Picked this place at the end of our Japan trip. This place looked the most legit and definitely was it! Booked a 90 minute deep tissue with a 30 minute foot. Got “Kama”. Super nice and professional. Massage was pretty good (could have been a bit stronger). The only things keeping this place from being a 5 star is having a little bit more ambiance during the massage such as more serene music and/or water sounds. Also hearing customers come in the entry door and talking dampens the mood. Otherwise great value in Tokyo. Recommended.

Reasonably priced and was a great experience. It was my first time getting a massage here in Japan and I enjoyed it. It wasn’t too busy when I arrived, but by the time I was about to leave, there were a lot of customers. I was able to make a reservation on the same day through their website which was very convenient. The lady who did me was very kind and we had some short conversation while she was giving me a foot bath and occasionally checked in with how I was feeling during the massage. 1000¥ off your first time as well!

The wife and I ordered a massage in advance and there was some confusion on what we asked for. Not sure if I did something wrong or not. Regardless the staff worked their hardest to find a resolution that was good for all parties and on top of that gave me one of the best massages of my life. Highly recommend for tourists that are banged up after a long travel.

After countless kms to visit Tokyo my husband and I were looking forward to a massage. He is not the biggest fan but really enjoyed this place. I am massage lover and this place fit all my needs. First of all, don’t be put off by the entrance of the building. It seems to be quite typical in Japan to have these tall concrete buildings with a few different businesses. This one is at the top of a building in Shibuya. Again, we thought because it was Shibuya area, it would be expensive but it was very reasonable. For the two of us, with both 60 minutes massages (different types), we paid 12,900 yen which in Canadian is about 130$. The people who work there are very friendly. Yes there is still the language barrier. One of the three people spoke English somewhat but honestly that’s just Japan for you. I had to ask the reception at our hotel to make the reservation because if you try to do the reservation online you need a Japanese phone number to confirm. And when we call you won’t necessarily hit that one person who speaks English. They wash your feet before you start which is super nice. My husband got a shiatsu massage and stretching which he thoroughly enjoyed. It’s not hard to ask them to adjust the pressure because let me tell you they can go hard if need be. Overall I recommend :)

I have to preface by saying this was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. Aika (pretty sure that’s not spelled right, my apologies!) was very nice and welcoming, and she did a great job focusing on what I asked her to. My only issue was really at the end, I’d left and said thank you when they reopened the door and one of the desk ladies walked up to move my Fanny pack over so she could see the words on my Akhibara shirt. Granted it says akhibara and something else but I speak zero Japanese so I don’t know if it’s funny, but she pointed at it and said something and her with the other girl laughed at me and closed the door again. As far as I know pointing in Japan is considered rude and I also clearly had no clue what they were saying so I was a bit uncomfortable. Not the biggest deal I suppose, but an unfortunate ending to what was otherwise a great experience.

Accidentally found this place. We walked in to ask more information regarding the price , service and avail time slots and ended up having a 60 mins oil Lymphatic massage. Our ladies were very skillful and we loved every minutes of it. It was very easy to find and it’s very easy to communicate with them. I think we will go back again after our Osaka stop before we take off and head home. Thanks

This is a tourist trap. Everyone was really nice but the massage was just some young lady with no training pushing on me for awhile. She sort of barely pressed on me in various places except for one spot on my right side that she worked so hard that I am bruised. I have received a lot of professional massages and take the heaviest pressure regularly. This was clearly an untrained person and I think this could quite possibly be dangerous for your health. Please don’t come here.

Very good service! I was asked, were my problem zones are and they helped me a lot with them. Everyone was very polite to me. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. The ambient is calming. I loved the massage! Would recommend!

Affordable price (30 minutes feet massage, 4800 yen). Very friendly staff. You feel very comfortable. After long walks around tokyo, the best thing to get back your feet in shape!

I had a wonderful time here getting the shiatsu massage. The staff were very welcoming to a walk-in that only spoke a little Japanese. I will absolutely make a point to come back next time I end up in Tokyo!

Lovely experience and was everything I expected and more. The staff was super helpful in getting us a reservation in advance. We ordered a couples foot massage and it was well worth it after days of walking. It was tucked upstairs and quiet from the noise outside as well. Highly recommend!

I felt very comfortable and welcome. Very friendly and great massage (foot scrub 10 min + scalp massage 45 min)! Also an English friendly place. I dropped in and they had an appointment available for an hour later on the same day.

Please don't go! THEY STOLE MY JEWELRY! I went here after a stressful day. During my session, one of the staff asked me a bunch of questions while she was washing my feet. About my life, work, etc. During my massage, i took off my jewelry and left it on in a cup. After the session, i forgot it and left it. I came back 10 minutes later and the jewelry was gone and the staff had forgotten how to speak English, of course because she was lying. So this place is both liars and thieves. They also have promotions that you'll get a discount if you write a good review, that's why they have high scores even though that staff isn't trained. They just push a little during the massage. Not professional at all. I don't recommend this scaming company.

This place was very relaxing. The service is great and they are foreign friendly as well. Would 100% recommend. My masseuse Ami Kurosawa was exceptional and spoke great English.

My masseuse with the blonde hair did a great job, strong and very kind. I may have stressed her out with a 2 hour deep tissue massage at the start of her shift. 有難うございます

In front of the mega Don Quijote in Shibuya. Staff speak fluent English and are very accommodating when we had to move our appointment at the last minute. Excellent massage; we took the 90-minute shiatsu (no oil; they give you pyjamas to wear) and it was wonderful! Totally recommend.

So Good! This is what you need after a long day of walking and exploring. My husband and I had the Oil Massage 60min, medium pressure and it was divine. We always go for oil massages and this is by far our favourite! My shoulder was very tight and my feet was aching so much, so after the massage, my body is healed. Thank you so much for this experience. ❤️

While I rarely write any kind of negative review, I feel I have to give my opinion about my experience here. First off, my husband and I walked in to book for the following day. We chose the oil- lymphatic drainage massage 90 min which ran about 150 each- plus 10 percent for massages after 10 pm (not sure why they charge extra for this). So- not cheap. Especially compared to the prices of massages we have had in other countries. The lady at the front was very pleasant and we paid upfront. She gave us a card with our time and that we prepaid. The actual space is clean, inviting, looks very zen. Lovely little intimate space on the 5th floor, with foot baths, wicker chairs, little statues- very nice. We couldn’t wait to return. The next day we came back and we were so excited for this massage. With the high ratings on google,I had high expectations for quality. I have to be honest when I say it was one of the worst massages I ever received. It just didn’t make sense. It wasn’t technical, it just seemed like the therapists weren’t trained and were making things up as they went. My husband compared the technique of his therapist to “a dog trying to escape a hot car” constant pawing with random jabs here and there to his glutes. His therapist also left the room 4-5 times to take calls at the reception (?) as she also works the front desk(?) Overall, the ladies are so nice and wonderful, so polite and I feel awful to report back my disappointment about their massage techniques but this was not lymphatic drainage, not even close! The English/Japanese barrier was real so we couldn’t really communicate this to them either. Hope this helps anyone thinking of coming here, you will most likely be disappointed if you’re looking for a “real” massage!

Had the best experience! The place had a nice feel to it and the staff were super friendly. Eika was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job and I felt relaxed afterwards. She made sure that I was comfortable and checked her pressure was ok. I left feeling super happy!

Didn’t have a pleasant experience today. I mentioned in the questionnaire that I feel fatigue in shoulder and neck, and have knee problem so “please don’t push hard on knees”. However, the therapist spent 2/3 time on my legs and stretched my knees very hard for long time. Even tho I showed I didn’t feel comfortable, she continued. Because too much time was spent on legs, in a 60min session, I only got maybe 10min on shoulders/ arms/ neck. As a result, I feel pain in knees and don’t feel relaxed on shoulders!! Plus, it was very noisy in the reception and foot massage area. I can hear clearly people talking, and it lasted long. I told therapist it’s too noisy, she did nothing! Lastly, she didn’t turn down the lights before the session started. Disappointed.

This place is okay not as great as I thought after reading the reviews which actually, I should have read more thoroughly. The lady I had gave an okay oil massage, not the best and left the room at least 3 times during the session. Best part was the free foot massage at the start. I wouldnt return unfortunately.

Had an incredible massage here with Kaede. Got a 60 minute oil massage. All the staff were very professional and the massage was thurough and relaxing and theraputic. They had me fill out a form for areas of focus and what to avoid which is always appreciated. The massage included with a foot massage and wash and then the primary massage. Kaede was friendly and her technique was great. Am an avid snowboarder so the extra focus on the feet and legs (which I partly requested, though I'm not sure if that changed anything) were appreciated. The staff were welcoming to foreigners and English speakers and they had English versions of menus and guides and forms. Highly appreciated. Is in the pricier side but that's expected in the middle of Shibuya and well worth it for a great massage. Thanks!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! They were very accommodating to us and helped us throughout the reservation process. The area itself is very clean and staff is very welcoming.

I had an AMAZING experience at Arona Spa. The suite is super cute and clean, the staff is friendly. My massage with Ami was the best I’ve ever experienced. She asked questions on where I wanted her to focus and asked about the pressure, and the calming music topped it all off. The whole experience was truly relaxing and just what I needed after long days of walking the city. A must-do in Shibuya!

Amazing place, excellent service and very professional staff. 90 min reflexology massage was very healing. Kanae had great attention to detail with perfect pressure. My wife and I were so happy, practically floating afterward

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to English speakers. Many masseuses in my past experience tend to just follow a set routine, but Angela (I believe her name was) made the effort to target the knots in my shoulders and even went some way to relieving a pinched nerve in my neck. I also felt quite light on my feet as I left after the reflexology course.
