Very unprofessional, not clean, other worker/owner entering the room and talking about private things.. No geetings or explanations. Customer service is non existent. Would not recommend and am never coming back.

I did the Brazilian Madero therapy treatment and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the result! I recommend that anyone who suffers from cellulite contact Ms. Zdravka, because the results show that she has knowledge and talent in her hands :)

Urban Spa is an excellent salon with excellently educated and friendly staff. They accept cards ❤️ I found my new urban oasis in the neighborhood! I recommend a pedicure and permanent nail polish.

I was lucky to discover a very pleasant, clean and tidy salon in the western part of Zagreb. Very nice, with a relaxing atmosphere and affordable prices. Ms. Zdravka is very kind, professional and thorough in her work. I used the sauna and massage services and really enjoyed every minute spent in the salon, so I will be happy to do so in the future :) Excellent salon and definitely my recommendation!!
