We stayed 6 nights and would return. Better mountain views and more sunshine were our reward for walking up the short steep road to Chalet Ideal directly from the main street. Other places lower down in the village often have fewer mountain views. The Coop and Migros supermarkets are nearby for shopping. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts Daniel and Jana are delightful and hardworking. We loved using the free lifts included with the summer Saastal Card, especially to Kreuzboden/ Hochsaas, Plattjen, Speilboden/ Längfluh, Morenia/ Fellskin and the Post bus to Mattmarksee. These give great easy access for hiking and for climbing the highest peaks.

Close to bars shops and Ski lifts. Elevated position allows for amazing views of the resort and surrounding mountains. No need to bring the skis and boots back up the hill as there is ski storage provided at street level. This is great at the end of the day. The owners, free of charge will happily help you with your luggage from your car up to the chalet. This is our second stay here this year and we will defiantly be returning again. As always, great hosts, allowed me to store the luggage for the day so we could make the most of all the new fresh snow. Will be back again as soon as possible.

We had a lovely stay at the Chalet Ideal. Jana and Daniel were very friendly and helpful hosts - even helping us out with a particular difficulty we had. The room was very warm and cosy, with everything we needed. The village of Saas-Fee is extremely pretty and the mountain views from the Chalet are spectacular.

Der Urlaub in dieser schönen Gegend war sehr erholsam. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen großartigen Ausblick. Sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich es nach einer schönen Wanderung gemütlich zu machen. Es gibt auch eine Badewanne um die Muskeln zu entspannen, denn ja man sollte gut zu Fuß sein um die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.👍😃

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par une jolie famille bien sympathique, agreable, et disponible. Le logement est très agréable et cosi . La salle de bain pour chaque chambre est très appreciable. La vue des balcons est à couper le souffle . Tres Petit bémol il n y a pas de sèche cheveux.

Kurz gesagt, Ideal! Sehr freundliche Familie die das Chalet Ideal mit viel Liebe und Hingabe in dritter Generation führt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
