Worst
customer
service/experience
ever!
The
staff
are
rude
and
unprofessional!
Avoid
this
store
if
you
can,
especially
if
you
plan
to
queue
for
the
MoonSwatches.
I
went
there
this
morning
around
7:45am
to
queue
for
the
MoonSwatches.
The
store
opens
at
10am.
When
I
got
there,
there
were
15
people
in
front
of
me.
Around
8:30am,
a
brown
skin
young
South
African
looking
lady
showed
up,
jumped
the
queue
and
joined
her
white
skin
Eastern
European
looking
middle
age
female
friend
-
standing
2
spots
before
me.
Five
people
(including
myself)
voiced
the
concerns
of
their
disgusting
behaviours.
But
they
refused
to
move
to
the
end
of
the
queue.
Firstly,
they
lied
and
claimed
they
arrived
together
much
earlier,
then
the
young
lady
claimed
she
was
there
for
mental
support
only
and
not
for
a
watch
(it
was
a
lie
as
she
did
buy
one
later).
The
British
guy
in
front
of
them
in
the
queue
confirmed
that
they
did
not
arrive
together.
When
the
store
opened,
we
reported
this
incident
to
the
staff,
with
5
witnesses,
the
staff
refused
to
do
anything!
A
Chinese
looking
shop
assistant
said
a
young
teenager
saw
them
arrive
together,
which
is
a
false
statement
and
contradicts
to
the
statement
from
the
British
guy
simply
in
front
of
them
in
the
queue
and
the
four
people
after
them
in
the
queue!
When
it
was
my
return
to
order
a
watch,
I
raised
this
incident
to
two
shop
assistants
again.
Another
Chinese
looking
young
lady
shouted
at
me
and
said
she
didn’t
care
about
what
happened
outside
of
the
store
and
only
cared
about
what
happened
inside
the
store.
The
cashier
(white
skin
dark
hair
middle
age
woman)
shouted
at
me
and
said
‘Are
you
here
to
order
a
watch
or
not?!
We
don’t
care
about
what
happened
outside!’
These
shop
assistants’
attitude
and
behaviour
are
equally
disappointing
and
disgusting
as
the
queue
jumpers!
Anyway,
karma
will
catch
all
of
them
sooner
or
later.
