Stayed here for one night with a last minute booking. The check-in process was seamless. The staff speak perfect English. Unfortunately no upgrades were provided despite my platinum status. The room and bathroom were slightly more spacious than expected. My room on the 15th floor was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary for platinum members. The variety and quality of the food was pretty good! I really liked their hash brown but the coffee was very bad. There is also a gym on the 2nd floor with 4 cardio machines, free weights, and a cable machine with pull up bar. I went around 10am and there was no one there.

Stayed here for a week, easily the best marriott I have ever stayed at, and I travel for work. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are the friendliest people you can meet. Great location for nightlife or shopping and close to many train stations. 10/10 can not recommend enough.

Stayed at the Aloft Ginza for 2 nights and had a great stay! Conveniently located near a few Tokyo local lines, we easily traversed all over the city from here. The rooftop bar was fun to swing by. The room was small, but well designed and functional. And the staff was great, they were also able to accommodate late check out for us which was a huge left before our late international flight. Would stay again!

This was a great home base for our recent trip to Tokyo. The room was compact (to be expected) but had enough room for us and our luggage to co-exist. There wasn’t a tub in our room, but they had a number of nice welcoming touches to make it feel livable and add local flavor—little things like free house slippers and a shoe horn were nice! And free water bottles were clutch for us.

Location: 5 minute walk from the Gina line that connects you to Shibuya and from lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. 10 min walk from the Tsujiki fish market. Rooms: Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the showers are spacious. Service: staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t expected, but it was a perk that many could speak English. There are free water bottles and amenities for the guests at all times. Breakfast: We were platinum elite and therefore got to choose daily free breakfast in the hotel. Full breakfast spread from an egg station, bacon, veggies, Japanese breakfast, espresso machine, etc. See pictures

Great stay for Bonvoy Platinum Members with the insane free breakfast buffet. Rooms are decent sized for Tokyo and hotel is very new. Great hip, outdoor rooftop and decent sized gym. Two metro stops within a 5 minute walk each. Bonus is that a Lawson's convenience store is 25 feet from the front door. Request a high floor to enjoy the views.

The hotel was located very central area in Ginza, with easy access to all the heavenly shopping Boutique I love! Room was spacious, clean and gym was tip top! Loving it definitely would come back again!😊✌️

To stay with comfort and have space for your luggage size 20’ -25’ inches or larger, I would recommend booking larger room. Staffs can speak English and the location is great for shopping and dining. There is some noise at night from the street.

The big room is nice with the good location and great service around the reception and bar but not the breakfast restaurant. They like to put you right next to a stranger if you are solo even though many two seats table available. What a post Covid arrangement, nightmare!

Loved the location because we could easily walk to the mall and train. I would stay here again. The rooms are small, but the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too!

Fabulous hotel and service! Convenient location, modern rooms with a city view, fun bar, great breakfast and funky artwork adorning all the common spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
