Unknown waiting time in a private clinic is a bit of an unpleasant surprise. That's what I got when asked the receptionist for the expected waiting time after I have been sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour and thirty minutes. Someone has obviously completely missed the point of the concept when scheduling an appointment. I have been waiting for 1 check longer than one hour and 30 minutes. And I'm still sitting here...

I have never met staff (from the receptionist to the doctors) that was this rude and unfriendly to patients.

Long wait times as personnel at check-out is not doing their job but loitering arround. Medical quality also fails to impress me.

Great establishment! Excellent staff. Attentive and riant. Great doctors, un-tight and downright. Easy to find and with a great private parking lot. Great value for the money.

Both doctors I saw were good. Many admin staff seem untrained to customer services.

I had a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy with Dr. Iva Bajić. She explained the procedure in detail before the start. The procedure was painless, and the results and the prescribed therapy were obtained immediately after the procedure. The prescribed treatment successfully solved the problem that was identified, which was confirmed by a test after the treatment. Great facility and staff that I would highly recommend.

Too long waiting time for private clinic. Appointment doesn't mean anything.

From bad customer service to the queues and lack of professionalism - you name it. I remember when this institution was top of the art in every department, unfortunately, today this is not the case.

They don’t pick up on the phone. Once they did, after I waited 15 minutes on the line.

Wanted to make several appointments, however decided not to because of the unprofessional and rude staff member on the phone. Disappointing level of customer service for a private clinic.

Very bad service, staff lacks the knowledge of English language and some doctors are not treating patients professionally. One of the worst clinics that exist in Croatia.

I went to Specijalna bolnica AGRAM for a general medical examination two times, and the service was amazing. The staff is very professional, waiting time is minimal, and overall a great experience. I would like to recommend Dr. med., specijalist oftalmologije i optometrije VITOMIR ARSIĆ for his outstanding work and professionalism. In summary, if you want the best medical care, Specijalna bolnica AGRAM is the place to go. Also, here's a photo of the view from there, there's a cafe at the top floor with an even better view of the city.

Nice and modern building and superb equipment. The bar on top of the building was a nice spot to spend time while waiting. All staff was exceptional, very kind and professional... Edit: Compared to other private clinics this one is really good value for your money, I was dissapointed by all others after being "spoiled" here.

Scheduling an appointment does not mean a thing. Very dissapointed.
