Shangxiajiu Commercial Pedestrian Street, It's a long street beside shopping arcade and restaurants. This place is full of street food vendors. KFC, MacDonald & other international food chain is available. Public transport is better. Must visit this place. Statues on road side is another attractions that reveal's the history of local area.

This is another must visit place in Guangzhou, one of the two largest shopping streets (the other being Beijing Lu) as it also offer visitors so many things to see, shop and eat. It's bustling with human crowds at all times. There are so many shops offering a wide range of merchandise and products that surely there be something to suit you and family. Besides these, there are also lots of major shopping malls, supermarkets, eateries, cafes and restaurants, makeshift stalls around to entice you! One can simply spend a full day here to shop, eat and shop again until you drop! The nearest metro station was Cultural Park and about 10-12mins walk from here. Recommended.

Shangxiajiu Commercial Pedestrian Street is very busy during the weekends, and quiet in the mornings. Lots of shops and restaurants. It is fun place to watch crowds in the evenings, and have chinese style dinner with friends.

Lots of shops (and food!!) along the long long pedestrian street with some old buildings back in 50s. Could visit the old food shop Chen Tim Kee which only sells 3 dishes - fish skin, liwan congee and steamed rice roll.

Street is always crowded and interesting place for visit and walk around . you'll have a lot of options for shopping and also chinese food.

Pretty boring, just one long strip full of generic clothing stores and few food options. Dongmen plaza in Shenzhen is much better.
