Well... its a Saturday night and I entered the Drive thru line at 10:55pm. It was 11:25 by the time I ordered and received my food. (There was only 3 cars ahead of me...) This is a slow drive thru. Food is really good but it almost wasn't worth the wait.

Trying to order food and and was told drive thru only. I'm on a motorcycle (street bike) I don't have a cup holder how is this possible. Sometimes in business you have to adjust I would of been happy to pick it up at the door on foot. Definitely not a smart person in the entire place. And then you want me to call a toll free number over a cheeseburger....No get the point I won't be back.

I came in on the 24th of June at 5:05 pm for my lunch break of 30 minutes, and they kept asking me to wait to take my order. After finally getting to order after 7 minutes I waited for another 15 minutes before I asked about my order since I saw 5 other people come, get their food, then leave, they told my I forgot, I had to leave since it my lunch break. In short dont order here, they will forget about you and not ask if you're waiting for food

So the lady that took my order (parked), she couldn't hear me so she came out (she had an attitude) she never said sorry I couldn't hear you or bad connection. Then I ask why I was charged for extra 10 cent on the chicken sandwich, she didn't know but the lady that gave me my food (5 star for her), she apologized + explained why that 10 cent overage (grill or crispy). I wanted to leave before I got my order, needed to talk to Manager, attitude check employee (not my fault that she was having a bad day or couldn't hear me - IT IS VERY WRONG!) THAT IS HOW YOU LOSE A CUSTOMER.

This location is fine, but on several occasions they've forgotten to mix my blast. They've also given slushes that are too watery before, but they typically replace it if you ask nicely. Overall will return, but check your drinks/desserts before driving off.

Went through the drive in, everything was fresh and hot! I really enjoy sonic, but I've had my share of bad experiences. Although they were out of popcorn chicken I Loved this location! Will return!

Garbage staff and management, I was told I couldn't order because they were too backed up with orders and I could park and wait until someone was free. Never had this happen specially in FAST FOOD. They need new management, workers, ownership new everything.

We waited in line for what answered like an extremely long period of time. We ordered and waited a bit longer. The server was pleasant and hurried to fit our food and apologized for the wait. Food was good! Slashes are tastie!.

This is a wild, happy, and happening place. The stars go to the service providers. They have wonderful smiles and helpful attitudes. Even the drive-through is fun. On a hot summer day, the 44 ounce sugar free Dr. Pepper is so-oh refreshing! And if you can handle it, you can get a free bladder popping refill. The old cars and hot rods and motorcycles are a fun blast from the past. Just the cool folks hang out here.

My "go to" for drinks and the occasional bite to eat, depending on how tempting their featured special is. I used to plan my day around 'happy hour' , but not anymore! With the app, anytime is happy hour;)

The food is always fresh and tasty. I have to say that the ice cream here is one of my favorites. They are not greedy with the ice cream toppings, and that's what brought back my business. I would definitely recommend!

2nd time this month I have ordered a Reese's Sonic Blast with bananas that they forgot to put bananas in. This time I explained to the man taking my order that they forgot the bananas last time, and he apologized. Gave them a second opportunity to fix it, and they failed, so here is my 1 star review. This is how business works. Do better, please.

Good place, real simple. Park hit that button a magic voice says hello and you tell it your order im jk it's a person but yeah you tell em how it is with respect of course and theyll bring it out to you in a timely manner. Takes a second cause they cook it on the spot. So it comes out hot and piping. Good people Good service food is good chicken strips is very mid

I haven't had sonic in so long. It was so good. Ps large chili cheese tots are not very large but are so good. Parking spots at the drive up areas are soooo skinny, don't drive a truck or suv because you'll struggle to fit

Not good when you to the drive through to order and you hear them talking but they do not pay attention to anything you’re saying. Very poor customer service. We couldn’t even order 😒 We ended up leaving rather than wait for the employee to finish their personal discussion

Usually the food is fresh and hot this time my chili tots were cold and my chese on my burger wasn't melted.... 1 hour later I was throwing up everything I ordered

The lettuce is shredded and sparse, the tomatoes are gritty, the fries are soggy and greasy, the chicken was overcooked. Its ok in a pinch, but I wouldn't have high hopes about quality. Staff was personable and service was quick, so at least it's got that going for it

Employee walked out to give us our order so that we could get going with a bag of ice to a sick family member quickly! Excellent service!

Sodas, and shakes were great! Parking at this location is difficult for pickup trucks in a lot of the slots. Service was good! I'd give it one more try. Food was meh...

Showed up at 11:30PM, they’re open but no answer for 3 minutes. Pulled to the window and there is a car waiting but no one in the window. Poor service like its neighbor McDonalds. Went to In-N-Out Burger instead — 12 vehicles in line, but at least you know there is a person serving.

This isn't a jab at the local branch, to be fair. But where do we start in our efforts to speak up? Remember how big and fluffy the coneys used to be? I used to use a fork to eat it. Now they are puny weak things. The chicken poppers used to come in a full size container, and they were huge... compared to the tiny dingleberries you get these days. I miss Sonic.

No sauce. I was ask what I wanted. Asked. Not delivered. I have given this location too many chances. Don’t come here. Maybe new management will resolve this issue.

My husband says we have to boycott the place bc only once outta every 3-4 visits is your order right. Plus it's not worth the hassle of getting a refund. Save your gas and time

I love sonic. I love their menu selection and their selection of fun drinks you can choose from! I do have to say I miss when the carhops would skate out to your car with your food! That made the whole experience that much better! All around I have no complaints though, the food is good, the prices are fair, and most of the employees are super nice!

Starting my review at 3 stars. However, put the same amount of chilli on my next dog and that'll go down.

Second time in the last few months went through the drive threw and some one told us to wait. So I waited never had someone take our order. There was no cars a head of me once I drove off. Won't be coming back to your location In a long time.

It was a bunch of kids and it took forever but it seemed like they were doin their best. Our cashier was nice and the food was decent.

7.50 for a medium Sonic Blast! Where I come from in Tennessee that same treat will run you $4.99 which is still unreasonable because I could just go to the store and buy a half gallon of Dryers for $3.99. like I've said in previous reviews ...... If your going to gouge your customers, give them something more for their money!

Great customer service! Many ways to order from the menu. Nice shady outdoor seating area. Eat in car, outdoor seating, or take out.

Food is good. Decent options. Service makes mistakes often...every visit so far. So check your order for accuracy.

1st time I ordered thru door dash... it was terrible, but I thought maybe it was cause it was sitting while being transported. So went to them in person this time and it was even worse. Cheeseburger was blah, fries stale, even ranch sauce is gross. My daughter got the chicken tender kids meal w/tots. She loved the tots, but the tenders were rough and nasty she said. She also got a grape slushy w/nerds which was ok. We are disappointed 😞 adult and kids meal together was $18!

None of my drinks had ice, I ordered 7 none had ice ,I love that ice!! That's the best part! So I called n all they said was sorry, no come by and we will give give new drinks or a free bag if ice nothing!! Trash customer service!

This place is the worst. Picking up a DoorDash order of chili cheese tots and 2 drinks, waited 15 minutes for them to answer the red button, got a sob story from the worker, unassigned the order after waiting 25 minutes with still no food. It's pathetic when a full service restaurant, much busier i might add, has food waiting for you to pick up and a fast food restaurant can't get food to you before a half hour is up. Inept workers. Slow service. I won't EVER order from there, nor will i except dash orders from them. My advice...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...

If you want fast don't go here waited 45 minutes for them to take my order and get the food we ordered for forgot to bring the sauces that we ordered and some of us left and went to McDonald's and got food way faster .. Not a good experience at !!! Will never go back there ..

We ate here a few times while staying at a nearby hotel. The food was always fresh and made correctly. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Route 44 Vanilla Cherry Dr. Pepper is my favorite, mozzarella sticks, and tater tots. Love love love love love this place.

Always out of onion rings when I go there , but love the milk shacks, and the cherry limeade need to add a little more cherry juice but I do love it

They consistently mess up orders, I try to give them the benefit of doubt but they constantly give single patties when ordering a double or give sugar filled drinks mixed with all diet ordered drinks. I've experienced this with door dash customers, my friends and family, and even my own multiple experiences there... Whoever is working there needs to be fired because they clearly don't care about their job or the health of customers who can't consume sugar.

Went to Sonic today in a rush, hoping there wasn't too much of a wait. I went through their drive thru and was helped by a lovely girl named Dest! She was very friendly and got me in and out quickly while providing excellent customer service. Even greeting me at the window with "Happy Friday!" Thanks Dest for your positivity and making it a happy friday ! :)

We ate there today for lunch, staff was friendly and quick taking our order at the stall, our food came out fresh and order was repeated back to us twice to ensure it was correct, which is great! Our food and drinks were good and tasted fresh everything was hot, we actually had to sit a minute or two to let it cool down! The downside to this Sonic is definitely the location, half of the fun of eating at a Sonic is being able to drive up, order and eat in your car to have a lowkey meal. Its kind if hard to enjoy eating your meal when you are surrounded by dirty alleys/streets and people walking around the parking lots and looking suspect. This will be an every so often restaurant for us to visit.
