I went for the last day of the sale - they still had most of what I wanted on sale, except the water. The cashier said the water ran out really quick. I went ahead and got the soda as I felt it was a good deal. The box boy was very nice and went out to help me unload my groceries. I had bought way more then I should have. That's the nice about your store. They have plenty to choose from.

Vons is always clean and well-stocked. There is never a long wait. Their floral department is florist shop quality. The employees are always extremely courteous. Today I was shopping for teacher appreciation weekend found so many delightful items to give to my granddaughter's teacher. Don't forget to download the Vons app! There aee great deals to be had.

How can anyone afford to shop here....everything is anywhere between .50-2.00 more per item!! 2 stars because they do have a good bakery section.

I love Von, but I will never use their bakery again. They messed up on my cake. My kid is Autism and they made it wrong. He has a big heart and he really got sad.

I've shopped at this vons for 5 years and I've always had pleasant experiences here. The prices are a little high but you pay for the quality and freshness. I normally come in and complete western union transactions but the other day I dealt with the rudest young lady I've ever met in retail. Kali really needs some people listening skills and customer service lessons. I can tell she has a lot going on by how quickly she had an attitude but thats no excuse to treat people at your job that way. I hope in the future she can learn to be more polite and more patient if she's going to continue to work here. I've never had any issues with other employees but that Kali girl was something. Overall this is the first bad experience I've had here the rest of the employees I've met have been super friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service and rude and comes off as very racist towards Hispanic culture. They gave each other looks when a family of Spanish speaking individuals were paying. Then they spoke loud to them in English and they obviously couldn't understand. I helped translate for them and when I did the cashier rolled her eyes and her attitude changed towards a Caucasian couple who paid after me. I will refuse to shop here and to make it worse, they only have one cashier helping with customer service and so I had to wait for 15 minutes til they returned from lunch. Staff here is so rude and not helpful!

Careful when doing store pickups at this place . I made a mistake and did a pick up order here and the person that was going to give me my groceries did not cancel my order and was very rude to me. They never gave me a refund . And their customer service center overseas lies they never handle your issues with the app or the pickups.

Was a bit put off when the Cashback option isn't available for "tap n pay" I'm GenX, so tech is sketch. But dam. And Staters is making a bid to network over the big boys? Bet the reason could be updated user friendly systems? 🤷🏼🤔

Store is nice. Love that it's clean. The staff members aren't on the same page..deli and bakery. They are a bit unsure of how things work when you place orders. Manager on that day is unaware of the procedures as well. This may need to be discussed as a group and reviewed so everyone is on the same page

Clean store and well organized. Only issue is that I can NEVER get a damn sandwich for lunch during "LUNCHtime". I waste my lunchtime to drive down here and find it always closed when i come in. Was told these sandwiches were the best but I guess I'll never know. Probably gonna give up on this place and the deli. Update 2 weeks later: Changing to 1 star now. Went back again to get a sandwich around 230pm. Of course they are closed at the deli. Went to the courtesy counter to simply inquire. No one there to help at all. All workers at registers just looking at me then away. Tried calling the store 3 times and no one would answer the phone. Customer service is non existent here!

Always clean, needed assistance with heavy items to put in car. Asked an employee passing by and was courteous and professional and quick to assist. Found most of my items. One item not in season.

Hardworking team they got here, I've never seen anything like it. From customer service to keeping the store clean and ready these people get the job done. Had a beautifully cake decorated this weekend. The cake was delicious but the lettering looked like a 5 year old write it. Misspelled words, etc. Will never use them again unless they get someone who can write and spell.

I went to Vons Yucaipa yesterday to purchase flowers for a funeral. Many empty buckets , flowers were old and moldy and some of them had a pull date of July 8… it was the 14th. I asked the clerk if she had any roses in back and she was quite rude and said “I don’t have anything in the back” I heard her tell a customer that there was only one dead flower in the bunch and she could cut it off. Now I can see why when I was there on Valentines Day there was no one there!! Their plants look nice but the flowers were horrible. If Corporate saw the condition of that dept they would have a fit. I was a Floral Manager at Safeway for 18 years and Ihave never seen a dept so unkept. Lost my sale.. I went to Stater Bros.

The shopping experience was okay. The person collecting carts was very unhappy and rude when we left the store. It was very clear that they didn't like the fact that we were taking carts out of the store to our car.

I sent my caregiver to buy a digital deal item, but she didn't use a downloadable coupon and I was overcharged for the purchase. The Von's cashier readily refunded the overage and I am completely satisfied with how this mistake was made right! And we learned more about how to use Von's Digital Deals coupons online! Thank you Von's for the excellent customer service. It's nonexistence in so many businesses nowadays. Von's response is like a breath of fresh air in a smoggy valley!
