In Burgdorf: I bought a 30% discounted pair of trousers (they were expensive enough) without trying them on. The size was ok but the model wasn't. Too wide at the top, too tight at the calves. Anyway, I wanted to exchange the pants. The saleswomen were very rude and didn't stop emphasizing that I should have tried the pants and that I couldn't exchange them for the same model in a different size. I've never experienced that before. This always worked in other stores. In the end I was able to buy a different pair of even more expensive pants and had to listen to how incredibly accommodating that would have been on their part. For me personally: Bayard never ever.

Friendly and friendly staff who know their job and listen to the customer. Lots of different brands and styles of clothing at very different prices. A store that also has clothes for every age, style and budget and very different occasions. Sport chic, classic, party etc. We are almost sure to go home and not leave empty-handed because there are pretty clothes and so much choice.

It's simply brilliant! There is a huge choice. The staff is attentive and available without being intrusive. The decor is great. On the other hand, this is not a store for very young people. I adore !!!

Lots of choice

Nice and clean shop. We were looking in this store today to complete my partner's newly purchased outfit with a shirt. The saleswoman on the lower floor was very committed to finding something suitable. On the upper floor it was explicitly pointed out for two parts that it would be too expensive - as a customer I can still decide for myself... 🤨

I was at Espirit today with my mother. There we received very friendly advice from a Mrs. Oliveira. Later she needed support from the (probably) branch manager, Ms. Noco Perdona (or similar). This was obviously nerfed and Ms. Oliveira treated Ms. Oliveira very condescendingly at the checkout. This was very unpleasant for my mother and me to experience. I hope Ms. Oliveira finds a position where she will be appreciated for her good work.
