We
wanted
to
go
on
a
kayak
tour
at
9
on
Sunday
morning.
Unfortunately,
on
Saturday
I
noticed
that
my
health
was
getting
worse
and
I
knew
that
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
go
on
a
long
kayak
tour
the
following
day.
So
we
tried
to
reach
someone
by
phone
around
2
p.m.,
but
without
success
because
only
the
answering
machine
answered.
We
started
a
second
attempt
at
5
p.m.
and
agreed
that
if
the
answering
service
came
on
again
we
would
leave
a
message.
However,
this
time
the
phone
didn't
answer,
the
bell
rang,
but
no
one
answered.
There
was
no
other
contact
option
and
it
was
not
clear
on
the
website
what
the
exact
times
were
or
how
available
they
were
on
Saturdays.
We
also
thought
that
they
would
call
us
back
when
the
opportunity
came,
since
we
were
also
called
back
on
Thursday
evening.
Unfortunately,
no
one
called
us
back.
My
husband
called
in
the
morning
and
I
couldn't
hear
the
conversation,
but
I
could
tell
from
his
reaction
that
the
provider
was
definitely
not
happy.
He
said
we
should
have
contacted
us
earlier,
but
I
wonder
why
no
one
answered
the
phone
the
day
before
and
why
they
didn't
try
to
contact
us
again.
My
husband
was
finally
asked
“if
we
are
not
from
here”.
My
husband
said
no.
Then
they
simply
hung
up
without
a
comment.
I
still
wonder
to
this
day
whether
it
had
a
racist
background
in
some
way
and
whether
we
would
have
been
treated
differently
if
we
had
been
Swiss.
Anyway,
I
of
course
understand
the
provider's
anger,
but
there
is
always
the
possibility
that
a
customer
will
have
a
bad
time
at
short
notice
and
you
may
have
to
face
a
cancellation
in
the
morning.
I
wouldn't
have
thought
that
you
would
have
to
expect
such
a
reaction,
especially
since
the
provider
was
really
very
friendly
during
the
first
conversation.
If
this
is
such
a
big
problem,
then
you
should
either
offer
a
cancellation
fee
or
make
it
possible
to
make
a
booking
online
where
a
fee
is
waived
if
you
cancel
at
short
notice
or
at
least
there
would
have
been
a
notice
on
the
website
that
you
can
cancel
within
24
hours
must.
Even
if
you're
angry,
I
don't
think
you
deserve
that
kind
of
reaction.
