I recently had the pleasure of visiting Western Dental for my routine dental check-up, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dental care experience. The dental assistant Monica was so friendly and kind to me. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the staff!!

No since in having an appointment if you end up waiting 30 minutes to be called back for said appointment and then sit for almost an hour before they are even ready to do the work on you. The front people are always very nice. The ones that do the work on you like to have personal conversations when working on you. The work done is good atleast.

Jocelyne was great! She took her time and explained everything to me. Made me feel good about what I was doing with my payment plan. As a whole, it was a great experience. Best yet!

I was very nervous when I went to the dentist today because I had to get a tooth extracted. The staff members at Western Dental were very nice & understanding & they helped to put my fear aside. I would highly recommend Western Dental to anyone with dental needs. 💜

Very weak customer service , unprofessional medical personal, schedule you at 3 but keep you wait for 2.5 hours, I would prefer die but not go to this reckless clinic. The time not important for them. I would give them - star if I could they don’t deserve to write a word on them. Please plz don’t go there and waste ur time. I been there 2 times each time waiting more than 3 hours

Everyone was very pleasant and professional; I felt very well cared for. The only difficulty I had was that I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. However, they were very busy and it was my first visit. You never know if an emergency may be the delay in a medical office. I would certainly recommend them. I have been there several times now, and continue to experience superior care. The first day was the only time I had an extended wait and the staff has been truly friendly and caring. I can honestly say that I have lost my fear of going to the dentist.

The dentist made me feel great about the state of my teeth! I was nervous coming back to the dentist but I'm so happy I did also Karina was exceptional with everything and man her on the spot data entry when the dentist is spitting out stuff at high speed and her speed typing skills are Impressive!!! ❤️
