But when my friend wanted to print out her paper, the title page had a weird border, and the font was changed. The worst part was that the font wasn't changed throughout the whole paper, only in about 90% of it. This meant that certain sentences just switched font mid sentence. When asking the staff for help, a different person than before came, but they didn't know what was wrong either. To top it all of they expected my friend to pay for something that wasn't printed out properly as it was quote "not their fault either". In the end she didn't have to pay but the staff didn't offer her any help to try and get the pdf printed out properly so she had to find another option to print it. Overall i had a horrible experience and probably won't return there to have anything printed.
