The worst Polish restaurant I ever tried. It is even an insult for Polish cuisine to name this restaurant as a Polish one. The borsch soup was pure salt, probably those from the super market in powder but they had to add tons of them so it has some flavour in exchange of having a heart attack with such amount of salt. We also ordered "roasted potatoes" which were not roasted, but deep fried. Not sure if they really know the difference. We ordered some fried cabbage and we were served the cabbage salad. And no, it was not language barrier, we ordered it in Polish. The worst yet to come: we ordered the potato pancakes with mushrooms sauce. The pancakes were completely loaded in canola oil, it was a mass of oil and a little bit of dough. The mushroom sauce could not be worse: a watery white-ish sauce with no flavour at all, it tasted like some cubes of bullion from supermarket. We had stomachache for the rest of the day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

We visited the restaurant only, but had not so positive experiences. Staff was rude, bored, service was slow. I ordered a bigos, but couldn't eat - it was terrible, full of roman cumin (which is not a traditional Polish spice as far as I know). We have got the corner of the szarlotka, with small quantity of apple. We took back everything almost untouched.

First of all when you booking this hotel, you see on the pictures big waterpark, sauna and if looks like a part of hotel. but reality is different. it’s a simple little house with cheap furniture 3,5 KILOMETERS FROM WATER PARK, THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO. When you book this room in the listing they say you will have acces to sauna, swimming pool and water park. Our stay was 3 days and they give as access only to swimming pool…. SAUNA NOT INCLUDED!! and you have access only 2 hours per day.. so at the end we went there one day and the other one we spent in other good sauna in zakopane. We were there first days of September, came at night and it was SOOOOO cold, hitting doesn’t work. we spent night in a very cold room. in the morning I spoke about it with their stuff on reception and finally something good happened, next night they turned on heating. Breakfast is pretty simple, nothing special. At the end we have next situation : Does not match the description ( sauna 3.5 km from the place, no access to sauna at all, only swimming pool ) , Very cold, personal not very polite, No simple things like shower gel. SORRY BUT ITS NOT DESERVE 100 EUR PER NIGHT AT ALL!!!!! NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE And the most scared thing is that we found Hidden surveillance camera on our room. it’s totally brakes our rule of privacy!!!

Excellent place in front of the main trailheads in Tatry. For me the main benefit was you can head out very early morning, before the crowds. Super friendly staff, pretty good food - although you can choose from a few alternative places around if you are bored - it's open till 6pm. Breakfast was great, and the room was too. Zakopane is easy to reach either by bus - you just need 4PLN cash for a ride, or a medium walk - 2-3km. From there you can reach transfer to other trailheads if preferred. The aqua park pass they provide is great for recovery days. There is a supermarket in Kuznice too but be careful as it closes at 5pm. There is a lot of shops in Zakopane, obviously though.

Lunch time here seems to be lunchtime for staff and their friends not for guests. We were at 12.30 waiting for somebody to we cam buy but nobody helped us. One lady just came to take sups for friends sitting with her at the table but she didn't even look at us even though we were just standing infront of the desk. We had to wait long time. Soup we then ordered becouse we lost almost all our time was very good. Pity we didn't have time to taste more

The rooms were tidy and there was always something on the television but the food prices were pretty expensive and the free breakfast had pretty much all you would need, personally I would go out to eat but there is a cable car station really close where you can go onto a pretty high mountain.

Nice vibe and spacious seating area. Got some history in it. Unfortunately it’s not a very touristic place (no English menu). The cappuccino is mediocre.

Okay restaurant to eat something before you begin your climb up the mountain. Although the prices are a bit high.

Low quality food and service for a high price. I wonder how places like that manage to stay open these days.

I have not stayed here overnight so I can only comment regarding the restaurant. They have a great restaurant which I can strongly recommend. Home made dinner at reasonable prices without waiting and with lots of places to sit. I always stop there for a lunch on the way from Nosal or Kasprowy Wierch.

Very nice and quiet. Amazing location. Breakfast is ok but just barely. Coffee is not worth trying. Speak only polish at reception.
