4 stars, based on the fact we had 93 teens plus adults and they fed them all in 30 minutes. Food was good service was great.

Horrible experience. Went in yesterday around 6PM with family. Service is non existent. Asked a female employee behind the buffet for a pep pizza she looks right at me stone face and points and says there is pizza on the buffet eat that. So requesting a pizza that is not on the bar now is to much of an inconvenience? Tables are filthy but there are 6 employees standing behind the bar chatting. This place use to be very good but it's went down bad poor customer service or lack of any service and old cold pizza on the bar. I will not return to this location.

I expected cheap pizza, but I got cardboard instead. Everything seemed like it had been sitting for a while or maybe overcooked. I also tried the noodles, but they were either dry and hard or way too squishy. Service was friendly, though. Should have asked for a specialty pizza I guess. Cinnamon stick thingies were awesome

Love the pizza and desert all you can eat is like a steal unlimited pizza is probably only in most dreams but they make it a reality

I've always enjoyed Cici's. Their pizzas have definitely gotten better over the years. The desserts have pretty much remained the same but they're ok. You are definitely getting your money's worth. The addition of the kids combo is nice since you don't want to pay for an adult buffet when your kid is only going to eat one or maybe two slices. The staff at this location seems to be on top of things. They're nice and courteous. The arcade has about 10 machines for the kids to waste your money on and give you a little peace while you eat. Peace is always welcome...

Not to bad of quality of food. You can always ask for a specialty pizza for no extra charge and the kids like the desert too. They are friendly and try very hard to satisfy.

Really couldn't be better. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, always stocked buffet, and still a fair price. Not many local options for pizza buffet, or really buffet in general, but this location hits the spot everytime.

I saw an ad that Cicis was selling the Piezilla. It's a 28" pizza weighting in around 4 lbs. So I wanted to get this as a surprise for our family dinner. When we picked it up, even customers inside were asking about the huge pizza being carried out to our car. I'm guessing a lot of people don't know about it. The expressions my daughters had made this worth it. There were seven of us, and we still had a lot of leftovers. They did a great job on our pizza, and the staff were all friendly. If you're planning a family or game night. I would recommend Cicis and their Piezilla.

The kids were satisfied with the food. I was satisfied with the fact that I was able to take the family out and not feeling like a politician just drained my wallet.

Super clean! Friendly staff and had fresh pizza the whole time when it wasn't even busy! The best CiCi's I have come across! All the arcade games worked which made my kids happy. A+

Perfectly acceptable pizza for a great price. They kept fresh pizzas out while we were there and they had a variety of flavors. The salad bar items were great as well. Tables were clean and employees friendly. For a $7.99 buffet I'm not expecting gourmet food, but I could tell it is a well-run establishment.

We appreciate truck drivers and all they do. Its the trucks that cause problems. Parking lot is not designed for big trucks and they also block all signs for the businesses

Really appreciate the $5.99 Happy Hour 2-4pm weekdays. Includes drink. Friendly service to boot at the Yukon location.

My 5 and 6 year old love Mac and cheese pizza. The staff is great. I forgot to take out a pizza with my togo order. Went back to pick it up. Manager apologized and gave me free buffet tickets. Awesome! On top of that the pizza is tasty!

My ten year old son walked in ahead of me and was greeted by an employee who ask him if he was dining in, to which my son replied that he need to use the restroom first. The same employee then in a rude tone informed me that the restrooms are not public. They lost five customers today, and the same five of us had planned to return next Monday. However we will patronize a business that kind instead.

The red headed man was rude. I ordered a bacon pizza when it was ready 2o min. Later it not a bacon pizza. I told him to please do it again and told him nicely how to do it. 10 min later he rudely brought it to me. To get even I assume it only had fat very little meat. I gave up and just ate the cheese and crust. And left. The guy cleaning tables was polite and did a good job of keeping tables clean. It was around one and busy.

It's a buffet so I can overeat at my heart's content....which doesn't make my heart content. But, the pizza is normally fresh and straight out of the oven. Very cheap for the amount of food someone can consume. Don't know about the kitchen area, but the lobby was kept reasonably clean and bussed for the time we were there.

Came in at lunch today with the kids and recieved the best service since I have been going to this location! All the staff was excellent from management to the dish boys. And the food was all fresh and delicious. I have absolutely no complaints

The food was hard we were there for 2 hrs an none of the pizzas were changed out and no one came out to clean the dining room tables the whole time

I have to say tonight we ate here and I believe the manager older guy was amazing! So great to see an awesome manager lead that way for everyone! My son spilled noodles and not only did he clean it all up he went and got him more noodles and brought them to the table. Even asked want a spoon or fork and brought it back. Cracked some jokes and just impressed me as a business owner myself he was a breath of fresh air! I told my kids that’s how you need to be in the service industry those people make the difference in the world! Whoever hired him cheers he is awesome!

Very clean and organized established cicis ! The manager was very optimistic and in a good mood . Will come back because the staff honestly . Was always asked if everything came out good and very polite . Now I know why this place has good ratings 🙂

The huge difference for this Cici's is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and acted like we were very important as their customers. There was always someone cleaning up: windows, tables or floors. It felt like we had been going there for years but it was actually the first time we had been there. We were traveling through. Anytime we do travel through, we're going to make it a point to stop in.

The pizza was actually gross, you can tell a lot of it was sitting there for a while. The pizza selection was not good, they didn’t even have cheese. I assume it was the manager was treating staff like they were in the military, it was kind of funny. And the staff watching over the pizza low key scared me from getting more pizza. The brownies also didn’t taste how they used to taste, tasted like dryness.

I arrived 8 minutes before their "happy hour" (that I was unaware of) with 4 grandkids in tow. I spent $42 for the 5 of us. For this price, let's just say that the clerk should have mentioned that if I waited 8 minutes I could have saved some money. Probably why this restaurant never comes to mind when I want to go out to eat.

I normally don't rate any establishment a five star, but in this case I just have to! They were above all expectations with their energetic crew, perfectly made custom orders, and an exceptional salad bar! EXCELLENT experience!

You just can't beat unlimited pizza and soda for $6 (from 2-4pm). Also, if you request a specific pizza, they will put it in the oven and serve it on the buffet for you!

I really was hoping the food was good…. Only the cheesy bread was edible. The pizza was just too squishy. Maybe if it had been cooked longer it would’ve been better. It has been 20 years since I’ve eaten here and now I’m sad.

Everything was great except the restrooms. The restroom was not maintained and no changing table. Had to go to the car to change my baby. Highly recommend getting a changing table for both restrooms.

Overall this is the worst CiCis I’ve been to in the state. The cleanliness, service, and food are not up to par with the CiCis in Oklahoma City. Store smelled like the floor was mopped with dirty mop water, men’s bathroom was filthy, urine all over the floor trash overflowing. Expected to hear at any moment during the visit “clean up on aisle 9” lol. Pizza buffet no stocked at a constant pace for the volume of customers within the store. The employees were not smiling or happy to see customers rather they were looking in despair.. like can this rush be over any sooner. Not sure if it’s just the practice at this location, but I got charged for an infant < 1 year old which was a bit odd. More training and cleanliness and this store could be wonderful. I am very glad I don’t live In Yukon and we were just visiting because we frequently dine at CiCis and this was awful. The ONLY good thing was that this store actually makes the original BBQ pizzas still which was quite a surprise as they’ve been gone in OKC for awhile now, although they were gone very quickly after being placed on the buffet.

Awesome crew! Didn't see no employee on their phone or standing around. Seen they all worked together to keep the buffer full. They greeted everyone that came in & thanked everyone that left. This is a great crew!! Keep up the good work!!

We go to this Cici’s every Friday afternoon after my son gets off school. It’s always great. The pizzas are great and fresh. I love the selections they have and they take my request very quickly. The service is great.

Great place to bring the kids. Large selection of pizzas. Clean restrooms. Friendly employees. You can order pizzas of your choice and they will bring it to you. Excellent service and the pizzas were good.

I will say the place is clean. The staff over all is pleasant. My boys love the Yukon location. The manager, I believe her name is Nikki, is a delight.

We've been in a couple times where they are helping out a softball team or boy scouts or girl scouts it's really nice to see them actually giving back to their community I would highly recommend this place for fundraisers and for awesome pizza/pasta... absolutely delicious and they can make you requested pizza.. whatever kind you.. Not good pizza at all, sauce tasted like it was watered down. Do not believe there is a worst pizza out there, worse than Lil Caesar's cardboard pizza. They belong in the same category as Taco Bell. Just gross food.

The service was fine. The sauce tasted like Campbell's tomato soup right out of the can. The deserts were great.

The place was clean and they were putting out fresh pizzas at the buffet but I just felt like there wasnt a lot of choices.

None of the precautions concerning covid 19 listed on this ci cis website are being followed! Also the employee who was preparing the pizzas for baking was not wearing a mask and was placing ingredients on the pizzas with bare hands! We will never return to Ci Ci Pizza! The date of our visit was: 10/3/2020. Also they had NO hand sanitizer available.

Amazing service. Cashiers need a little help with counting back change but, I think that's everywhere now. Not going to knock them for that. Good food, great atmosphere.

I don't know if it's because I'm an adult now and haven't been to a Cici's in ages so it's not the same "magic" as when I was a kid or if they actually just plain got worse. However, I was NOT impressed with my visit here. The food quality was poor and definitely nothing like I remember back home in MN when I used to go as a kid before they closed down around home. Granted you can't expect much for the price I guess, but I'd rather go to Little Caesar's for the same price. The only real good things here was the cinnamon rolls and fountain pop. Can't even say the price was good because it wasn't worth it for such low quality. Don't think I'll be returning to a Cici's again ever unless they bring their quality back up. Sorry, guys. Hopefully you see this and can try to find a way to up your food quality again. Good luck and I hope that one day I'll see the changes that are needed!

Was on my lunch break and just needed something quick. Was told at 1:54 that I would have to wait 6 minutes to get the happy hour discount. The discount is neither here nor there. But that is ridiculous. Didn’t stay and won’t be back.

Love this place. Little high for drinks. $15 for two for lunch with water to drink. Food is good. Service is wonderful. You want something special they make it up.
