Went to home depot to make spare keys and the key making machine wasn't working. I went to Parker Lumber and they were able to make my keys. I was very pleased with the customer service as well. I think I'll definitely go there again.

Poor customer service. I arrived right at closing time. The employee lock the door as I approached and refused to acknowledge me or answer the phone when I tried to call. She didn't need to open after she closed the door but she could have treated me like a human and at least told me when they opened again.

No, you won't find the vast selection of house junk carried by Home Depot but this is the place for lumber. Very helpful and friendly staff, higher quality lumber, and prices only slightly more than the mega store down the street. I should have come here first...

They take very very good care of their customers .especially if you are. DISSABLED.... GREAT HARDWARE STORE. I am all done with Home Depot. Home Depot SUCKS

I Prefer Going To Builder's Supply Than Big Box Stores. I'm Treated Much Better At Builder's Supply. Their Stock isn't as large as the big box stores. But Builder's Supply Store, have many other items that big box stores don't. Thank You To Parker Lumber Builders Supply Store Yucca Valley

Truthfully, these guys are probably my least favorite hardware store in town. I imagine they’re probably better for lumber than other places, but I have no experience with that. What they really are exceptional at is keys. I think they might be the only store in town that has an old fashion key making machine so if some other store says you can’t copy your key, take it here because they probably can do it.

Friendly staff with a lot of knowledge overall. Builders Supply has the odds and ends you can't find other places.

They do carry hard-to-find items that you can't get at home Depot sometimes it's hard to find an employee to help you but it's actually worth the trip just pretty much at home Depot you can't find an employee they're either

Though our little town is growing rapidly, it's still very nice to have that small town personal business experience with folks that aim to please.

Love this store ! Employees are so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They have tons of things you can't find at the big box store. I always leave there with what I need and a smile on my face...shopping like in the good ole days. Thank you Parker Hardware !

One of the beautiful things about living in a smaller town is this hardware store. I feel like family everytime I walk in. Every employee I have come into contact with has been simply wonderful...and they have popcorn to share.
