Ordered a BLT, They said okay but the only problem is that we won't have Bacon Until Tomorrow!!Lol. So I got a ham and cheese on a croissant. The menu picture made it look like it was a warm Croissant. I was surprised to see a good size rectangular bun(?) And it was cold. But it had like lettuce onion and dressing on it. Not really what I was wanting or expecting. I also ordered a med iced coffee flavored. (Tasty) mostly ice thou. She told me the cost was gonna be like 11.60. Wow. Won't go there again without Coupons. Oh well live and Learn. And by the way, I received coupons with my change. They were for beverages mainly. Hope to receive coupons in the mail like I use to. I have been to Tim Hortons 5 or 6 times. I'm sure I'll return! Usually I don't stop because you're so busy and there are 5 to 10 cars in line and I cannot wait. Just saying.

Asked for half the sugar multiples times before and occasionally they listen and put half the sugar. About every 2 visits they mess it up. Went this time and it’s so sweet I can’t drink it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away like I normally do because it’s basically syrup… if there was a closer place to get coffee I’d go to there instead .

It's either the app or the young adults that keep messing up but we've been getting free drinks because of this. Know your business and get it together.

Staff is friendly and eager but ultimately incapable. Employees are worked beyond what they can handle and as a result service is slow and often inaccurate. Expect to wait. The doughnuts are little more than wet tasteless paste in your mouth. Not much difference from one flavor to another. Far better service and food can easily be found several places just down the road. Update 5 months later: Still consistently incompetent. Employees cannot handle the workload and run around stumbling over each other while getting little done. Ignored for 12 min while they managed the drive thru.

It's a rare occasion when placing an order that they use your rewards the way you asked them too.

The Coffee and donuts is always good. Only thing I wish is I want there to be more consistency among staff members giving first responders (in uniform) discounts. Half the time they give the discount, half the time they don’t. It just depends on who’s working apparently.

The biscuits are the worst. They are dry and fall apart in your hands, if you get anything get the wraps.

Very friendly service, the pumpkin muffins are amazing. We weren't sure what the little box of donuts were called ,the girls were so nice to help us out with what we were expecting.

Very very slow. Waited 20 minutes for q cup of coffee. Only 3 people in line when I entered

We were traveling through and stopped by for a coffee. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and let us know about current promotions. We got a donut, timbits and two drinks. All of which was made correctly and the drinks were both nice and hot. It was a very pleasant stop.

Maple ave store in Zanesville, ohio. I ordered a ice capp and received wrong drink. I called in and the manager told me to bring it back, to get replacement. I was not able to come back for another three hours, I had an appointment. When I told her I couldn't bring it back and that was crazy to think I would keep the drink three hours. The manager hung up on me and never replaced my drink. Horrible customer service. This place is going down hill. I am now going to 7 brew, I recommend 7 brew.

Drinks are often thrown away because they are so gross. You’ll get one good one in every 10 visits. Waste of money and everyone’s time. Shut down and teach employees how to make the freaking drinks.

Enjoyed our drinks, staff was friendly and we were in and out very fast
