ジムの規模、会員数にしてはフリーウェイトゾーンが狭く、数が少ないため待たずにトレーニングできるのは運のいい時か深夜くらい。
トレーニングエリアの先にスタジオがあるので爆音が流れてきたり、スタジオ終わりの方がトレーニングエリアゾーンで話をしたりしているのでとにかくうるさい印象です。
トレーナーの方も注意するどころか一緒に会話しているのでこれに関してはもうどうしようもないと思います。
マシンに座りながら携帯をいじってる方も何度か見ましたがトレーナーの方が注意してるとこは一度も見たことはありません。
挨拶などは気持ちよくしてくれたり、よく話しかけてくるのでトレーニングメインではなく交流する場として利用する方はいいと思います。
また24時間営業なのに金曜が定休日で土日休日の人にとっては1番深夜に行きやすい日が休み。
ここに行くなら公共のスポーツ施設を利用するのとさほど変わらないと思うのでそちらを利用した方がいいと思います。
