This place is amazing, department store plus. From designer products, jewellery, home decor and kids. But.. The highlight for me is the food Hall downstairs, amazing produce, heaven. On the way out try one of their fresh smoked beef rolls from the BBq smoker which anyone would love. GREAT.

High street brands , luxury. Helpful staff . Clean , modern & well organized displays . You can find anything from women $ men wear to kids & home accessories, electronics.. Must visit if you like shopping.

Globus has the most amazing and varied selection of food in Zurich - from fresh pasta and sushi, cured meats, cheese to baked goods and pastries. Plus, if you need something exotic, your best bet is to find it here.

Food corner : very professional service. Especially for meat very good quality and thestaffs have very good knowledge of meat. But one time I had a bad experience to buy clams for pasta. The half of clams were totally dead and not fresh. At the end the staff gave me money back. It’s a very high quality department not a supermarket. They should be very careful with fish product. At Bellevue the staffs at the Kasse ( food corner ) are normally more friendly than here at Bahnhofstrasse Globus. They need to be more professional customer service with SMILE and heart(I know with covid difficult to show kindness to the customer. But the customers KNOW even they wear mask. Whether they are smiling or friendly. Customers are smart :)

Grocery area is very clean and the presentation is really well done. It is a pleasure to just walk through the shop and view the food.

My only stake is in the food and culinary section. It is fantastic to explore all kinds of of local and colonial goods. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful! It’s my go to address when I went to prepare some special recipe or want to make sure to have extra good ingredients.

30% on the „entire“ (gesamte) Polo Ralph Lauren offer. I pick a shirt and take the time to try it on, it fits well. The sales person now insists, that I have to pay full price. She explains me that „gesamte Sortiment“ doesn’t mean „gesamte Sortiment“ and there is a small print. From Globus I expect the psychological safety not to be tricked by old small print tricks! Disappointing start of a Saturday in Zurich.

Very expensive brand of all kinds in 6 floor elegant building

Great place to buy luxury items, especially all brands are well represented here. There is an underground floor with the highest quality food court and food gift items and wine collection. One of the best places to buy gifts for close family and friends if you are looking for the highest quality. A nice Christmas market right at its doorstep with gluwein can be enjoyed.

Pretty expensive but good location and well organized.

The store is under renovation all the time, so every time, one floor is closed. I hope this ends soon and it will be convenient. I love to go to the rooftop terrace, amazing views and very stylish place

A good department store, with a range of high quality clothes and homewares. However, where Globus wins, and gets us back almost weekly, is the awesome food market in the lower level. A wide range of meats, pastas, and fish that are some of the best in Zurich. The general range of groceries are also good. There is multi-floor underground parking, well connected with lifts, that is open 24/7. When the store isn't opened, you can reach outside.

I had gone to Globus to buy a Single malt. It has a very huge collection of options to select from. It has different varieties of alcohol from across the world. Additionally it has option for other shopping too. Clothes / home and others too. One stop place for many shopping.

My go to place for shopping in Zürich, easy to find a lot of things given their selection of brands. Also the delicatessen always has really good and exclusive food you won't find anywhere else in Zürich.

Got what I want from the downstairs supermarket. If anyone coming from London, I will equal Globus to Selfridge. Good selection of delicacy downstairs. It becomes my go to place for some special items. Snow White strawberry and specialist mushroom, anyone?

The 2 stars are for the comprehensive availability of the store. If i would rate the staff it would be a single star only. Because they are all hovering 2m over ground in some bizarre bling bling cloud looking for the next sugar-daddy and incoherent to the Globus price-range they manage to achieve a new level of incompetence. The Globus-staff is a sad relict from post-online-shopping times.

I'm always happy with my experience in this Globus. Nice staff, great offerings, large range of goods. Delicatessa especially is amazing.

Globus is the first shopping when you are walking from the Zurich Main Station to the city. Zurich in winter is very special! In Globus you can find a wide variety of famous brands. You can shop clothes, bags, shoes and food. What I love most is a little restaurant on the ground floor with a good choice of finger food, salads, aperitifs, beverages and drinks🍸 you can take a sit inside or outside. In winter you can enjoy a small Christmas market in front of the Globus entrance❤❄🥂🎉

The place is being refurbished at the moment, and for a department store, it’s surprisingly light on the variety of things it sells, unless it’s expensive clothing. You’re well served for that. The delicatessen is FANTASTIC and imho, better than the nearby Jelmoli.
