There’s an ice cream corner in the store. You can’t sit down but order and go. The store itself is huge with full of Kitty goods. It seems very popular amongst local people as well as foreigners. Some goods are only on sale in Japan and only here.

If you love Hello Kitty you will love this store. Its located inside DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Has everything you could even want that is Hello Kitty. The cashier was very patience with me only speaking English. It was a very pleasant experience. I had fun just looking at different items in the store. One great feature that this store has is a ice cream shop. The ice cream was a nice treat along with my Hello Kitty souvenir. *I went before COVID* Not sure what has changed since.

honestly leaves a very bad attitude from the person in the food and beverage area not allowing tourists to use the seating and table area for what i bought there on their premises (ice creams and pancakes for my daughters) and the japanese natives are allowed to sit and use that place. why a person is serving for beautiful things like hello kitty? the person who assisted me did not have a credential. I asked him and ordered two ice cream and a pancake and he said yes, but just to take home. There is a place to consume the products of the store.

It has sweets for sale and all types of sanrio items. You can also take a picture (use flash for a surprise) in a decorated corner. The staff was extra nice and speak enough English to help you out.

One of the best places ever! They have hello kitty pancakes too. So cute. And they come in 4 different flavors: custard, red bean, chocolate, and plain.

Staff need to pay more attention even they cannot understand English. They didn't provide cutlery and water, I was waiting for a couple of minutes and wondering how was I supposed to eat without anything. Then they forgot to give me my drink as well. I think that's just the basic tasks but they failed to do the job.

For those that are super in love with hello Kitty and her cute buddies then you shouldn't be missing out of checking this store. There are a lot of limited edition things that you can only purchase at the Japanese store. It also has some reasonably priced items so you won't have to break your piggy bank. The store also has its own cafe with it's signature characters. Need a say more ?

Great shop indeed! With the amazing smell of freshly cooked pancakes, it kind of forces you to go in. Once you are in, you will see many beautiful things in many cute colors and shapes that they make you want to buy them! The shop used to be small,but a recent renovation made it quite spacious. So now, even on a Saturday afternoon you can still navigate inside quite easily. A must-check shop in Diver City.

I love hello kitty! This shop was kawaii! The ladies in the front were very welcoming and sweet. Definitely recommend you to come, they also have raffle were you pay a set price of ¥700 or ¥800 yen for a random item. I got lucky the first try and got a hello kitty brief case . I will never forget!! :) Thank you Hello Kitty Japan <3

Was sad to see their store was closed when I visited Japan.

Had the best time here with my friend. We randomly stumbled across this cute shop in the evening and made cute phone charms. The staff are absolutely lovely too, would definitely recommend ! 10/10 service <3
