My food was burnt both times I've stopped here as seen in the picture. I sent the food back but was served the same burnt hamburger patty with different cheese and no bacon the second time. The manager stopped by to ask how my food was and did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue.

I'm very satisfied with the server Shawna w.. she was absolutely amazing and provided the best service that I have ever received. She was friendly, with a great smile, out going personality, and amazing hospitality. I will come back just for her service. 10/10 rating.

Excellent service was provided to our party of 4 by a very friendly gal. Thank you, Shawna, for making our evening great. We will look for you the next time we are in. Edit: one month later. Yes, the servers are great. However, the quality of our dinner has drastically declined. We've dined there every Saturday for the last 6 weeks. Always ordering the same thing. The price has gone from. $54 to $70. Our dining companions have also had problems. When you order a Rib eye and get a 6oz streak instead. That's a problem. Looks like we will go elsewhere.

Would be 1 star but the soup was good and the salad was fresh. Burnt my kid's hamburger, she had to share a salad bar because she wouldn't eat it. Ribs were dry. Medium steak was almost well done. The shrimp was slightly burnt even though the fryer oil was not hot enough. I asked the person at the ordering desk if the spicy chicken add on had tomatoes because I am allergic. She said she didn't think so, now my nose is stuffy. Baked potato was cold. Ice cream machine ran empty and they didn't fill it until we complained louder. At least they didn't burn the soda 🥳 Update: my wife blew up the toilet and me and my daughter are having stomach cramps. Probably from the hockey puck of a hamburger or the greasy burnt unlimited shrimp

We went into Sizzler Yuba City today for dinner. Food was great, no disappointments. Our waitress, Shawna was really great! She brought us our drinks quick and kept up on the refills. Not to mention bringing out warm Texas cheese toast. She was very nice and professional and made the experience great. Thanks again Shawna for the service!

Bought salad bar and had to ask for bread which is included. Both dispensers on the soft serve ice cream we're flashing "warning cleaning required". When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she told me not to worry about it. Don't waste your time or money...terrible service

Food quality poor. Customer service poor. When you say rare and it's well done that's a major no no. Didn't get offered any more of the "unlimited shrimp" even tho it was what was ordered. Salad bar quality was below adverage.. yeah 2 people for $100 and leaving disappointed and not finishing the plates because the food was horrible.. never again. Thanks for the waste of time

Came here to enjoy a great evening with my husband and we weren't dissapointed. We were waited in a timely manner and our waitress Angela was an exceptional server. Food was excellent too. We appreciate quality customer service like Angela, she was very attentive and kind. Even the Manager stopped by each table to ensure things were going fine. Keep up the excellent job!

Clean and construction of the place is good. Didn’t see any cut corners . Ran into staff in bathroom and they did not touch door handle. Salad bar was fresh hot food not so much. Staff friendly and was pretty empty. Not quite the same since the chain went mainstream. Just my opinion. Update as of 7/29/21…. I get COVID has disrupted a lot of businesses. It seems sizzler has went downhill since my last visit. Cold salad bar was ok and again hot food was farther than expected. Was more of a 20$ dinner for two instead of a 45$ dinner for two. I appreciate the previous reply and will not hold it against you if removed. My opinion is just that “my opinion “ .

The cooks or cook doesn't know what they're doing...I was in there for my son's birthday meal a while ago, I had ordered the biggest steak they had and wanted it cooked but I was given a raw steak! It had pink in the middle when I clearly stated no pink! So I sent it back and they still didn't get it right, my steak was still raw in the middle...I don't eat undercooked meat! I doubt I will be coming back...

This place is usually very busy but the service is quick. The steak is under seasoned and unevenly cooked. The mashed potatoes are very plain. If you're looking for flavorful food, I recommend the honey garlic shrimp.

The main reason I decided to visit this location was due to the clam chowder. However, I have to admit that after trying it for the first time at this location, it didn't quite match up to the outstanding clam chowder I've enjoyed in Arizona. It's possible that there have been changes to the ingredients or recipe, resulting in a different taste. Despite the slight disappointment with the clam chowder, I must emphasize that the service provided at this location was great and the internal decorations were very charming.

*edit* I called the manager the next day to explain what happened and since I paid in cash they gave me a big I’m sorry! They give you a receipt to give to your sever if you pay in cash and then you have no proof you are there! Please don’t waste your money at this location!!! I am truly wondering how many folks get sick from eating here! I wanted to revisit my child hood and take my children to sizzler. We spent a little over $100 and it was so far from worth it. The salad bar was composed of very old looking picked at food. We were there about an hour and the same 4 fried chicken wings sat there at the salad bar. It was not worth the price at all. The main dinners were horrible and over cooked. Also the Mac and cheese that you pay extra for is generic boxed Mac. I feel very much scammed out of my hard earned money! The food tased very reheated and old! I hope we do not get sick or grow extra toes! Also side note! I have never in my life witnessed chickens and roosters in tall trees before! There was about 15 chickens and roosters outside in a huge tree! Witnessing this was the best part of dinner 🤣🤣

This Sizzlers is very clean and the night weeknight manager stays on top of the service. The staff was very attentive to my 92 year old mother. If you want fresh salad, this is the Sizzlers to go to. Out of the four soups, we rated the pot roast soup #1, the clam chowder next in line. The guacamole is homemade. Thumbs up

Had the steak & prawn & enjoyed it. My steak was cooked rare with mash potatoes. Nice place. Great service.

Took my son for birthday dinner tonight and we had a great time!! The staff was so friendly! They even sang him happy birthday and made him a free dessert! It was amazing! I would definitely come here just for the staff alone! I recommend ignoring negative reviews and just seeing for yourself

Everything was pretty good but the potatoes at the salad bar were very hard like they were old..

As with most places, it seems they are short staffed. It took longer than it should of to check-in and the wait for the food was long too once ordered. The salad bar on the other hand was very stocked and clean. The food choices were great and if something was running low they fixed it quickly. If your just doing salad bar you are good to go.

Brought my mom out for her 60th birthday. The food was very delicious. Customer service was excellent 👌. Our server even brought my mom out a ice cream Sunday 🍨 and sang happy birthday with us. Shout out to Alejandro

After spending almost $36 on the upgraded steak and lobster meal I asked for Mac and cheese as a side and realized it was KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE. What is worse was I had the calm chowder from the salad bar, it taste literally from the can. How embarrassing.

I always enjoy a fresh salad bar and the more choices the better--and you can't beat Sizzler in Marysville!! Nice atmosphere, clean restraint, wonderful service --it was a wonderful place for lunch.

FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER EAT HERE. We had issue after issue from the my plate tasting funny as though the food had been reheated from 4 days ago, I was served regular coke when I ordered coke ZERO SUGAR (due to a health condition in which regular soda can make me VERY sick), was also served under cooked meat (pink even though I asked for well done), bacon that was practically cooked by the sun and dried of its flavors (talk about captain crunch), though the one thing and I mean the one thing that topped off our first time experience was the CRISPY FRIED FLY. YES, I SAID IT, FLY! THIS BUG WAS COOKED WITH MY HUSBAND'S FRIES AND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE (how do you not see this on top before you are plating the food?!). Trust me, had that fly been a garnish on top of his plate, we wouldn't have even taken a second thought and would of left immediately. The assistant manager was just as in shock and took the food straight to the back before I could even take a picture. We did get a refund but, at this point can only hope we don't get sick or an upset stomach this weekend... DOES NOT even deserve one star. Thank you, Sizzlers.

Our family almost always has a completely enjoyable experience. The food is pretty good, and most of the staff are amazing. Tonight we had Jessica and she was a phenomenal waitress. Our only complaint for this restaurant is that they have no sugar free options when it comes to sweet treats, and the sugar free selection for drinks is limited to diet sodas with caffeine in them. It would be great if some changes were made in this regard.

Food was excellent. Great soup & salad bar. Steak and jumbo shrimp was served hot and just how I ordered them. As good as my dinner was I found the service even better. The waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable and friendly. The female assistant manager, Ericka Pere's may have been the best part of my experience at this Sizzler in Yuba City. She made her way throughout the dinning area speaking with people and checking to be sure everything was as her customers expected. She actually cared that everyone was enjoying their evening at the Sizzler. This lady obviously enjoys her job. 5 Stars to Ericka !! Hope to see her again....

Listen the food isn't bad. However, Sizzler thinks it's a top-notch steak house, but it is not. At $19 for a salad bar that has wilted lettuce, minimal toppings, and cold "warm food", it's just not worth it. You can go to many other buffets or salad bars with a much bigger, fresher, and better selection for under $19. It appears to me that this establishment has cornered the senior market and they have enough revolving thru their doors to keep the business going. This establishment's food does not match the price charged. It's a pass going forward. ***I can only speak to what it's like at lunchtime, multiple times. I haven't been for dinner.

On Sunday, we stopped by for Dinner at Sizzler and we had a blast! Not only was it delicious, but their staff and management was friendly and professional as always. Their manager, Ricardo, has a contagious smile and positive attitude that makes you feel welcome and cared for. Our water, Alejandro was awesome. He was on it the whole time and made sure we always had the necessary needs to make our dinner fun and enjoyable. We thank you both Ricardo and Alejandro, along the other staff, for making dinner awesome!

I ate at this particular Sizzler location in Yuba City last January 2, 2023 and was not disappointed. Their salad bar is still one of the best among restaurants plus their good tasting soups. Like almost everything else, prices have gone up, but I would say it is still worth having the all you can eat salad bar at Sizzler - it will not disappoint you. I also like the excellent customer service that was provided by the server when I ate there.

It had been over 2 yrs since I had been here due to covid. It has always been a favorite of my Husband's. Our favorite has always been the Senior salad bar (all you can eat). It was a Sunday and it was busy, lots of families, but service was quick and friendly. The salad bar was fresh and selection was good, as always. Two things have changed, rolls were no longer provided with salad bar, and they still had soft serve ice cream, but no bread pudding, or cobblers, or other dessert items. But with costs of food going so high right now it is understandable.

The food was really good and all of it very fresh. Did have to send my steak back 3 time's before it came out the way I ordered it. Very short on staff.

We all had steaks perfectly cooked to our requests. The salad bar was fresh, stocked & had a variety of items. Our waitress was prompt, attentive & kind. Resturant & restrooms were clean & well kept. Best dining experience we've had thus far when coming West. We will be back!

Service & consistency have come way down. Maybe because of all the short staffing because of Covid, but the service was slow, had to ask for the complimentary cheese bread twice before we received it, had to ask for a refill on my soda & the plates stacked up before we had to wave some server over to take them. They were not that busy either barely half full. Now onto the food … no more chicken wings, the chicken shortage is over now according to media reports, no excuse, also no more wafers in the custard, no self serve strawberry ice cream & no more apple pie with your dessert. Overall expectations were high from previous visits & was sorely disappointed this time.
