This is a wonderful place, very clean but over-all scene can and has been hostile, with rudeness, gossip, Christian hate and political negativity. Too many unhappy people who feel the need to bully and shame others. There are some great people there but be careful who you trust. We had hoped that we found our winter family here but the management doesn't control the BS and they don't even run the Facebook page for the park. It's a shame. It used to be a wonderful place to stay.

They’re rates are higher then other parks in the area. The people are not friendly! There is a group of people who rent a site so they can party they play loud music and have no respect ! They cut thru your Cars park halfway in the street and some of the rigs aren’t back far enough in their site so they stick out in the road making it difficult to drive down the road. The garbage bins are all at one end of the park so if you’re at the other end you either have to carry your heavy garbage or drive. If you drive you have to turn around and you’re not suppose to go thru anyones site but sometimes you have to. We will never stay there again. We were suppose to stay there 2 months we left 2 weeks early!

Great place, clean, friendly and great price. My whole family stays here, three spots. This place is like family. Book in advance, it fills up every winter with the same people. Which says a lot about how good it is.

My husband and myself have had the opportunity to manage BSR for the 21-22 season. You will find this park not just a community but a neighborhood. Your neighborhood will jump in without hesitation to assist anyone. They will check on you if you are ill, they will celebrate with you, they will help you through a tough time. We have been full time rvrs for 6 years and have never witnessed such a close knit community. BSR also has the most talented, energetic and friendliest activities director around. There is always something to do. The park is an older park, however very well kept. Beautiful hedges, immaculate facilities Some of the lots are smaller however what you may lose in lot size you will gain in a sense of community and leave with life long friends. You will always want to come back.

We are currently residing in space 8 at this resort. You can eat off the floors in the bathrooms! The resort is so clean. Grounds manicured. This smaller park has Pickle Ball court, pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, dog run, and new managers who are very friendly and accommodating. Sunday non denominational services led by Pastor Mark are excellent. Activities throughout the week in this smaller resort are fun i.e. bingo, line dancing, painting classes, CPR Classes, etc. We can highly recommend!

We stayed at this park for a month and a half we paid for 5 months and because we felt that it was extremely cliquish the full-time residents are extremely territorial and don't make you feel welcomed there was one resident that went as far as to tell us we're sitting at her own table during a function this one particular person was staring in our windows at certain times we brought that attention to the assistant manager at that time we moved out of the park ,we asked for a refund the manager said the owners don't refund so don't waste your money coming here Let's just say we lost $1,200 so again I wouldn't stay here . The manager said the owners replied with if they felt so threatened they should have called the police and that they could have moved us and we should have told management which we did we let the assistant manager know. Don't spend your money there.

This is a beautiful park. It is nice and clean, and they have events here three or four days a week so there's a lot to do here. It is a 50 and over community, but they do accept a small percentage of younger folks, and like I said this place is very nice.

I did not stay here but checked it out as an option. Looked very clean and had very nice gravel spaces. Best part was a traffic light at the entrance making easy in and out on a very busy 4 lane highway. The place has hedges all around it and sure it helps to buffer the noise and give a more private feeling for guests.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This is one of the smaller Encore parks that we've visited but it was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I stayed in full hookup site # 920 for 2 weeks and it was level and comfortable. Staff member Wayne and his wife Kathy escorted us to our site after check-in. I explained that we could easily b...

πŸ‘ Very friendly, lots of activities- church services and Bible study. shuffleboard, pickle ball, card games and bingo. There is a resident baker who bakes delicious deserts. One downside is that it is in a very busy part of town so there is a lot of traffic noise. The spaces are tight but worked fo...
