I literally love this place! This is my daughter’s and my favorite restaurant since moving to California. Their burgers are amazing. Literally everything is fresh daily. Their fries, which are amazing, have no preservatives. Their shakes literally taste like a shake mixed with whipped cream. It’s awesome. Prices are great and you will get filled up. Their pink lemonade is amazing too.

I was the 1st order of the day and it was amazing. The fries so so fresh. Our burgers were juicy and well put together. The staff were busy right out the gate. Not to mention very helpful and courteous. 2 palm trees mark the spot. Best In-N-Out experience since I moved here.

Busy location in Yuba City. Stopped by on a road trip with folks from the UK - As always for this chain the hamburgers are excellent! Enjoyed the burgers - they never use frozen patties and fries are freshly made from the potatoes right in front of you. Only a few places left that have fresh ingredients. For any tourists you can’t go wrong with in-n-out burger.

I stopped in here on a drive and I’m not kidding. This is the friendliest In-N-Out I’ve ever been to. The staff at this location is so kind. My experience was that there was plenty of parking. I walked right in. There’s also plenty of seating. I connected with one of the workers and was able to order quickly. I walked outside, and I was going to eat out there, but I noticed there were some chickens. Yeah, you read that right, there are chickens that live here! So I went back inside and eat in there. The staff was great. My food was perfect. This is one of the best In-N-Out that I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

The only thing that sucks is you have to wait so long. I get that it's a popular place and lots of people come there and they do the best they can but I was literally in line in the drive thru for 30 mins I timed it out of curiosity. Like I said great customer service fair pricing great food the only thing I can say they can work on is trying to get the drive thru moving along quicker.

First time here, so I was ready to see what all the excitement was about. Went through the drive thru and got a cheeseburger fries and shake. The cheeseburger was great! The fries were cold and the shake was so thick I couldn't even drink it until it was warm. Not sure if it's normal, but they didn't put everything in a bag. Instead it was the open faced box thing that made me worried tapping on the brakes would send my lunch flying! Meh. Might try it again, but I definitely won't be rushing back.

I absolutely love in and out I will not eat at any other fast food or should I say fake food places. I love that they keep God with them that's why they are so successful. Their food is delicious and there's no pig included 😋 I highly recommend eating here for anyone they have so many option just make sure you check out the secret menu online for some interesting ways to eat your food makes it more fun.

I ORDERED A NUMBER ONE- CHEESE BURGER DOUBLE-DOUBLE. My wife, granddaughter, and I really enjoyed eating at this hamburger joint. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. Oh, the fries are off the chain man! Very good food, and, not to bad of a price. I recommend ya'll give In- N- Out a try. You'll love it.

I love going out to eat, getting this kind of service, feeling better about the ingredients, and paying this price. It does seem to take a while to get the food, but they serve a lot of people. This is a favorite place of mine, and I've been here so many times, and finally got a double double animal style for the first time. It was so good!

Always good customer service. I usually order the same thing every time. Food is delicious. 4x4 Burger with cheese and grilled onions with animal style fries. Always hits the spot. Highly recommended. Theirs always a long line but it moves pretty fast. Good spot for a quick bite.

The cashier was kind of rude, and when he read back my order he was clearly not happy about it. Of course the order was wrong and I paid for a drink that I didn't want, but I didn't want to argue with this guy. The dining area was kind of loud with lots of working people but the food makes it all worthwhile.

This is always a great place to eat. The food is do dependable to be the exact same every time you go to eat there. I always take my nephew inside to order cause he loves to watch them make the food and slam the potatoes through the machine that spits out French fries. Also the people there are always so friendly it's insane how nice they are. When I go to the counter with my nephew to watch, there will be or 3 different times different workers will come ask if we need anything. Once I ordered a large shake but was only charged for a small, when I got it I saw was a small and said oh I ordered a large. They saw the receipt said small, but was such a long line for me to pay for the difference that they just gave me the large. If you haven't been here before and like burgers, fries, and shakes, this is the best place in town to go.

They try their best but it's not all the hype that people say it is. Very nice people who are working their butts off though! Just another burger joint

As a former Californian visiting from Nebraska, getting a chance to patronize In-N-Out Burger is always a special treat. The food was great, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

We absolutely LOVE In N Out Burgers so juicy and delicious. I always order the cheese burger meal the #2 my husband ordered the double cheeseburger which I believe is the #1. Definitely good burgers with yummy animal fries.

Second time I've been to this location couldn't get my order right. Cheeseburger with no onions is that so hard? They're making enough money now they should be able to not put onions on a hamburger and what the hell is with putting a hole slice of onion on the burger when two or three rings would suffice and the ice made the 7up taste musty.

Having Kira E as our cashier was an amazing experience. She is definitely the reason we will eat there again. That young lady should be the face for In and Out. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and super friendly. She provided outstanding customer service 👏. Thank you, James and Melissa

In-N-Out burger is a moral imperative when visiting California. Their secret menu isn't really a secret anymore. Though I'm pretty sure they set the trend for secret menus. You'll wait for the food a bit. But it's hot and fresh. Their friends are not the greatest. Shoestring style, but very starchy. When they cool, they're like cardboard. Stick to the burgers.

I got some fries, my brother got a double double. From what I know he really liked it, and I liked the fries. The food was great, their service was good too, they also spoke Spanish which is a great plus, that atmosphere is great too, everyone was talkative, and having fun, all in all it. Was great

I love In-N-Out Burger, with their fresh hamburgers and fries and their thick shakes, yum! I usually get the cheeseburger with everything on it and add pickle slices, it's so good! fresh fries you can watch them making through the window also and the employees here are always nice! And what makes this locations special is the wild chickens roaming all over the parking lot. I love chickens first off, and they're just the cutest little things. I love tossing tid bits of food out the car window to them and watching them run their little legs off to get over by my car, waiting for the next piece of French fry to fly out my car window. Yesterday, I must've had 15 or so them waiting patiently. And that's why I always return to this location. Excellent burgers, fries and shakes and the cutest mob of wild chickens ever, love it! And might I add, I've been going to In-N-Out Burger locations for at least 50 years. The food is consistently delicious. If you've never tried a burger from here, you need to! 🐓 🍔 🍟 🥤 ❤️ 🐓

It was very busy but the staff worked quickly! All the staff were very polite. The fries seemed to have not spent enough time in the fryer and the burger was on the grill too long.

Usually I give In-N-Out 5 stars, but this one has got to be the slowest In-N-Out drive thru I've ever been in. Some workers inside just standing around talking like it was Burger King or something. Almost 25min to get thru the drive thru.

For a establishment with a short menu you'd think your order would be correct. How wrong I was. Not only did the double doubles only have a single patty of meat, the fries were stone cold, like potato chips. You've got to do better than that In-Out.

Amazing workers amazing food! I’ve NEVER had a problem at this In-N-Out. Everyone is very nice and patient! When I ask for ketchup or spreads they do not have a problem getting what I need! They are all very fast at getting what I need. The worker her name is Kim she’s really nice, she smiles and shows respect well calling out customers food number out loud.

My first time trying In N' Out and all I can say is WOW!!! This place met my expectations! The flavor of the burger is very satisfying and the crunch of the bun makes it even better! I was completely speechless with the first bite. The service was completely fast and all the workers seemed very friendly. Thank you for my awesome experience!!

Food was fresh. But the dining room was very dirty. The young workers need more training on keeping a clean and professional environment.

Food was good like always. But location isn't. Wild chickens everywhere and inside Flys all over the place. Spent more time swating flies than enjoying my food.

Identical to any other In N Out, which makes it just about perfect. The restaurant was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. My animal style double double burger & well done fries were amazing. There were plenty of lemons for the iced tea. I could do without the Bible citations, but they're easy to ignore and at least the restaurants are open on Sundays.

It's ok for a burger joint if you want an impersonal factory producing your food. Do you remember being young and having a personal family physician who would talk to you in a certain way and actually took the time to cater to you on a personal level, then all of the sudden you grow up and your children get some sort of urgent care doctor who has you in and out so quickly they missed the mark and you're just like I hate this place. Well, that's how I feel about in-and-out.

Really good food, really good customer service. The drive through lines are long but they manage it very efficiently. There is always somebody to take your order when you get into the drive through line and the cars keep moving at a regular pace. I wish my once beloved Chipotle manager of Yuba City could train their employees like In-N-Out does.

Employee that helped my party was fairly rude (Small white kid with glasses). All of the other staff interactions were pleasant and the large order came correct and tasted good. Visited May 1st around 2pm.

As at any in and out the line is long but moves quickly. Burger was so good better then any other fast food burger. (we all already know that) food was put together good and everything you'd want from your burger. I'ma say it... the fries are just okay, the addition of blackpepper made them way better then the would of been without. We'll stop in again and again.

So, I recently tried this place after living here for a couple months (was living where another place was the big deal). So, I'm a simple person. Burger, bread, mayo, cheese. So, apparently, this place doesn't have mayo. Never heard of any burger joint without mayo at least as an option. So, automatically eating this burger subpar. Meat wasn't too bad. Cheese was good and melted. Bread was too toasted so it had an odd crunch that I don't care for on my Buns. Fries were decently tasted. Overall though, I just want to know what place doesn't have mayo for burgers.

As always a great burger stop, really the only fast food burger I willingly buy ha! This location was clean and bathrooms were also clean! We sat outside with weather so nice and we were the only ones outside. There are free roaming chickens and roosters but they were pretty respectful 🤣 after our meal we treated them for their polite behavior. 😉 All in all, fun and different for sure, guess the chickens know it's only beef here!
