I was in this shop yesterday looking for an adapter for my Croozer trailer. They didn't have the part, but the guy who helped me a lot and a part that I brought as a sample he adjusted it so that it could work perfectly on my trailer. The truth is a formidable attention I am planning to change my bike soon and I will definitely buy my future bike here. future Thank you! ☀️

Such nice people besides great mechanics. I took my bike for minor things like seat adjustment and handle extension. Jamie did it right there and then. And didn’t even charge me anything. Great place overall !

Mountain Bike rental. Amazing staff. Great service. Provided for a lifetime memory and awesome ride! I rented a test bike from Velo Elsener. They were amazing. They gave me incredible service and a top shelf mountain bike with helmet. And a cup of coffee! They gave me directions to the trailhead to a 40-minute climb up the mountain and a man-made mountain bike roller coaster like trail for the downhill. 40 minutes out, and about 12 minutes down. It is only a 10 - 12 minute ride from the bike shop to the trailhead. And you get to see a lot more of the city then you could ever see on foot. The views on top were amazing. This is a definite must do if you are in the area.

This Saturday afternoon, as I was riding around the Zurich lake, I had a flat tire and managed to get to the shop before it was completely deflated. Shop completely very busy within Covid regulations and cash system down, so you can imagine the situation. I asked for another tube and if possible to borrow tools. All this was done with a smile and when ready to go, the cash point was still down, I was trusted with a paper invoice to pay the bill when back home. You saved my day, my training and my way back home. Thank you so much TEAM!!

Friendly, efficient, informative service. Gave me a coffee whilst I waited. Answered my questions honestly and without trying to make an unnecessary sale. Prices on a lot of their accessories are similar or better than online shops in Switzerland. It was my first visit and I'm sure I'll be back. I can see why BOSCH recommend them as the preferred service agent for Bosch electric bikes.

Great bike store, large selection of bikes and equipment. They let you test ride a few bikes before you decide and buy, the staff is very helpful. The service for a bike you bought there is perfect (I managed to mess up my breaks during the first week and they fixed it - including bleeding & new break pads - and didn't charge me anything). The only downside is that the store is quite busy so you might need to wait a bit for somebody to pay attention to you.

Helpful and service oriented, English speaking, highly knowledgeable staff. Prices not the lowest but the quality of service and all infrastructure (digitalized interfaces, test rides, etc) stands out. To improve: consider not charging extra for installing of additional parts (purchased in the sho) on newly purchased bike (in the shop) would take the service to perfection.

These guys are incredible. They are all passionate riders themselves. I learn something new about bike maintenance every time I visit the place. Last time I brought my bike with what I thought was a destroyed rear derailleur, hoping they will have a 12 gear sram in stock. But this Sergei guy performed miracles and brought it back to life. He is a magician!

Excellent Shop and I would highly recommend! I was assisted by Lionel, coming from NL my German was not so good. Lionel provided me with excellent and honest advise in English, and as a result I ended up buying a bike I am really happy with. Also shout out to the folks in the workshop excellent setup of the bike and also thanks to the guy who helped me with adjusting the Suspension who also had great English btw. Update: just rode the antennentrail this afternoon, super bike!

My mountain bike that I loved was stolen- and it is no longer available so i started research, going to 8 bike shops around zurich and test riding , and online research. Lionel Eaton at Elsner was the only pro that I found who understood exactly what kind of bike best for me instead of just trying to sell me what ever. Highly recommend Lionel and the Elsner team
