i drove an hour and a half to watch the movie smile to get told by the ginger working the afternoon shift that my sister who is well over 21 can’t be our guardian and the manager basically laughed in our face w the ginger worker and it made me and my family very uncomfortable. ps. if I had the option to give 0 stars I would.

It was a mess, this theater. Popcorn was all over the place. Bathroom floor was slippery. Napkins were out. Seats were uncomfortable and tight-spaced and wobbly, though I know they were designed that way. Are recliners now outdated? Have we now just glued normal sitting chairs in a theatre that are supposed to be relaxing but are intolerable? Not to mention the sink faucets not working. This theater is just not modernized enough. It still gives the vibes of an old-fashioned theatre with little to no maintenance or expenditure to improve and make it look cleaner. Food options are limited. Any other theatre you go, you would see much more variety in menu. And when it comes to seating, literally, there is no space between you and the person sitting next to you. Just my take and what my experience was like. See it for yourself. Good day!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a movie theater. I assumed that because the tickets were cheap that the food would be as well, NOPE. The drinks were $6!!!!! And you’re not allowed a refill? Absolutely blows me away! Also the popcorn was almost $15 for a medium! The customer service was severely lacking, every single I person a met that worked there had a disgusting attitude. I felt like they did not want us to watch a movie here! When we finally get to sit in our movie, 10 minutes before the movie starts, a bunch of custodians come in and usher us out. It was the craziest most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced. We drove 45 minutes and we’re so excited to see this movie & this was just so disappointing!! I really hope that a manager sees this and contacts me so that we can talk & resolve these issues.

Only place for 50+ miles. A little messy tonight. They have been busy. Looks like they need another few people hired on.

Great movie theater. Not oober busy. Very clean and lots of choices in snacks. The individual room that were in was small so that was nice. Also affordable

They’re making serious improvements. Joe is always helpful. Hopefully they can upgrade the theatre seating, other theatres are way ahead. It really needs some love.

They get two stars for playing the movie on time and one star added for great customer service. This movie theater needs a serious cleaning. The seats and chairs are disgusting and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years and the chairs were so uncomfortable.

Highly recommend not going to the movies on Discount Tuesdays. I've never seen so many disruptive punks at the movies before and the management doesn't seem to be doing a thing about it. Just stay home and catch a flick on Amazon or something, you will enjoy your time better.

One of the cleanest theaters that I've been to. The popcorn is fresh. And the fountain sodas have scheduled cleaning. Soda that comes from uncleaned soda machine lines has a certain musky taste. Not the case here. The movie selection did not have all listed showings on the board. But the experience was great.

Only $6.25 all day and night on Tuesday. There is a lot of advertising before the movies, but that just means you can show up a little late and still have time to get concessions. Nice big screens with good sound. No complaints.

Havent been to see a movie in 2+yrs so i was looking forward to seeing a good movie. Late movie night. Is there a manager? They advertise safety and sanitation, what? From the front entrance to the entire theater trash cans were over filled and flowing trash on to the floor. The snack area was so disgusting 😫 it was a shocking. The floors were dirty, sticky and carpets nasty. It was around 10pm and looking around seemed to be plenty of staff members. Someone seriously needs to take light of the situation. I won't be back anytime soon. If I could given a zero I would have.

This movie theater has been open for decades. Very clean location. Parking is an abundance. The staff are always friendly. Great selection of the newest releases. Plenty of items to pick from their food area. Game area for the kiddos. Family restaurant if you have little ones. Always a good time

You guys are CHEAP. I went last night to watch The Black Phone at 8:30 and it was a great movie but I couldn’t stand the HEAT. It felt like a sauna with the high temp outside, everyone’s breath, and the lack of air conditioning. The whole theater was complaining about how hot it was in there. I’m not even sure why I keep coming since you guys don’t even sell promotional cups anymore. Don’t even get me started on the butter shortage. Please step up cinemark you’re all we have 😩

The pre-pay system including snacks is by far the best way to go! Excellent service.. you just walk in and wait by the rack at the food counter, and within a minute or 2, someone shows up with your snacks and drink perfectly & safely packaged in a nice, 'handled' paper sack. Then you show you proof-of-ticket from your phone to the service person right at the podium, and they show you where your movie 🎬 is!

The food and drinks system is, from my personal opinion, a bit faulty. The lobby is too small for the tickets and the food. We were there on a Saturday night and the lobby was completely packed. Even when the theaters were clean, the seats are not as modern as other Cinemark theaters.

Nice theater, staff have always been helpful and friendly, prices are high, but that's to be expected for a movie theater, the only thing I'd recommend, is to update their seating. Most theaters in Roseville or Sacramento and folsom, have the leather/pleather lounge recliners,and they're comfortable ....other than that, I love that I have a movie theater within 5 miles of my home, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the place, the friendly staff, and the good popcorn!

This Cinemark movie theatre in Yuba city doesn’t have recline luxury chairs. It’s been a long time since we watch a movie on a regular chair. The lobby is also pretty compact. If you plan on buying popcorn and snacks, don’t come last minute. Give yourself extra time. Parking is ample and overall cleanliness is well maintained.

Concessions quick and fresh, theater clean and comfortable temperature and sound levels adequate and ideal. Nothing like fresh theater popcorn and here they get it perfect.

I always enjoy my time at the theater, The staff is nice and attentive, even when it is the busiest time they smile and welcome you. The facility was clean, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. Will definitely be going back

A great place to watch a movie. Digital films projected onto quality screens w great sound systems. Popcorn is very salty by quadruple, & no dark chocolate but otherwise nice selection of snacks. I was so concerned that this theater would be a covid statistic, and very happy it’s survived. If a booster is required it’s us going to more movies.

Theaters are clean and comfortable and the give senior discounts. But be careful not to lose a personal item. They will tell you they found it and will hold it for you. However, when you go to pick the item up they no longer have it cause it disappeared then they make excuses!

We drive to Sacramento or Roseville and avoid this theater even though it's less than 5 minutes from home. When there aren't any XD screens or reclining seats yet, I'm not going to waste my money here. Seems to be the last Cinemark without any industry standard upgrades..

Full price for everything, a family of four with a matinee and snacks will cost you almost $90, but the seats are old, dirty and somewhat uncomfortable. That's where I am disappointed...it's not any cheaper in price from going anywhere else, but due to lack of nearby competition the whole facility is just mediocre ...they're just riding along.

I do wish they had the lounge chairs 💺 but this place is reasonably priced and polite employees. I enjoy spending an afternoon there.

The place was very clean and the audio was very good. We ordered tickets online which made the process so fast and simple. We were also offered the chance to get popcorn and drinks through that online order experience. We showed up and our snacks were ready for us to grab and walk into the movie.

Ive always loved coming here, even before the remodel. The popcorn is great. Staff is always on point.

Everyone there is awesome & sweet and very efficient with their jobs and they keep the movie theater clean, safe, and a fun experience with your family.

The popcorn was cold and besides the fact of their being about 5 workers standing their working concessions. The floor was so sticky it nearly pulled my shoes off my feet. Not sure why it's so hard to mop but it was gross.

If you go during the week there aren't many patrons in the theater. The theater is always clean and the employees are polite and helpful. Snack bar prices are bloated as are prices everywhere. My only complaint is that the liquid butter dispenser at the condiments counter is no longer available. Now, if you want more butter on your popcorn after eating half, you have to go to the counter where there is a line of customers. When asked why the butter is no longer available the response was "the price of butter has gone up". That was lame as there hasn't been a dramatic increase in the grocery stores.

I saw Elvis with me wife. The movie made me feel like I was 10 again watching my mother and her girlfriend's cry. You won't need a mask because there's only about seven people in there when we saw the flick. Other than that great venue...

I love this place. It is our favorite place to see movies. I love the seats. The fact that they recline and the rows are spaced far enough apart that you never have to worry about someone kicking the seat behind you. Plus I love that we can have a beer while watching our movie. We live 45 minutes away, but it is worth the drive when it's a movie we really want to see. Plus I love the XD theater. It's worth the extra money for me.

I keep coming back to this theater for matinees! It’s easy to order tickets and snacks online, the staff has been friendly every time I’ve gone as well. The only thing that’s lacking is those recliner seats, I haven’t had to watch a movie in an actual seated position since I started coming here. It would be an awesome upgrade to an already great theater.

As always enjoyed ourselves there tonight. The volume was just a tad bit too loud. Otherwise a great movie. And yes food is way overpriced but what do you expect....🤷‍♀️

I liked it. If I could change things it would be: less salt on the popcorn. It was to salty to eat. And the concession stands would have more to offer. Maybe hotdogs, pizza or nachos, better candy selection. Other than that inside the auditorium was great!

If I could give a zero star i would. I paid for the popcorn with refill and when I went back to get the refill, I also refilled my soda. I planned on paying for the soda and the associate had to make sure to tell me.I reminded him again I planned on paying for it. I simply asked for a bag to carry my popcorn in and they flat out refused because its only for mobile orders. I asked how much and they wouldnt sell it to me. The manager on duty then said the same thing. I offered to pay for it and again flat out refused. What in the hell is wrong with people. I just wanted a bag so my popcorn wouldnt spill on my way home and even offered to pay. They make it seem like one bag is going to tip their P&L balance sheet.And I even offered to pay . BLOWS MY MIND!!!!! I hope the owner gets to see this. I will never come back to this theater i will take my money elsewhere!!!!
