I lived here for 5 months, and here are my positive comments: 1- I like the crew here, they are respectful and will try to help you in the best way they can. 2- I like the amenities here, they gym is good and the staff are awesome. Here are the negatives: 1- the furniture is very old. 2- the card key always gets disabled ( both to enter the apartment, and the parking). 3- The housekeeping will not clean well unless you’re standing with them, for example ( the kitchen is filled with bugs ). 4- there’s some construction work being done on the floor above me, therefore its hard to sleep quietly.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this hotel. We thought we were booking a 5 star hotel but our 3 bed apartment was 3 star at best. The apartment was dirty, run down, the showers didn’t work and the light switch was jammed on meaning my kids had to sleep with the light on. Our windows didn’t close properly and our apartment faced the bar which had music blaring until 2 am. The two star review is only for the polite staff and the nice buffet breakfast. Location was good.

We have been welcomed at the hotel very early in the morning, around 3am. It was a warm welcome and the check-in was quick and precise. The setting was great and very cared for. All the people working at the hotel always greeted us with a smile and were always ready to help and make the difference. The hotel is located just five minutes away from the Dubai mall. Taxis are always available. The breakfast buffet is pretty rich and you can also eat outside if you want. Rooms are clean, way spacious and soundproofed and if you ask kindly you can get some extra complimentary decaf. As a Swiss citizen I was required to take a PCR test not later than 72 hours before our flight home. The hotel organized us the test, in our room, and printed out the results for us. They really go the extra mile with a smile. We loved our stay. We will be back. Thank you.

I went there for my 5 days stay. Really great location and service. All staff is really really polite and helpfulness. You just have to tell them what you need even when you are not near your room and it will reach to your room automatically. Food is really good. Pool is very good. We met Kishor at pool. Really nice guys. Overall very great experience.

I truly don't understand how this hotel can warrant a 5 star designation. if it weren't for the relatively reasonable price we paid ($85/night) and the great location, I would've given this a 2 star review. The good: - the service and staff is pretty good and welcoming. very professional - breakfast buffet is above average. decent variety and they have a station for fresh eggs made in different ways to your liking - location in the middle of downtown and opposite the Dubai Mall The bad: - we got 3 separate rooms and every one of them has had random issues with it. things like inconsistent AC, sink getting blocked, window not closing properly, room phone not working - the shower standard is pretty bad. inconsistent water pressure and the temperature keeps changing every 5 seconds. water leaking from the shower head too and spraying upwards. the bath tub is super high, pretty dangerous to step in and out of if you're not wearing some sort sandals - no microwave - the classic "king" bed is barely even the size of a queen

Great experience at such a nice place! The location is very convenient - right in the heart of Dubai, with valet parking and lots of facilities. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. We also loved and open air buffet at their Double Decker Pub. That venue is full of greens and you can even hear the sound of birds. Live entertainment is also available. This place is highly recommended and absolutely worth to visit.

Lovely hotel at a great price. Awesome location, as it's essentially right next to the Dubai Mall. Slept like a baby on a comfy king bed. Very clean room, enjoyed better than others I've stayed at in Dubai. Check in and out were speedy. Also got the car from valet quickly and with fantastic service. Sunday went out of his way to be extremely helpful and give top notch service.

Stayed at the Swiss hotel apartments for one night to explore Dubai mall. The location and staff were amazing. The receptionist Rita was very kind and welcoming. Also at the checkout process was smooth. Particularly, Qasim and Salim were very friendly and helpful in finding a large vehicle to accommodate our luggage and family members. The breakfast was a little expensive but was worth it in my opinion with a wide variety of delicious foods. Now on to the negative. The rooms although spacious were very disappointing . Outdated and dingy looking furniture and stained carpet throughout whole apartment. Had to wear slippers and couldn't let my little one crawl on the ground. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel with even better service! Clean rooms. Great proximity to the Dubai mall, the Burj Khalifa and everything. Food was healthy but great tasting. We had the pleasure of having Caroline as our server on multiple days. She was attentive, responsive, and had just the warmest personality. I loved this place!

My partner and I visited Pergolas at dinner and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service thank you Ms. Elsie and the team we had a great time and felt so welcome. It was a buffet and lucky us it’s Italian Night, we had the steak, pizza and many more and different type of dessert along with some coffee. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! We’ll definitely come back and bring some friends along with us. Ciao

I Stayed here last week and must say I really enjoyed it again. Great hotel. Have stayed here now 4 times over the years and each time I have been more and more impressed. I would definitely recommend due to the team there and the locality to everything around. Now my only downside to my stay this time was we where unable to use the pool at the rear of the hotel. This was a larger pool but is now exclusively for the use of the residencies. So me and my family where unable on occasions to use the other 2 pools in the hotel due to them being full and having now chairs available. So this is the reason why I probably will not book again as my kids where not best pleased to be turned away from the pool. If this is not to much of an issue for people then I will definitely recommend this hotel. A Helpful O Not helpful

so many things to say about this hotel. everything was above our expectations. The staff is very caring. the breakfast is varied, the heated swimming pool. the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the dubai mall. A big thank you to Monica for her help, her good humor, her efficiency and her professionalism...we will be back this summer. you can go there without fear .. you will be pleasantly surprised.

The food in this restaurant, Pergolas is superb!! 10/10. And the services of the crew most especially Ms Elsie and Ms. Shwe are fantastic. They were with us, catering to our needs and request the entire dinner time. Serving drinks, clearing the table to give way for the succeeding buffet plates and most especially the taking of pictures several times. The dinner party was concluded by singing and serving birthday cake to our beautiful birthday celebrant. I will plan another dinner with the family to celebrate another important event in this restaurant. Cheers!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The people at the reception really received us very well and warm. They were very helpful and patented in answering all of our questions and helping us where necessary. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. Sunday who was our concierge was very helpful and friendly. He really stood out for my family and went the extra mile in ensuring we had an amazing stay

We stayed at Lavender, Roda for a month and we have enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The staff had been very cordial and supportive and special thanks to Security officer, Javed in helping us out timely. But when i checked out and revisited the hotel the same day on checking with some items we forgot in the room, we were told nothing was found and housekeeping staff were clearly lying as we never got our lost items back. Really sorry experience at the end of a wonderful stay.

The service is very bad, all hotels for 5 stars All bathroom and room needs, such as tissues and towels, are always available and clean, and their presence is confirmed. Please pay attention to the important needs of the customer. And Please improve and treat better and welcome from the reception. Also, why check in on 3 pm ?? This not good for the waiting to receive the room.

It’s very good hotel. It’s old but maintained. I spent 6 nights there attending a course at the same hotel. Room size was excellent and I think it is a time to renovate the furniture. Business facilities and meeting rooms were excellent. Buffet is average to good ( I tried it on lunch time only).

I was so happy and satisfied with a wide variety of delicious foods. The seafood night was great! 🤩😍😋. In addition to that, the service by Reshna, Amir and Gandhi were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. very appreciated.😇 they accommodated us very pleasantly. The whole experience is fabulous, surely I’ll comeback with my friends again and again. 🤗🥰

Our visit to the coffee shop was truly exceptional, and a significant part of that was thanks to Dar, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her exceptional friendliness and helpfulness were truly noteworthy, and we left with a smile on our faces. Dar's excellent customer service made our day at the coffee shop even more enjoyable, and we'll certainly be returning for another visit.

I really liked this hotel, especially the room and service staff. The cleaning was very good and special thanks to Shivcharan for his friendliness and good cleaning, we really liked it. We also liked the location, 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall, but in September it is very hot to walk to it. The hotel also has 3 good swimming pools.specially shiv together badail saner is really good staff I like ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We liked!

Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant but the room service was very slow. The rooms were cleaned daily. Overall it was good stay in a quiet and nice place. The hotel could improve on speeding up the service and customer relations!

Very nice hotel. the staff is friendly and welcoming, any problem will be solved. Win from the lobby coffee is very nice and friendly, talkative and always happy to assist. We even got a chance to speak to the pastry chief Pradeep who informed us on different types of chocolate used, very interesting. Yvette from Guest Relation is also very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend and if i come back i obviously come back here.

Classy hotel across from Dubai Mall.. The staff was very attentive and the pools on the property were very nice. Robert personally greeted me everytime I came into the hotel and made sure that anything I needed was received in a timely fashion. There needs to be more people like him in the world. Excellent hotel, staff is super friendly, food is amazing from breakfast to lunch and dinner, great variety and simply delicious. Supriya at the Reception has been very supportive. Location is perfect, lovely city views. Only issue i faced is the room service is very slow. The activeness of the house keeping department is ok types,need to be more good at their work.

Came here in family with kids from 2 to 17. Hôtel and service is perfect ! Appartement’s Rooms are awesome, huge space and cleaning when we’re out. Nice pool with large place for toddlers and young kids (under 6) where they can enjoy safely. Restaurant was very good. Nice meals , diversity and everybody can find his taste. The service at the restaurant was pretty good, smile and kind. Thanks @ Elsie Caroline for this evening’s dinner she helped it being perfect.

The hotel is well situated opposite the Dubai mall. Very spacious room, very neat. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The concierge was a star, any request/queries were handled promptly, and assistance provided with a smile. Great customer experience.

Lovely place, the people who work there are friendly and helpful especially Sunday thanks for your help with my very heavy bag!! The location is great walking distance (once you navigate the pathway system) to the mall. Ubers and local taxis are extremely easy to get. The pool is nice never had a problem with getting a sun bed. I travelled solo and had my birthday out here and they left me a birthday card and cake in my room which was a lovely touch.

The following issues need to be improved: 1. The entertainment is very poor. The channels don’t work and there isn’t much of a variety on TV to watch 2. Please change the curtains- they don’t shut proper 3. The toilets need 2 floor towels 4. There was absolutely nothing in the mini bar - this is suppose to be a 5 Star Hotel 5. The carpets in the rooms are dirty. 6. No complimentary fruit basket or any form of in-room welcome gifts 7. Please put some green life plants in the rooms I must say that highly impressed with one of your staff Mr. Gobinath. Very professional and very helpful. He surely knows how to makes guests welcome. Overall I will rate the hotel a 2.5 out of 5 in summary

Love the staff here particularly Hardian. I wanted to start my gym journey and wasn’t sure exactly what to do and I met him my first day and he was able to help me train daily and make me much more comfortable! Hopefully when I come back I can see him again and show him a new me!

Rooms were good and well maintained. The only part touch was not satisfactory was the address. They should put full address in the reservation for easy cab access. Salim was the house keeping manager who was nice and took care of our needs.

Some floors and rooms have a mouldy smell which I believe can be addressed with a carpet wash which management should do something about. We did ask for this to be addressed on our floor and the room service guys sprinkled a deodorising powder straight away. However a carpet wash is what should be done. There is a fantastic bar nearby with large screens for those interested in watching soccer. All in all if we visit Dubai in the future, we would surely consider this place again.

It's my fourth stay there and it's definitely the best place to recommend for any one who is looking for a place for vacation or staycation...and I enjoyed every bit of the service. Starting from the Great location, the neat rooms, the comfort, the meals, And most importantly the customer care services. Good service, friendly staff, especially Ms. Elsie who assists us and made us feel at home thank you so much and also for Rosetta who give us nice table. The main part was food which are excellent we came at the right time which they have Italian night it was homey food, we're looking forward for the live pasta station but we're too full. We will definitely come back and try the Seafood night.

Good location. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds with quality linen. The service provided throughout the hotel was very good. My only criticism is the man wearing a black suit in the lobby shoving a box of masks infront of people insisting to wear when it is quite clear not everyone is being consistent, the staff behind check in counter weren't even wearing their mask properly, one under his nose, the other one under his chin. So what's the point?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The front desk and all service provided was top notch right from the moment we stepped in and asked for an early check-in, to our midnight check-out. The extra we paid for the morning breakfast was definitely worth it. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is the best! Based on some of the customer comments, I was worried our room would be lacking some maintenance and slightly dated, but that was not at all our experience. We were very happy with the entire stay! Thank you Swissotel!

The staff was very friendly and the food served was good. Very convenient for food delivery. Cleaning would be done when asked and overall very helpful people. Everything was quite hygienic and well maintained. Some staff we encountered were Dorji and Jandth who aided our needs. Overall, good experience.

Myself and my partner spent a lovely relaxing day at the pool. We started off with some cocktails which were very tasty and had some delicious food as well from crispy prawns and calamari to the fresh chicken caesar salad. We had a very good experience at the hotel. Right from our arrival, we found Ritah who helped us very well and was always cordial to us. Great hotel, great location. It's interesting that so many staff want you to mention their name in a positive review and will stand over you as you write and post! Nonetheless I actually do like the staff. I'd recommend room service replace the pillows, they have that *smell* to them and should be thrown out, there's also a need for a thorough dusting and removal of mildew decorative blankets. Overall, great place, awesome staff.

Lovely hotel with pretty garden and two pools, located at one of the busiest streets into the financial district. The Dubai Mall main entrance is across the street, which means crossing four six lane motorways. The metro line stop is within walking distance, best using the sky walk a climate controlled indoor walk way, passing some great attractions... Breakfast at the hotel's terrace is a treat. We stayed at a big family flat at apartment-building A, just left of the main hotel building. A pool and fitness center are included on the first floor and rarely crowded. The hotel is well maintained, but not brand-new...

What a great staff! Bright on front desk, cleaning team, reception are great! We loved everything. Location is superb! Inner territory, spacious rooms, everyday housekeeping service! All is good. Money well spend

The location of the hotel is perfect and near to may places in the downtown Dubai. Also, everyone in the reception and room service staff are amazing workers and always eager to help. However, as a guest you clearly feel there are less priorities for you and more priorities to business guests and business meetings all around the hotel. Breakfast ends early at 10:15 am due to Lunch preparation for the meeting guests and all the busy atmosphere it creats. Rooms and furniture is new and perfect comparing the overpriced room rates. For less price, you will find better choice nearby.

We have been enjoying the stay. The staff was very welcoming upon our arrival.. We got a great and special assistance from staff Mr Sunday (when we were dropped at the wrong entrance by our taxi driver./ made us know we can use the free parking and have a quick assistance with luggage delivery into our room.. very amazing ; we shall surely recommend your services. The place is good & the location is perfect for the downtown. The rooms are clean but it needs a few adjustments like new furniture & new sheets. In general it’s good if you are staying for business. Also I would like to thank Waqar for his nice & welcoming attitude.

Stayed here on an all inclusive holiday. Lovely location and great staff. Apartment rooms very spacious. The only downside was that you could only get alcoholic drinks at night in the restaurant ans not in the lounge area and you cannot take the drinks back to your room.

Superb hotel in a great location with really helpful and welcoming staff! My wife and I had a wonderful fourth marriage anniversary stay at the Al Murooj Dubai. We would like to thank Monica and all her staff (including Jackson and all the catering staff) for all their great hospitality and for looking after us for a week during our stay. We were given an excellent and really comfortable room by Monica (manager), the food at the restaurant was excellent, the pool was warm and perfect for our needs. We opted for breakfast in the room and it was always served on time with excellent service and delightful options. The hotel has a superb location being very central, the facilities and food options at the hotel are great, we highly recommend the Italian and Seafood buffet evening. The staff are courteous and helpful but the biggest appreciation is for Monica because without her our stay would not have been so great and so this is a big thank you to you and we hope to see you again in the future!

We had a great time. Me and my family went for pool access. Location is perfect, the pool is child-friendly, we felt safe as the lifeguards were so active and paying enough attention. Special thank you to Oliver (She’s a lady) for assissting us towards the pool, since there’s no lift preference. With no hesitation, she suggested to carry the baby stroller from ground to the pool. We appreciate this kind of genuine service! Will come back soon 👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed in this hotel for three days. Over all I had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms are might need some improvement but their customer service is great. Especially Mari the server is such a fine gentleman and made us truly enjoy our last day. He was very professional and understanding of our needs before we even tell him anything. He was making sure we have all what we needed at all times and gave us the best customer service possible. Thank you Mari for giving us a great memory about this hotel.

Excellent International buffet- Arabic, Iranian, Indian, Japanese, and Continental dishes with live stations. Enjoyed the tiger prawns, Salmon, and Oysters. Unlike elsewhere the food too was tasty. The ambiance is great with both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff too were efficient. I would like to especially thank Aamir for his hospitality and service. I would definitely recommend this buffet which is value for money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel 😍It’s literally across the road from Dubai Mall, not far from the airport, overall perfect location. From the moment you arrive until check out, it’s true 5 star treatment! Breakfast was amazing, there’s something for everyone! The pool deck was the cherry on top! Amazing gourmet experience at Pergola restaurant. With my parents we went to the seafood themed dinner! The food was delicious, the ingredients and variety of the seafood was extremely fresh. We especially enjoyed the service at the restaurant-full of attention. Special thanks to Aamir and Joel they have taken an amazing care of us. We have really enjoyed our evening and definitely will come back again!

So this is not really the hotel we were dreaming of. The service at the reception is very good, but that was it basically. Mahmoud at the reception is a very nice guy. The room we got was not the one we booked. They told us, we get a 'bigger one'. Sure. But you haven't seen the other one, so who knows, which one was bigger or better... anyway, the new room was on the street side and was very noisy. It like have a car race at night outside. I was waken up at least five times. If you want a good sleep, don't choose this hotel. The rest of the hotel was also average at best. The pool is okay, but the garden is not very clean. Everything seemed not to be cared for very much. I think the hotel is overrun and the guys here are stressed too much.

It was a lovely stay and still is because I’m still here but I thought it’s not a bad time to let you know that this is a great place. There’s something about the service that is very accommodating. We didn’t have the best room when there was a baby next door and immediately we got a better one. The lifeguard in the pool is out there cleaning early in the morning and all the positivity and Oliver at the spa is absolutely fantastic. Such a beautiful smile and a presence of welcoming everybody. Also, great value for money.

We came early and was given a choice of checking in early at a charge or waiting for a room. We chose to wait for the room as discussed with reception Endrich. Sunday assisted us by sending to the breakfast area via the golf cart. The first impression he gave was a pleasant one. Was warm with my children and nice to me. The week was very nice and every morning we saw Sunday, he gave us the feeling that it was going to be a good day. It was like Sunday everyday. Most of the staff we nice to us and that made our stay here a memorable one.

What an amazing breakfast buffet - exceptional. Caroline was very friendly and helpful during the breakfast service. The hotel has a great location, near the Dubai Mall, however the apartment room we stayed in is in need of a revamp. The curtains have seen better days. The flushing mechanism of the toilet needs a service, the hairdryer didn't work and the lamp light needs to be replaced in the main bedroom.

Breakfast was great, best spread ever! Add the quality of service provided the staff, special mention of course the team of waiters/waitress (Joel and Caroline). It felt like i was home but living like a king. My table is always clean prep with new sets of cutlery, spread is continuously refilled, freshly squeezed orange all the time. Awesome!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a prime location and has a great ambience. The room was very clean and well managed. Housekeeping did a great job. We had a lot of our communications through Elsayed and he was very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Very satisfactory and polite service by the staff especially Bright (the concierge). He handled my check in professionally and ensured I was comfortable all through my stay at the hotel. He was readily available to provide guidance on navigating around the city and he was quite resourceful in that aspect. During my 30days stay, I also saw Bright relate very well with people that have limited understanding of English. He somehow worked his way professionally to communicate with them effectively while smiling all the time. If you happen to stay at this hotel and require help with almost anything, do ensure to ask for Bright....brown skin average height friendly approach guy from Africa.

We had a rest in January of the 23rd year . The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff is polite and the room service is daily. The breakfasts are excellent. The only remark in the room was very cold, the air conditioning system did not work, they asked for a heater.
