Frustrating experience. Received a queue number and waited an hour, only moving up six places. Decided to have lunch and returned 15 minutes later to find our number had been passed. Tried explaining the situation to an employee, highlighting the children's disappointment from the long wait, but there was no understanding. Fortunately, there are many other children's play rooms , so we chose a different one. We've decided not to visit this place again.
