Stayed at Deluxe Suite. TV was spoilt, shower head either face down or 180° at the wall. Unable to adjust. Shower is on the bath tub so you have to pull a curtain. After shower, whole floor will be wet. Bodywash and shampoo is in a small tiny tube. There is only 1 room with bidet in the whole hotel, and happens to be my room. Bidet is faulty too. Room design and layout is in need of renovation. Could be 5 stars in 1990, but in reality is just a 2 star now. Only good thing is water pressure and heat is consistent. Supposed to stay 7 nights, checkout immediately the next day and went doubletree nearby. Extremely disappointed with the hotel standards, not worth the money.

Catastrophic. Rooms stuffy and smelly, bad service, wifi too weak. Obviously people smoke in the rooms which is a fire hazard for such a tall building. We booked a room for two with breakfast and then they told us that the breakfast was only for one person. Staff intrudes and calls to the rooms late. They kidnapped my bottle of milk by locking the fridge when I was away. The hotel is overpriced and the bad smell bad for health. Avoid!

We were told that this 5 star hotel is located in very convenient location n it was true. Even it’s not so new but big and equiped with modern control. Room is nice and cleaned well every day. Breakfast is full of asian, halal and western dishes. Many Muslin guests going to China nowadays, a bit surprise. Many restaurants, shoppings around. Closed to different tourist attractions. From rooftop restaurant I could see the only city golf course Huamei Luhu. The minor issue occurred when we ordered takeout breakfast for next early morning, it seemed that the front office never served the same request before. Next morning they did not have it ready even I reminded 2nd time before bed. You can not find a lot of information about things in China. So I hope this review could help your next travel plan.

Amazingly served food and hotel itself is very nice it has almost everything inside only. Clothes, shoes mall everything... and a beautiful waterfall park... Really recommend this hotel.. its very beautiful

One of the best hotel in China which is located in Guangzhou state. Staffs are very friendly and best service ever. Hotel located in center of the town which is close to Metro and bus station which makes more easier for guests. One of the iconic thing is 360 rotatable restaurant on rooftop which is magnificent.

Ok it's a very nice hotel with star facilities. It's walking distance from dongue hotel. Usually a lot of foreigners stay here. They have almost all facilities a good classy hotel has. Food of all types is served. Transportation is not a problem as it's on the main road. Just out side is market were we can get everything thing from food to clothes. There is a metro stop nearby but not sure what is the name. Overall had a good experience and can recommend it for a nice stay.

Terrible customer service, employees are miserable so we get dirty looks even just walking past people who work here. Restaurant onsite is insanely overpriced. 400 yuan for a 2 person lunch meal with no drinks. Rooms are old and gross. The gym has never been cleaned in 20 years and doesn't even have sinks to wash your hands. You have to leave the gym and go to the hotel's bathroom. This hotel is extremely terrible and over priced.

Never use your credit/bank card to pay for a deposit in this hotel because you will never get your deposit back!!!!! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in July 2017 when checking out I was told that my deposit will be refunded back after 2 weeks but that never happened til this day, tried calling and and spoke to their admin to no avail. Instead they keep me on hold and hang up as soon as I ask to speak to the Manager, bad hotel in that regard, I loved everything else during my stay but frauding me of my deposit makes it a bad hotel

Amazing views from the rooms.

One of the best hotels strategically located near the places where one can get Middle Eastern Food, Turkish Food. The money exchange and super markets are also nearby. Rooms are neat and clean and staff is very cooperative and moreover staff speaks English. Beds are very comfortable. Middle Eastern Food and Turkish Food are just walking distance.

Yes five stars, you deserve it. The hotel is impressive from the moment you walk in. The golden artifacts on the walls and interiors are an extra mile. The staff is very helpful, many do speak English, which is rare in Guangzhou. The location is actually quite good for its is equally distant from all top visit spots in and out the city. The room is spacious and the extra toiletries made my day (bath salt, handwash, perfume). I was a lottle too tall for the bed, though the linnen felt more than great! I lived the food at the buffet, a lot of choice and all field of cooking were delicious (pastries, noodles, continental, juices, fruit, deserts, curries). Only minor point is, that the hotel is very busy, regularly a crowd of people in the lobby.. But not worth taking a star down. So keep the full 5 stars, and recommend!

Wifi is awful. Unacceptable for a business hotel. This is a 2 star hotel at best by western standards. This place has not been deep cleaned or updated in over 20 years. Smells like urine and cigarette smoke everywhere. Poor quality overpriced restaurants onsite. Restaurant took 30 minutes to serve a 45 yuan tiny cup of black tea. No refills. Staff is not friendly and gives dirty stairs as we walk through the hallways. The elevator system is slow and illogical. The gym here looks impressive on the website but is disgusting in person - nobody cleans anything and there are no paper towels to clean anything. Nobody offered me help with my luggage and I waited over 20 minutes to check in, struggling to hold everything while other staff stood idle and watched us struggle. The staff really doesn't care and it shows, probably has some management issues. This hotel is NOT friendly to foreigners. There are MANY better value options in Guangzhou, keep looking.

It was comfortable and reasonable price but they did charged me $120 as an insurance and I was told that it will be deposited back in my credit card within a week but I never get it.

Excellent hotel ,good service .... The breakfast is really 5 stars .... And the room with the best view in guanghzou....
