Disappointment

Service
Dear
Sir/Madam,
I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
frustration
regarding
the
service
I
recently
experienced
during
my
stay
at
your
establishment,
supposedly
a
5-star
hotel.
On
the
first
night,
I
was
informed
that
the
heating
was
out
in
my
room
and
throughout
the
entire
hotel,
which
left
me
perplexed.
However,
three
days
later,
after
changing
rooms,
the
heating
in
the
new
room
was
functioning
perfectly.
This
inconsistency
in
information
is
unacceptable.
Furthermore,
the
temporary
solution
offered
to
me,
a
small
electric
heater
to
"get
through
the
evening"
in
a
room
of
a
supposedly
high-end
establishment,
is
unacceptable.
It
does
not
align
with
the
standards
one
would
expect
from
a
5-star
facility.
This
experience
has
significantly
tarnished
my
stay
and
left
me
with
an
impression
of
amateurism
and
a
lack
of
professionalism.
As
a
customer,
I
expected
impeccable
service,
and
it
is
regrettable
to
see
that
this
was
not
the
case.
I
kindly
ask
you
to
take
immediate
action
to
address
these
issues
to
prevent
other
customers
from
having
a
similar
experience.

prompt
resolution
to
these
inconveniences,
I
look
forward
to

actions.
