It was HORRIBLE service from all team. The first time I went there was for a manicure, I received very bad service, and I had the worst and ugliest nails I've ever seen in my life, while I was waiting for the opposite. When I went back and showed it, they said they could fix it, but they said they were not available right now. Then I went again and went again for the 3rd. They did their best and did not spare any time for me. While the cashier was saying that there was no room, two staff came from inside and said that there was room, I could not understand the situation at all. Instead of fixing the mistake, they thought they were providing service for free. A VERY CHEAP approach. They definitely need proper staff and a better manager, otherwise it's a place I can call Satwa quality and it's expensive

It was an amazing experience. Everyone is polite, nice and knowledgeable about nails. I had my second manicure and pedicure done by Ritu and Nita. They are the best and professional nail technicians I’ve ever had. I’m beyond happy with my nails. Reasonable prices and excellent quality work. I would definitely recommend!

Really an awful experience, when I had taken an appointment for 5pm and was waiting for the service to be offered and after 15-20min I was told the service can be offered near the entrance as there was no seats available when asked why was I given an appointment , I was told they needed “Sales” , really a rude attitude of the Filipino lady in charge of allocating service to the clients. I was asked to leave or wait for an hour if wanted to take the seat inside the salon , my only question was why was the appointment given to me? I had taken the appointment 3 days in advance.

This parlour is selling groupon vouchers and when you buy them they are not letting you redeem it. The lady at the salon said to get a refund from groupon which they have not entertained. Also said that the manager will call and she didn't. This is downright wrong and the company should redeem vouchers or stop selling on groupon. I will take this up with consumer right protection in UAE

The salon is bustling with people on weekends yet their management is super smooth and efficient. Every staff member is well trained and they ensure all customers get the best of whatever service they’re availing. I availed root touch up and haircut, loved the service and hence would recommend this place to all the ladies.

Worst place ever. The person behind the phone is rude and doesn’t answer on time to WhatsApp or calls. I have been 1,5h in the car driving around because they don’t give specification about the parking in advance. A lot of traffic to arrive. Last time the nails (gellish) didn’t last even 1 week. Salon is crowded not fresh air as they do keratin and all in the same room so it’s not healthy to breath that air. I tried to give a chance but not coming anymore and not recommending to anyone.

A great place to get your nails done. Affordable offers and very professional staff. Ask for Ruth - she's a pro, she took her time, shes very good at her work and she listened to everything I asked for. I'll be back again!

It was a nice experience, even though its a small salon. It was super busy today but yet the service was done smoothly and in a timely way. I got a gellish mani and pedi done by Emanda and Manelyn and they were very professional in their work. It was reasonably priced as well. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family 😊👌👍I love my nails! ❤️Thank you
