Slow service. Rude employees. BURNT FOOD. Highly dissatisfied, the McMuffin we received this morning was beyond disgusting. Even the egg was charred!

Newly remodeled No more play area for children. Drive thru. In my opinion if you want fast food service the drive thru is the way to go as that seems to be their focus. Service inside is incredibly slow.

Went there for the breakfast and waited in line at 10:15am. The drive-thru line was out to the parking lot. By the time is was my turn to order, it was 10:31am and the menu screen had just changed to the lunch menu. Yes, I understand that breakfast ends at 10:30am. However I had been in line since 10:15 and the manager refused to make an exception because of 1 minute. It’s not like the crew was already making lunch menu items. It’s not like it was 11am and they had already been serving lunch. I would have been the first lunch order of the day. The manager lacked the most basic customer service skills that a manager should have and know. I will not be returning to this location again.

Over cook fries 2 times The food was unfresh And it was not worth $10 😑 lazy workers lay off

Asked if they did the lettuce wrapped burger instead of the bun, the guy taking the order went to go ask and came back and said they could..... This is what they gave me. Also had to wait 20 mins in the drive through for it and some old crusty fries.

Austin always greets me and knows my order and the whole staff works together as a team. Great lady who does the cash register. She's older and friendly. Which is a breath of fresh air.

Didn't want to take my order at the register, forced me to use the kiosk which I didn't know how to do, gave me wrong order. Doing their best but the best ain't enough to cover this bad experience...

Only thing open late but one of my favorite McDonald's. Only one I've seen with a water feature outside.

This is by far the best McDonald’s ever! Super fast service and very rarely mess up your order. Wonderful professional staff. Very clean restaurant! I highly recommend!

The slowest McDonalds in Northern CA. High prices for low quality food. They rarely have slow orders pull forward to move the line along. No exit once you're in line. Expect to spend 30+ minutes. Been in line 25 minutes and 4 cars have gone through. Still have 5 more cars to go.

I was waiting in the drive through for more than 20 min for someone to take my order and that never happened. The web site says they close at 12, I got there at 11:00. The employees just decided to be lazy and hide behind the counter.

Today I came in with my dad to get ice cream, I’ve been standing at the register for more than 20 minutes, the employees saw me but didn’t bother to take my order or tell me to give them few minutes. I understand you guys were busy but when there’s a customer at the register ready to order DONT KEEP THEM WAITING for so long. I used to work for fast food, you guys need to do better than this.

Never has a customer been told you don't get a drink with a meal. Today it has at this location HEY Ronald if I order a shake on the side why do you take away my drink from the meal I paid for it. Ronald is turning thief

They was a little rude inside expecting us to use the chaos and gave a big attitude because I couldn't order what I wanted the way I like my sandwich and seem that I should have just walked out and went somewhere else because the cashier was mean and the food was nasty I'll never go back to this establishment ever again facts. I recommend the next McDonald's or in and out burgers

Ordered 2 happy meals with extra fries for the kids. Got home to find they had only put 4 fried in one box and 5 in the other box and they forgot to give me the two vanilla ice cream cones I ordered. Had to drive all the way back across town to get them. Needless to say that with the price of gas right now and the fact that it was 106 degrees out I was not happy about the lack of service. They offered me no apology either. 😡

Great service and food is always hot! So far they have always gotten my order correct. I usually use the drive thru, but have gone in a few times. I have found the establishment clean always. Best McDonald's in town.

Good place same as always. People their don't conversation much which I like personally they take down your order and boom ita their. Do whatever you want after. If you do like to talk then theirs a few people that don't mind it.

Everything but the nuggets has been terrible for the last few years. I would never eat a burger from this franchise. B ut the service side is good and the drive through moves right along.

The McD's personnel are happy to greet you. Coffee is really good. The rest is well, you already know, standard fair. They could use more trash cans around the parking lot.

I ordered 3 20pc mcnuggets via drive thru and there's only 8pcs of mcnuggets in each box!

We got flat sprites and a old gum wrapper in our nuggets. When we went to exchange it the manager was rude. She argued that her staff can't have gum. I get that but just because you say they can't have it, does not mean they don't have it. Because of her attitude I chose to refund my stuff and got attitude for that also. Maybe get someone who is not so rude when she finds out her staff messed up. It's called customer service for a reason. I strive to never be a Karen but the treatment I got warranted a response.

They forgot my kids toys in the Happy Meal and I wasn't upset. I just let them know. But apparently since they have it posted on the receipt they had it in the box. I tried to explain and manager talked over me... wasn't worth it so left. I just wish the manager was more professional.

Just ordered lunch. The staff was so polite and attentive! The young man taking orders walked a senior ladies meal to her table instead of making her come get it. Chivalry still exists! My meal was fresh and hot as well.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and they gave me half regular and half spicy nuggets, the spicy ones were burnt and hard, I did it even bother eating them, not sure how you mess up nuggets but this place has managed that. Would not recommend eating here at all.

I like McDonald's food. They seem to take longer as there was a long line through the drive-through. They don't have the double line like some do, and the line has to leave room for the other drive-through patrons to leave, so that's inconvenient, nut we made it through got our food and left.

absolutely trash no less. white boy at the register couldn't even understand mexican senior citizen requesting a chicken sandwich in Spanish, nor felt the need to get somebody to translate. Horrible service

The people who work there are very nice most of the time. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Hardly ever get my order wrong. The food os cold sometimes, but eh, it's fast food.

It's busy and still when you park and get the food delivered it's never takes a long time. The food is usually fresh and hot .. only a few times problem making so many nuggets, they get too hard when sitting, but that's learning ballance. But the soda is the best fountain ever

I got to breakfast meals they were well-prepared! I save the second one for lunch! It was still fantastic! I will do it again if I'm over there. Thank you for prompt service, and great food! The drive-thru was a little weird though LOL

I mobile ordered and picked up They need some help or better organization. Peoples orders were missing items.I even got a wrong order but thankfully I check my order before I leave I stood for about 8 minutes before someone even came over to the register and they didn’t say a word, just stared. I told him I ordered online and then he walked away and didn’t come back to say it will be a few more minutes, nothing. 10 minutes went by and my number was finally called out. But it wasn’t even my order so I waited another 5 until my childrens food was finally in hand This is my first time at this location, as I just moved here but I really hope my kids will start wanting something else on fast food day I did give it 3 stars because the actual food was hot and good and prepared well
