An excellent Gluten Free cafe with a little bit of everything. After an afternoon at the Ghibli Museum it was a nice walk to find this cozy spot. The owner and staff were so nice and friendly. The decor is fun, can you find the dog? I did! I got the au gratin and a curry to go as well as some curry bread 😋 always good to stock up when you find a great spot like this!!

Great spot for a healthy lunch in Kichijoji! We had the green curry with chicken (great and has a little bit of a spice kick to it) and the chicken veggie salad bowl (great variety of veggies). It’s a cozy spot with a cute ambience. Definitely recommend!

Had an amazing lunch at this cafe. Everything on the menu is gluten free and taste was fabulous. Staff were so friendly and have excellent service. Such a lovely atmosphere that I sat back and relaxed for 2 hours over my meal. Plus they also have bread, biscuits, pizza, etc that can be bought as packed goods.

Great place. Finally a restaurant that serves healthy , delicious food that my stomach can tolerate and my taste buds can enjoy😃 Everything was amazing, coffee, smoothie, dessert, main dish. They use fresh, good quality, addictive and gluten free ingredients. Interios is cozy and staff very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go there again and will recommend this place to my friends.

Loved the vegan special menu! I came with my friend and it was very nice for lunch. All very tasty and the staff was super friendly. It's a bit small for the amount of tables, still we enjoyed very much. In the picture I already ate an appetizer plus the soup lol

It’s so hard to find a great gluten-free, dairy-free restaurant in Tokyo. This place was better than expected, and me and my wife loved it! We left and bought a couple loaves of GF bread and tons of cookies and treats. Would definitely recommend.

Loved it! Delicious gratin with chicken, mixed veg + baked cheese. Smoothie (green) was perfect for the health conscious who doesn’t like any sweeteners, so it’s simply fruits. (Not sweet at all compared to most (too) sweet smoothies. Got berry cupcake, bagels & recommended cocoa cookies to go. Near impossible to find GF bagels in JP, so what a treat! (Comes w/English explanations as to how to toast their unique bread well!)

Great food with really cute interior decor. All dishes are GF with vegan options. The rice bread was so good we had to buy a loaf to take with us, & they will slice it for you! Even my non GF friends enjoyed their food. This is definitely the spot to come to if you eat GF!!

This restaurant used to be in Waseda. I would try and visit once a month for the chicken salad, the term chicken salad doesn't really do it justice, it's an ample bowl of tasty goodness. It's still on the menu and still as tasty. You'll wait awhile for your food so don't come if you're in a hurry. Tasty. Chicken salad was 1,300 and hot soy milk was 400. Now stuffed. Nice place.

This is our new favourite vegan restaurant in Kichijoji! We started with the mixed berry smoothies, which looked so delicious we didn’t want to drink them, but when we started to, we didn’t want to stop. For my meal I had the vegan special, complete with ginger rice, soup of the day (it was a tomato-based, vegetable soup on the day we went), rice bread, falafel, hummus, and sweet carrots. And that was before the main part of the meal - a delicious salad of lettuce and other greens with dried apple, orange, cucumbers, etc. It was all delicious.

Ordered the berry smoothie and vegan rice bowl and everything was delicious. As a vegan in Tokyo sometimes it is not easy to find a place to eat and this place was a wonderful surprise. I will definitely come again.

There was a lot of choice of western dishes and all of the food was freshly and expertly prepared. There were many ales to choose from and different kinds of bread to take away. The everything bagel was so good! The owners were lovely and happy to help.

The food is really good, a good number of vegan options, also desserts and coffee. The staff was super friendly and cute, the interior is top! It is also calm around the restaurant. I recommend it and maybe you can even try out a good vegan meal! Besides there is only one dog in the restaurant and he is to be found ;). We went there after we visited the park nearby.

Amazing gluten free food with vegan and vego options too. As a coeliac I really appreciated that this store is 100% gluten free. The pasta was delicious and they sell cakes and bagels too. I had that cacao bagel for breakfast the next day and it was delicious!!

A very cute and enjoyable place with good food. We had the GF pizza toast which was delicious. However, it didn’t say on the menu it contained meat. Being a vegetarian, it would be good to indicate which ingredients are in which dishes on the menu. All in all a great experience. Thank you

Genuinely good!!!! Food is superb. One of the best gluten free restaurants in Tokyo. Highly recommend - Chicken Sweet and Spicy bowl

I had the gluten-free bagel with cream cheese which was delicious. I didn’t feel any difference from a wheat flour one. The drip coffee too is flavorful.

You have absolutely gotta try this place! The decor is super unique and fun. I was extremely impressed by the service and accommodating nature of the owners. We made a booking but were extremely late, yet they still cooked us a lovely meal. My friend and I had the vegan curry (delicious!!) and my partner had the pork bowl. We all loved our meals and ginger ales too. Great fun, lovely setting, warm and welcoming owners. Already want to go back!

One of the few true gluten-free restaurants in Tokyo. It serves international and fusion cuisine, such as Thai curry pasta, pizza's, salads, sausages, side dishes like hummus or chicken, and Western cakes for dessert. There are also gluten-free beers. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cosy English country pub with a timber frame structure. The walls are covered with pictures of cats, hence probably the name of the place (there might be a dog picture hidden among them, or not). Even the toilet is beautiful and decorated with feline artwork.
