I had to stop here cause my legs hurt so much so I had to take a seat cause for some reason the entire mall area has not a single bench or seat. There’s so much open space for seats but there isn’t so you are kind of forced to go into a cafe or restaurant. Of course the prices are high as we are in a train station in Tokyo. I got the icecream and it was 410. The prices outside are different from the ones on the menu. There is another nice cafe farther down the hall which I came across after eating here and it had cheaper items and more menu selections. The staff was very nice though.

Fantastic azuki dessert. Not too sweet and paired very nicely with the ice cream. The mochi was also very good and orange slices very fresh.

Japanese dessert shop in Tokyo station. Their Anmitsu is the best. I actually visited here almost every time I come nearby sometimes just to buy their to-go anmitsu home. The hot green tea is free of charge. Best place to take a rest after a long day of shopping and sightseeing also.

You can taste one of the best Anmitsu, best ice cream, best Shitotama kintoki in Tokyo. Japanese dessert is all about An(red bean paste), and An here is a real deal. Also, fruits are all fresh and good here, which is remarkable, when most of wagashiya barely use fruits with good quality. You can add extra ice cream topping if you want; I think soft ice cream is the best, but if you want something else, I personally recommend Hojicha ice cream. Plus, the portion of soft ice cream per serving is satisfying. I recommend cream shirotama kintoki, fruit cream anmitsu, and ice creams, if you ask me.

Quite good, not too sweet. You get a big portion with your order, I didn't expect it to be so big!

Came here 30 minutes before closing and was able to sit inside. Got the matcha anmitsu, tea is included for free.

I assume this would be a pretty good place if you’re into Japanese dessert on the sweeter side. I got the season-limited chestnut cream anmitsu. The ice cream was very delicious, but the rest of it was way too sweet for my taste. My friend ordered a similar option with fruit and also said it was too sweet for her.

Very well presented Japanese dessert bowl, love the ideas and the combination however the jelly sit at the bottom of the bowl tastes very artificial.

My favourite Anmitsu chain in Tokyo! They do a killer fruit soft serve anmitsu for ¥960. Can’t beat the price. I personally prefer the store at Ueno as Tokyo station is like a zoo, and would recommend getting there within the first 30mins of opening on a weekend to make sure you get a seat!

I had some time to spend in Tokyo Station so I decided to treat myself to my first ever anmitsu. It wasn't my favourite dessert, but I liked it. Service is quick and efficient, the prices are reasonable and there is free green tea (with refills). They have a take-away options and ice cream for kids.

Stepped into this cafe by chance, and so happy with this find! The soft serve is milky and reminds me of hokkaido icecream. It was wonderfully balanced with a side of chestnut cream, koniyaku jelly, peach slices, green tea mochi and red bean paste. Place was filled with locals on a weekday afternoon, yet I was kindly provided an English menu and free flow green tea by the gracious waitress. Some reviews mention it is overly sweet, but Japanese desserts are meant to be taken with the green tea and taken slowly. Thank you.

Lots of choices! The Anmitsu is quite sweet, so be careful! But the hojicha ice cream is really great! Very relaxing atmosphere.

Delicious dessert! A great place to rest your feet, “re-fuel” your energy while shopping at Tokyo station. 👍👍👍

Great little resting place for a nice Japanese snack in the hectic basement shopping street of the massive Tokyo Station (right down the way from Ramen Street).

Reasonably priced traditional Japanese sweets. Everything comes with free (and free refills) of green tea, which is good because that slight bitterness goes well with how very sweet anmitsu (red bean and agar etc. in brown sugar syrup) can be.

nice and good japanese dessert. mild sweet. you have to order for each person.

superb anmitsu, but sad to say the establishment practiced no distancing whatsoever. one table in the middle is used by 2-4 groups with useless transparent partitions. please reduce the number of people to avoid infection.

Pretty good chain wagashi place. Inexpensive and good quality. Lots of options and a convenient location right in Tokyo station. It’s on the lower level along with the other restaurants. Makes for a good resting snack while shopping or traveling.
