting any cats it's still a fun but relaxing environment. The younger cats are always running around chasing each other. Of course, if you buy a snack for the cats or are there for the cats' snack time they are naturally friendlier. There are also a few manga series available (in Japanese of course), including what seemed to be the entirety of One Piece and several cat related manga. I also saw some complaints about the staff in the reviews, but my experience was very good. One employee was just doing cleaning and stuff but the other was there for the customers to talk to. She seemed like the owner. She is someone you could talk to with basic Japanese. A kid and his mom who appeared to only speak English also walked in and they were given help. The info cards given out are in English as well.

The cats are the cutest They only have one staff when me and my daughter went there. She is very busy and I understand that but her attitude towards new/1st time customer is not really good. She doesn’t explain and she speaks very bluntly without respect compare how she speaks to other Japanese customers. Her being alone is hard and that is very understandable but she should practice well Mannered service specially to foreigners who wants to Help those very wonderful cats in their custody. She don’t even bother to explain what to do first and she is very rude. I’m sorry to say this but being under staff is not an excuse to have an attitude like that. She might be nice to her fellow Japanese but what we had experienced was not really good and made us not to stay longer there. When you go there and she is busy make sure to bring a lot of patience and understanding. The cats are wonderful though.

Awesome rescue cat cat cafe! Staff is super nice (and speaks english) and the cats are adorable! All proceeds go to helping cats find a forever home which we loved contributing towards. We paid 800 yen for 30 min. Its on the top floor of the building, easy to find. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing with piano disney songs playing in the background. No shoes allowed so you have to wear the provided slippers and they give you lockers for your stuff. There are pet hair lint rollers available as well as a bathroom to wash your hands. Plenty of cat toys around so you can play with the playful ones.

Lovely very kind to foreigner. So many cats here. You must go into the building then up the elevator to the top floor. It's not clear if we can order food/drink, you must ask her

I enjoyed the cafe. It's a very relaxing and fun experience. The cats are very friendly and are eager to play. I recommend this place for cat lovers that want a quiet place to relax in the heart of Tokyo

I found it ok, but my daughter loved it. I think there's too many cats on that limited space. Some of the cats clearly dislike each other.
