Very good hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended !

Great location with comfy room. Room facility is basic and comfy, with tea/coffee possible in the common room. Extremely easy check-in and checkout. First class breakfast (fantastic home-made granola, great bread and ginger tea!). Great staff who is willing to go for extra mile (we had to bring with us BBQ sausages due to some bad planning, and there's a ban of fire due to dry weather throughout the region. The staff was kind enough to cook the sausages for us and brought to our room!) Will definitely come back when visiting Bettmeralp again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Slalom in the Bettmeralp. The room had everything needed for a few days of hiking including a balcony with a beautiful view to put up your feet at the end of a long hike. The staff is very very nice and they go above and beyond to fulfill even special wishes (like organizing flowers for a proposal :-) ). We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is small but nice, perfectly located at the center of the village, in a quiet corner. The rooms and the common areas for breakfast & reading are welcoming, nicely decorated and clean. Bedroom: great view on the mountains and nice balcony on the south side. The bathroom was a bit small, but well equipped. Large wardrobe available. Comfortable bed. Other furniture essential but well maintained. Very good breakfast with genuine products. I find Hotel Slalom ideal for short stays / hiking holidays and suitable for young people. Just notice that the welcome desk closes early (before dinner).

Really nice hotel and centrally located. Easy to ski from and back to the hotel. Some guests might disagree however; the warm up run from the hotel first thing in the morning to the first drag lift could be considered a little narrow. Excellent breakfast and the rooms are just fine for size and comfort. Really nice showers/bathrooms. 30 Chf for a taxi to the hotel from the top station. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. They speak English, French and their Swiss German is pretty good as well. ;-)

This hotel is like being a personal guest of the owners. Room was great, breakfast was great, owners were friendly and super helpful. On the day we checked out, it was easy to leave our stuff, go ski and collect luggage later. Everything is relaxed and easy here! We will definitely be back

This cannot be a 3 star hotel or at least certain rooms, feel like a hostel. The mattresses are really soft and bad, you will not rest well. Also, no soundproofing. You will hear it all from the neighbours. The breakfast was just ok and not often enough replenished. And for more than 200 CHF per night, you can at least expect a good coffee and not having to do it myself.

A lovely traditional small chalet-style hotel for rooms and breakfast. Rooms have a modern wooden feel, not chintzy. Had balcony with wide open views over the valley to the south, with gentle cowbells in the distance. Breakfast is good with 'usual' mix of cereals, bread, cheese ham and eggs. Owner is low key so suits those who enjoy quiet, unfussy hospitality. Can have ride to & from cablecar in the buggy if needed, but it's not far in decent weather. Good eating places within a stroll from hotel.
