Advantages: -Breakfast -wellness center (facilities, not staff) -Restaurant (delicious food and very nice service, unlike wellness center staff) Disadvantages: 1) we came in early and wanted to leave some things in the hotel. The lady at the reception was very nice, and she suggested we would go leave our things in the lockers in the wellness center. On the one hand, it was nice because we had a place to leave bags, on the other hand, there should be a separate place for bags and luggage where it's not dump 2) AWFUL experience with the wellness center staff. - we asked if we can get slippers the staff said you can go without - we asked if there was a shampoo - the staff said it's in the shower, that didn't seem to be a shampoo, that was a wash for both body and hair - 5 minutes before they closed, they came to the sauna and told people that they were closing. they DIDN'T come to us, we just HEARD it from where we were. Important note: they DIDN'T tell us when they close when we came in, there was no way to tell what time it was. - nevertheless, we went to the shower right away, took us around 10-15 minutes to take it (because that's what people do, right? We wrapped in towels, turned around and SAW THE STAFF - TWO MALES who came into the locker room all dressed in their coats and hats on, ready to leave - they told us we should GET OUT quickly because it's time for THEM to go. Me and my friend were naked literally 1 second before they entered. We dressed and we had to get out with wet hair. When we went out from the locker room, they started behaving in a very RUDE manner, telling us how we should have been out by that time because THEY needed to go home. I told them THEY were rude, not us, because they DIDN'T tell us when they close, they told us to leave the sauna 5 minutes before they closed, and they ENTERED LADIES LOCKER ROOM when we were there not dressed. AWFUL service and awful behavior nobody should allow themselves. As the result, they ruined our evening and we got sick because we had wet hair and had to literally step out of the hotel to get to the restaurant.

A hotel that is nice to come back to. Large rooms with huge windows. Huge restaurant with good meals. Ample parking. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel provides many attractions for children and adults. Very good SPA with Thai massages.

In total, the hotel is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is good, dinner isokconsidering the pric Liked · The breakfast was quite good, good selection, nice stuff from live cooking area:) Clean room, and kinda spacious even having a lot furniture in 😉 For families it's a good idea to come for holidays here, for couples wouldn't recommend. Disliked · Unfortunately, the swimming pool and spa area belongs to 3 hotels. We haven't got a chance to use as it was overcrowded, during that period we stayed at some other hotels like Aries and Bachelada where we found very useful the hours for spa for adults, so the time was extended to relax with no kids, I read a lot of comments about this subjects of swimming pool, so it would be great at least to extend hours for spa and swimming pool area- adults hours. A lot of people so it also was quite noisy. A bit far away from city center, but probably coming for skiing it will be a good option, we came out of ski season. Unfortunately just been waiting for the time to pass to change the hotel for another.

A very child-friendly place. Your colleagues at the reception handled our problem on the spot in a very fair manner. Overall, I can only say good things about the accommodation. Furthermore, I think the quality of breakfast and dinner is more than 4*. We will gladly go back another time. Keep it up!

We stayed at Rezydencja II. Good location, very nice and clean room. Extremely good, regional breakfast. So many choices for everyone. There was even polish zurek soup. Hotel provides with coupons -15% for thermal pools- Termy Chochotowskie. Very elegant and modern hotel! Wi-Fi working good. Minuses: Parking should be included in the room rate as it was when I was there last time. This is not really cool. Another thing- the heating in the room not working properly, the wall heating switched off when outside was 5°C. We asked at reception desk and they brought us to the room electric heater. Write a short sentence to sum up your stay.

Not a bad place but pool is super noisy and not enjoyable due to the amount of kids yelling and running around. Rooms could use some renovation. Sometimes it feels a bit understaffed (reception not picking up or forgetting to pass on errand to bell boy).

Wonderful Hotel, just outside the bustling town. Built to fit in with the expert wood craftsmanship of the region but still modern. Rooms are well laid out spacious. Best breakfast buffet in town. Staff are helpful and polite.

We came back to the hotel after couple years. It is still the same great place. Now, looking at things from a different perspective (travelling with a baby) i like the resort even more. It is focused on families, lots of animations, playfrounds for children, food is still great. Staff goes beyond the moon to make you feel comfortable. There are two minor things resort could improve. Since most of people travel with families, rooms could use side a fridge for baby food and a little stove to be able to heat things up.

The main problem that caused this score is the way my room switch was handled. I came for conference and wanted to extend the stay. I informed about this when making reservation with appropriate advance. When it came to extending, I had to remove my things from one room and handle them waiting for new room. New room was just across the hall (literally door to door). I do not understand the reason I had to switch. Other thing was that I got room key for one room and another room number registered, which caused problems during dinner (my room number was not on the list). The other thing (but this is mostly on me) never have I ever specified that I want to extend stay for two people, but that is what was done and what I was charged for. I noticed this fact only after I left. One last small thing You could invest in bigger bathrobes.

Great place for families with kids. Nice soft plays and activities for young kids. Right next to a little ski slope too. Nice playground at the back with a castle. Buffet breakfast and dinner seemed to satisfy everyone at the table. Will keep coming back here!

We had a great time at the hotel. Everything was great, but on arrival it was a bit long to check in because of the many guests arriving. Maybe there could be a solution to this, if check-in was not only at the central reception :-) Anyway, I am sure we will return to the hotel again.

Modern complex, spacious room with balcony, mountain views. I am very pleased with the hotel and staff. It was interesting that booking a room for booking, he did not match the photos on the site, so we decided to book immediately on the official website. The room was 1: 1 as in the photo, clean with snow-white bathrobes and towels. Also happy with breakfast, a large selection of both salty and sweet dishes. The spa was also very nice as we got into the rainy weather but spent time with incredible pleasure. I will definitely be back here again.

The stay was superb. My family enjoyed every moment. Swimming pool is very good with responsible lifeguards. The best part was open buffet breakfast and dinner. Fish was served everyday which was super tasty. Room service was also great. Cleanliness 5 stars.

Great place for families and if you want to stay away from Zakopane and its noisy atmosphere. We had a very spacious room with great view over Giewont. Huge balcony. Pool and wellnes are are fine. Just about what you need but the pool can get noisy so stay in the wellness on the first floor. We had a dinner in a traditional restaurant being a part of the complex. It was fine but nothing amazing. The breakfast was rich with food so stay hungry. Nearby there is Jaszczurowka with the beautiful chapel (on the picture). The disadvantage can be the distance to the city but it is easier to get from there to Morskie Oko and Bukowina. Bathroom as always lacked the hooks. Small problem with drainage did not diturb our excellent stay. Perhaps a day too short

Perfect location for trekking . Little bit more far to Krupówki street (ca 3km). Hotel is comfortable big and very friendly for kids (a lot of attraction and animation for children, outside park and mini castle). Lobby bar is ok and the prices are normal. The room are big enough and clean and looks new. The poll is too little for such big hotel. The "nightmare" is communication between building ,lifts and to find the room :). But next time will be easier :). My plus is for big room (superiors in Residence part), menu (HB), lobby bar (prices and selection but pizza was ugly), close to hiking trails, friendly for kids (big plus for animation and a lot of attractions for kids).

Modern , clean hotel , great location . Very professional and pleasant staff . All requests handled immediately and without fuss . Great hotel for families . Only downside - too many toddlers and babies during my stay so I was not comfortable sharing the pool ( for obvious reasons ) . Have recommended Nosalowy Dwór to friends and family.

I really liked the grounds, the hotel building, the nature and the location of the hotel. Didn't like: as we lived on the ground floor of Residence 1 and the windows faced the neighbouring site, we could hear the staff wheeling carts of goods down the pavement road every morning and talking loudly. This was happening every day at 7am. This is unacceptable. You need to cover the road with a silent pavement. The number of bathhouses and their quality is unsatisfactory for a spa of this size and for a hotel of this level.

This was the second time I stayed at this Resort. We throroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like a special treat. The staff were kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Only the safe was not working. It was good to see so many families in the dining room. Food for breakfast was plenty with a huge selection. I will hopefully return again one day.
