Being one of the few restaurants that was open the day after Christmas, there was a long wait. We ran errands and were texted when our table was ready. It was worth the wait! Ribeye was excellent.

I've been here to the Happy Viking several times. Sometimes they get busy and things take a lil longer just like anywhere. The prices have increased just like everywhere else. My experience tonight was good. Sat at the bar during the end of happy hour. Bartender approached me within a minute. Took my order even politely offered a sample of beer I asked about. Service was fast and efficient. The Bartender asked with in a minute if everything was good and correct with my order. I was impressed. Food was perfect hands up to the crew and staff tonight. Great job keep it up.

Had the mushroom burger and garlic fries. One word... AMAZING! The flavors were just wow! Tons of mushrooms and cheese. I'd recommend this to everyone! Apparently they're known for their wings, I think I'll be back for dinner. Edit: went back for wings that night. Ordered 6 dry and 6 wet. Their wings are amazing as well! Good size, perfectly cooked, fresh flavors. I see why they have award winning wings.

My friends introduced me to this place a few years back. Ever since then, I have been going every few months because I love the food so much! Every other time I go there, I get the Monster burger and it's delicious every time.

Tonight’s visit to this establishment was horrible. Every other time we’ve gone in the past has been an enjoyable experience. Friendly, fast and competent staff. However tonight the service was insanely slow. When the food arrived everything was cold. They blamed it on then steak, but that doesn’t explain why the sides were served cold.! It was probably due to having the AC on during the winter. It was uncomfortable cold, we were shivering while trying to enjoy dinner and a night out. When we had a question about the bill, the waitress got snippy and asked if we wanted to see a manager. So we did. When he got to the table he followed the waitress’ attitude, didn’t want to hear what we had to say, and then got cocky. The man needs to learn some customer service skills: actually listen to customers, not be so rude, disrespectful, patronizing and unprofessional. Sadly, won’t be going there again any time soon, and this WAS a favorite.

Did not expect this night to go so poorly and bummed it did given we've always loved the viking! VERY rude staff, including the manager. Would not recommend he handle another complaint again as he did everything wrong when it comes to customer service. We complained about not getting the half priced appetizer because we paid at 9:50pm. Happy hour started at 9pm. Apparently it's cause we ordered at 8:45pm. This seemed unfair given our food did not coming out hot, except the steak. Their argument was, "the steak was requested well-done." So I guess that means the rest has to be cold cause the kitchen can't time it right. We had no intention of complaining about the food until the waitress got very snippy about a very simple request. And the manager was much more aggressive and mean when he asked if he should remake the whole meal. We asked for literally $6 off the app, but instead they lost a tip that would have been twice as much.

Very good food, great staff, but it takes a very long time to get your food (which is why I give them just 4 stars). I was surprised at how long it took, given that the place wasn’t that busy. My wife got the chicken Mediterranean flatbread, very good with a lot of different things in it. You could really taste the lemon. It was almost too stuffed, she had to use a fork. I got the bbq bacon cheddar burger. The patty was VERY tasty. The “mound of chopped bacon” was a bit sparse, though. Both came with fries, which were very good. I would come back, there are a lot of options to explore on the menu, but I will make sure we have lots of time.

Here on Sunday, no specials, and food was less tasty. I ordered a variety appetizer platter and the batter was tastless, the ranch dressing to dip gave it flavor. The garlic wings were barely flavored and so was the garlic fries. The hamburgers were good though. Place was busy, but not full.

First off to start my review I would like to say the service was nice although it did take a little while to get the food of which we ordered wings. It was a combination of 2 different sauces as recommended for a very spicy flavor. The wings were good. Had decent flavors. It was rattle snake and barbarian and rattle snake and ruthless. Although they were cooked well the spice wasn't as high as I would like. Good overall though and if I lived in area or in area for some reason would come here again. They had football on and is kid friendly with an arcade area. Plenty of TV for the sports fans.

The atmosphere is nice .. Has a nice sports bar feel, BUT the food was not so much up to par ...We had a party of 5 .. Three ordered steaks and they were cooked too well and we're little black ... I had the salmon, it was cooked a little too long. It wasn't flakey at all and a little tough to break apart and chewing was tough as well, and the other lady had a salad, nothing wrong with hers. The staff are amazing and very friendly. It was a little busy, so that may have had something to do with it.

Wings were good. Wet style wings. I did the Ruthless and the Barbarian mixed with the rattlesnake rub. They did lack heat for what they were advertised. The Barbarian is a BBQ base but was the hotter of the two. This is a good spot for local wings if you are around for just a nice pub wing. The waitress was awful. My family was ther 15-20 minutes to order ahead of me. And waitress still hadn't got their order. It wasn't busy I was there at 1 pm. When asked for basics salt pepper she literally rolled her eyes. Hostess was awesome. She was helping waitress with what was needed.Food is always good. Her lack of customer service made me regret having lunch there

One of our favorite places, they have the best wings we have ever had! The staff is the best and they can make just about any drink you want and have a huge beer selection. Plus the atmosphere is great.

The ambiance was good. Love the idea of going here during a Sunday football game (They have lots of TV displays). Service was ok, but not great. The food was decent. I had a fully loaded baked potato... and it was more like an partially loaded baked potato.

These had to be the best wings I've had hands down. The server was friendly and quick and had given me multiple recommendations when I asked for them. Every single one turned out great! Hand made sauces for the wings made it that much better! Give them a shot!

Happy Viking is always busy. But the service to get seated is decently paced Longest i’ve waited is about 20 minutes when I was quoted 45. Great spot to watch sports as they have about 40 tvs. 55 beers on tap.

Always a great experience. Just had a Christmas party in the new back room. The only thing I hope is that they'll start utilizing the entire space soon. There's a bar, but it wasn't open. We had guests try to go to the main bar, and they were turned away because they were with our party. With a $300 room fee, you'd expect the bar to be used and available. Otherwise, they did a great job accommodating us to the best of their ability, especially knowing they had 2 large parties booked.

It's a nice place. They have good food. Only thing it does get crowded, so sometimes if you're handicap it's hard for you to move around there. Sometimes the staff are friendly. Sometimes they're not. I think they get overwhelmed because of so many people in there and overwhelm with all the orders. But other than that it's really nice place. Great food. A little bit over price sometimes but on some of the items. Other than that it's pretty good. I like it.

Great atmosphere & service. Family party. Not really impressed with the appetizer food but it was happy hour. Pizza was good & beer choices were delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere here employees are the friendliest employees. Very helpful with choice's Mix and match your order to better serve your taste buds. Good family environment. Always a treat to be able to come over and enjoy your food and drinks. Video games for the children and plenty TV's to watch your favorite sports.

Stopped in and got seated quickly even when it seemed moderately busy. Service was quick for how busy it was as well, waitress was nice enough. The Bleu cheese fries were better than I expected, and the three little pigs burger is a pork dream on a nice cloud of burger. The beer I got was incredibly expensive, but not surprising since it was a small local stout.

Always worried when trying a new place. We got wings and I thought it would be like every other bar that sells wings and burgers. Wings were good and the sauce was amazing we tried 4 different ones because you usually have to to get one you like and they was all good. I got the bbq cheddar burger and wow top 3 burgers I've had. Very good place to try.

Everything is great, food and drink quality and service is all great. However, beware when you do takeout that you get exactly what you want. Almost everytime I do takeout with special instructions for my order, something seems to be missing. Just double check before you leave. Otherwise, one of my favorite places in town!

Atmosphere is good sporty fun. Michelob ultra only skinny beer worth drinking on draft. Large and small. Cheeseburger is your average one. A foodie like me appreciates the crispy crunch of iceberg lettuce on my burger. Not the case here. Shredded bagged lettuce is easy to spot because of the weird aftertaste. It must be the preservatives in the bag to keep it fresh. Excellent bar service. Nice big, roomy table space and plenty of TVs to watch sports on. The menu has a ribeye that I will try the next time I come in with one of their red varietals of wine.

I love coming here. The drinks are great. Bartenders and waiters are super welcoming and outgoing. The atmosphere is just elite. I love it here.

Great busy atmosphere. Friendly from the gate. Lots of TVs. Clean bathroom. Our server, Jessie was super friendly. She was ON IT! I saw her bussing 3 tables at a time. We ordered wings and she had many suggestions on the flavors. We chose spicy garlic and the Viking sauces. Get those FO SHO. Didn’t get the host’s name, but I saw him bustin’ it too. We don’t usually hang out at busy shopping areas, but glad we came. Didn’t finish it all, but I grabbed a to go box. Can’t let these wings go to waste.

Dont mind the first few pictures......the womams bathroom has some really cool "wallpaper"! It's one of my favorite restaurants! Discovered the happy viking when I posted an online question on Facebook asking for a good wing place around my area. Top notch wings here. I've been at least 4 more times since I asked. 100% recommend. Great atmosphere too, lots of tvs for sports and the staff is all friendly as well. This is our 3rd time here and I definitely plan on going again! This place is great for the whole family

Service was good (9/10) food was good (8.5/10) drinks were good (8.5/10) THE PRICE outrages to say the least i understand inflation and cost of things going up but damn the gratuity charge AND service charge?? Insane!! like i said the waitress was a sweet heart but damn I was going to tip regardless but charging an arm and a leg!?!?

My wife and I are disabled. We had to stand outside for almost 40minutes because two of our party had not arrived. So the waitress said that she couldn't let us in until their arrival. The food was okay, This visit was the first time I experienced it. It is kind of a middle-aged sort of hangout. VERY LOUD...
