Everything you need for and around your home with good staff. Shoppers would definitely benefit if there were more employees on hand for various advice...this also means the company would benefit so I don't see why this is not addressed.

Standards dropped, I been 26/3 at 7PM looking for shower tub and seller had I don't care approach, he told I have everything on webshop. I went to info desc and when I told what happened the employee, she started to roll the eyes. Worst customer experience, can not believe that this is Bauhaus!!!! Avoid if you can!!!!!

I wanted to buy a certain inox nuts (the website said there were a plenty) only to find out (from the staff) that people tend to take them and at the cashier pay them as zinc coated, thus paying a smaller price. I am sorry that the shop allows for such a way of shoplifting and in parallel accepts their online inventory data to be incorrect. They should do something about it, at least have the inventory data of inox corrected more often due to this issue. Otherwise, a great store.

High quality store for tools, home, gardening ... The store is located on the east side of Zagreb. The staff are very well educated and trained for each section they are responsible.

The biggest hardware store in this part of town. It has literally anything you need for home improvement, tools, AC units, machines, little parts like screws, nails, lightbulbs, and so on. There is also a garden/botanical part of the store with plenty to choose from. The parking is huge, and usually there is place right near the entrance. They delover and also offer a drive-through option 👌🏼

You can find everthing You are looking for, but little bit to expensive if You ask me... People that work there are always ready to help You, if You can find one... Maybe if ther is more than one worker per department would be better.

On the location just across the street from this one was the oldest Bauhaus in Croatia. Later moved here in a bigger and nicer space. Offers wide and deep range of products for workshop, home and garden. Assortment includes over 120,000 quality products in 15 specialist departments for professionals and amateurs alike. Drive through for professionals on the clock. Huge sale space makes it difficult to find your way around, but thankfully helpful and friendly staff will help you find what you are looking for.

An extremely expensive store with very rude staff. My recommendation is to do shopping in Merkur Brežice instead or in Pevex Žitnjak.

Extremely overpriced. Just returned from 3 weeks house reconstruction in Germany. Most of the items I've purchased at Bauhaus Gera and price level was ok. Exactly the same items in Zagreb were 3-5 times more expensive. Can't see any reason and there is neither explanation nor justification. This shop will not see me ever again unless they bring prices down to the Germany level.

Unkind and unpleasent personal, as usual. Nowhere assistance can be found.

There's an almost traditional lack of staff support when you need it. Otherwise OK

You never find anyone to help you inside but rather than that it's good. Big parking space.

Decent size DIY store, they have big inventory and they are on the pricey side

A go-to place for all your amateur and professional housework/building/garden needs. Sometimes it's hard to find a free employee to ask questions, but when you do they are more than happy and able to assist and help you.

Best hardware shop in Zagreb. One of rare places where you can find all items in one place. Very close European equivalent to Home Depot

Well they have everything for home improvement you might wish for. You can go in there and buy everything to do from scratch, be it starting a garden, doing home decor orbuilding a house. Staf are knowledgable but few in numbers, sometime i takes 20 minutes to fing a person working on the section you need help with. They will help you, no problem there, but you gota find one first or if you find one, you need to wait till it is your turn. It is not the staff's fault by any means. They are not sitting there doing nothing, they are just spread thin compared to the number of customers.
