    2hrs line for nothing, at the end there were no more watches but they didn't tell the people after 2 hours in the same line. It is disrespectful people's time.

    Staff was unnecessarily rude on being asked about the availability of a certain watch, and shouted at me and another customer in middle of a store. (Spanish origin lady). Pretty sure that the staff needs some better training on how to speak with customers

    Really bad how they treat customers in this store. The staff outside managing the moonswatch queue was super nice but the staff inside was so incredibly arrogant and unfriendly. On top, the watch i wanted was just sold out but that's what it is with this situation. I honestly was even considering not buying it even of they had it after how they treated me. Poor customer service...

    The staff are really nice and do a good job maintaining order in the line and people going into the store. Staff brings out a picture with the available watches for the day. They do their best to inform on when the shipment arrives and seems like sometimes the shipment can arrive earlier or later than they were told. I got 2 moonswatches on two different days. Waited 90min each day.

    Very good showroom swell managed. The staff is very helpful. The presentation of the product is very well. All in all you will get the latest models in this store. And not to forget the quality of Swiss watches..

    I had a really bad experience with the rules on the line for the moons watch and people were jumping the line and there is a bad staff with really bad attitude and rude to the older ladies and not professional and told a old lady to leave the store that’s disrespectful and her name is Sydney very unprofessional and the management should take action on that date 3july 2023 At 11:26 am really poor experience with the staff

    For such a big firm very disappointing behavior. Nobody knows in the store what the other one is doing. You have to put yourself on a waiting list. If you send emails you wont receive an answer. The communication can definitely improve. This moonswatch is over rated, watch bracelet is low quality. Seems like they never tested it when they designed the watch. For the price not worth it.

    Worst customer service/experience ever! The staff are rude and unprofessional! Avoid this store if you can, especially if you plan to queue for the MoonSwatches. I went there this morning around 7:45am to queue for the MoonSwatches. The store opens at 10am. When I got there, there were 15 people in front of me. Around 8:30am, a brown skin young South African looking lady showed up, jumped the queue and joined her white skin Eastern European looking middle age female friend - standing 2 spots before me. Five people (including myself) voiced the concerns of their disgusting behaviours. But they refused to move to the end of the queue. Firstly, they lied and claimed they arrived together much earlier, then the young lady claimed she was there for mental support only and not for a watch (it was a lie as she did buy one later). The British guy in front of them in the queue confirmed that they did not arrive together. When the store opened, we reported this incident to the staff, with 5 witnesses, the staff refused to do anything! A Chinese looking shop assistant said a young teenager saw them arrive together, which is a false statement and contradicts to the statement from the British guy simply in front of them in the queue and the four people after them in the queue! When it was my return to order a watch, I raised this incident to two shop assistants again. Another Chinese looking young lady shouted at me and said she didn’t care about what happened outside of the store and only cared about what happened inside the store. The cashier (white skin dark hair middle age woman) shouted at me and said ‘Are you here to order a watch or not?! We don’t care about what happened outside!’ These shop assistants’ attitude and behaviour are equally disappointing and disgusting as the queue jumpers! Anyway, karma will catch all of them sooner or later.

    This is the worst experience in Zurich! First of all, The Worker called [PanPan] put in the wrong country code in my tax refund paper which is okay, we pointed out and let her fixed. BUT she insisted country code can not be changed coz system automatically link. It's unbelievable!!!! It's global blue worldwide system, how come others store don't have this issue. Apparently, she didn't good at her job indeedly Secondly, when I show her my other tax refund paper with right country code,she still insisted code can not be change and asked me to see her doing the paper through store computer. I tried to know the system and pointed out the part to her CAN be changed, BTW there is a her colleague stand by her in the whole time as a witness. In the end, I got the right paper but bad feeling. HOW can a clerk stand in front of her own shop computer don't know how to use and blame the system, didn't even mention about she yell the customers she is right in the whole time. If Swatch head office see this comment, please go to replay the security Camara, each of my word is true. I strongly suggest the head office really need to take seriously, when I went through the Google comments, I'm not the only one who wrote the bad comment about the worker who can speak Chinese in the store, what if there is only one can speak then we both know who is she.

    If you go to this store, and meet a clerk named Panpan, please be careful!!!!!! We are tourist and asked for a tax refund, she messed up with our country and didn’t acknowledge the fault but blame the system, and asked us to take a look a the system; however, we found where she was wrong and fixed the problem for her. After this, she still blame the system with bad attitude and didn’t even feel sorry. As a clerk, she should be the one controlling the system and fix the problem, not to blame the system and ask the customer to fix it. After all, she cannot be responsible if we had the wrong country code and cannot get our tax refund, right? Anyways, she should take account for her incapability of her working ability. Please be more careful if you ever met her.

    Utterly Unprofessional: Visited the store on Saturday for a specific watch, only to be told it was unavailable. Was instructed to return on Monday at 10 am for a new delivery. Rude Dismissal: Upon returning precisely at the promised time, I was abruptly and rudely informed that the watch hadn't arrived. The staff showed no consideration for my time or the inconvenience caused. Absurd Policy: Requested to be contacted when the watch arrived, but was bluntly refused. Instead, was told to "just keep coming" without any guarantee of availability. Inexcusably Dismissive: Advised that watches are sold on a haphazard 'first come, first served' basis, showing a total disregard for customer interest and a lack of efficient inventory management. Overall Nightmare: Overall, a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The store's approach to customer service is dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear they don't value their customers' time or business.
